Do NOT use them. I put in a request online and expected them to call me the next day to explain everything like they said they would. I still never got that call. I called today 5 times and no answer. How is this 24 Hour Service??
Called at 12:30 they said they could have truck out in 25-30 minutes. Sent me a text to confirm and said driver was en route, then they stopped answering and it’s 2:17 now and car was never picked up and they never got back to me. Went with another company instead. Don’t even try with these guys
Found myself in quite a pinch needing assistance relocating a vehicle. Most tow companies aren’t very professional. This one is! The initial call and everything after went fantastic. Price was incredible. Driver was courteous. I can’t thank them enough. They make Oak Lawn very proud. Thank you.
I called this company for a tow. It was an emergency due to my car stopping in the middle of a busy street. I provided all of the information requested and the lady who answered the phone said a tow truck would be to me in 25 minutes. No one EVER showed then when I called the company back 2 times no one answered the phone. It was extremely unprofessional. They never arrived. Use OT Official Towing. They were professional and cheaper.
I called them for a car lockout and they were so professional and were at my house in under 10 minutes. My door was opened so quickly. I highly recommend them. Also can I just applaud the fact they are a woman owned company. From now on they have all my future business. Thanks again.
Awesome company! Had an accident and needed my car towed back home. They were there in less than 20 minutes. The driver was very polite, friendly and professional! Would definitely use again!!
Insurance was taking too long to arrive when my car was in an accident, called this company arrived in 30 minutes and hauled my car away. Didn’t have any problem with my insurance provider. Insurance picked my car up from them and taken to a repair facility with no problem at all. Really happy with their professionalism and fast service.
This is probably the worst place to go to.They tried to scam my insurance out of 6k.They brought the car back with a broken back bumper.My diffuser ripped off and my exhaust pushed in.Theses people are shady people.Nobody use theses guys!
Broken down traveling through the state as I had just purchased a classic 1969 AMX. I googled a towing company near me and this kind lady answered the phone so I told her what was going on and that I needed my new classic car towed to a near by shop to continue my travels back to Long Island NY, she arrived Angel was her name, to load my 1969 AMX onto her truck. And yes a true Angel came to my rescue late at night which was roughly 10PM. The experience was flawless. I let her do her thing, after it was all said and done I had told her after the fact that I owned one of the largest tow business in my area and complimented her on her professionalism. I think she was shocked that I didn’t tell her how to do her job after she found out I was a tow operator/owner as well, she operated her business exactly how I expect my employees to handle customers cars and went above and beyond to ensure for a safe tow damage free the first time, using an 8 point strap system and not a single chain on my car as this as a new 75000 toy I just purchased. I made a great new tow business owner friend after all was said and done. She is a class act in the tow industry in my humble opinion I personally highly Recommend IRS Towing services to anyone in that area that needs service hands down was a wonderful affordable experience the best I would say compared to anyone else I would dare to say. Reading other companies reviews I felt like this company was a better fit for my needs. I have roadside assistance since it’s a Hagerty classic car insured with them but being in the business I like to pay it forward and help out those in my industry and see how others go about business, plus all I had to do what receive her tow bill which was emailed to me from square and I submitted it to my insurance company for repayment. I couldn’t be happier With her exceptional service, No one is ever happy to break down but I’m glad I broke down only miles away from her location, I believe the town was called Oak Lawn if I remember correctly. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would hence my long review, all should know this Tow company has my respect as I am the business owner at Turning Wheels Towing on Long Island NY. Trust me you won’t be disappointed in her servicing you any day or night. She was wonderful. Thank you. IRS Towing should be your first and only call period.
I think his name is julian but they are wonderful i didnt have to wait long for a tow they called me and kept me updated while in route and they even gave me a jump for my dead battery i would highly recommend them!!!!
Fast and professional service, locked my keys in my car. I actually serviced the owner of the company before and she left her cards just so happen to have it in my wallet still and they came with 20 to 30 minutes to service me. Will definitely be keeping her card in my wallet and handing out her business line.
Fast and Friendly! Our car wouldn’t start so we called and they had someone come help us in less than 10mins! We thought we needed a jump start but the guy (didn’t get name) was super nice and told us that something was just loose under the hood that connected to the battery! He was kind enough to show us and explain! No need to jump start and he felt like he didn’t need to charge us. Of course we still gave him something for his help and his kindness! Will definitely use this company again in the future and will recommend to others! THANK YOU AGAIN FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Fast service, very professional. My car did not turn on after my night shift. A friend told me to call IRS tow and they came within 20 minutes!! Awesome job! Will definitely have them in mind next time.
