Grateful for Kyle and Ramon! Found myself with a car that wouldn’t start in a parking lot close by Oreillys. They were ready and willing to help! I watched them calmly juggle multiple customers needs, phone calls, and assisting two customers (self included) with dead batteries. Great customer service! Thanks again.
I came here looking for a specific item and Gleny went above and beyond to help me. What a kind person, she is great at customer service and even helped me to my vehicle. I had back surgery in October and cannot lift anything heavy at this time, so that really meant a lot to me. Would definitely recommend coming here for all your automobile needs.
Damekeo was absolutely amazing. I came in as a damsel in distress and he tested my car assured me that I just needed a battery and I thought it was my alternator. Anyway, he went above and beyond and he deserves a raise lol
Wayne at the Merrionette Park store is a great guy! I needed to change my brake light bulbs and he went out to the parking lot and did it without a problem! I will definitely go back for any other car needs I have.

Ramon not only did this but at first glance didn’t have a tool he needed…went and got it and achieved the goal of uninstalling battery …reinstalling.
He was excellent !

I didn't get the guys names but the two fellas working tonight took very good care of me, thanks to them, I got the part I needed to get me back on the road to Alabama tonight
The staff at this location is simply elegant. Respectfull, attentive, courteous, good looking...etc etc. Store is well stocked, clean and merchandise is neatly organized. I am a regular customer and also neighbor, while i was doing my regular daily excercise behind the store earlier today, I noticed the staff were preparing some food. The smell was intriguing and mesmerasing at the very least. I approached cautiously and asked a member of the staff if today is a customer appreciation day. Lord and behold, the answer was a yes. I got myself together and went to the back to be little bit closer to the mesmerising smell of the food. While i was enjoying the smells, i couldnt help it but to have my way to the sweet cheeseburgers that was being prepared. I grabbed the buns, and some neatly sliced onions and some slices of ripe tomato, and made myself a double cheeseburger. I packed it in a to-go box and started heading back home. I coudnt wait till i get hometo taste it, so i decided to grab a bite while i was on the way. I opened the box slowly and grabbed the cheeseburger with both of my hands as the fine juices were dripping from the sides of the bun, and the smell of it was filling up my car...long story short, the food was amazingy delecious I got hypnotized and decided to go back and help myself to two more cheeseburgers........I highly recommend you do business at this location. You wont be disappointed.
I came in needing help as I have little to no auto mechanic knowledge and Roberto was patient and helpful. My first experience with O’Reilly’s but definitely not my last thanks to the kindness of Roberto.
Went to pick up a part needed and Mike who I believe the name tag read assistant manager was great help. Showed us a few tips and tricks. Good experience and customer service
Was shopping at the jewel next door and was filling my trunk with groceries and went to close it and wouldn't shut went to O'Reilly's and explained my problem staff was very nice and willing to help even came out and helped me fix it thank you casey 🤙
I came there to get my battery checked and asked the gentleman at the front if he could assist me and taking the battery out he had no knowledge whatsoever on the processes and then argued with me on the amount the bolts needed to be tightened because he left them loose and I caught that he left them loose absolutely appalled please hire people that know what they're doing and also he said that you guys didn't have any tools to change the battery which was hilarious
Disrespectful old man better watch his tone next time the next person won't be as nice as I was, all I said was "Hey Boss" and get all offended, I did apologize too him for offending him but he continued to yell at me calling me disrespectful. One thing for sure I'll be definitely contacting someone higher up about him.
Mike, the manager, helped me find a difficult headlight replacement bulb for an older Volvo. He even came out and installed it for me. Such great service! I will definitely be going back to the Marionette Park location.
It's always good dealing with Mike who is one of the managers there at the O'Reilly's at the Merionette Park location. He is tops with me very knowledgeable in his line of work friendly and very professional and extremely Knowledgeable he knows his job he's worth his weight in gold there's no one better than him. Plus he's a fellow Gearhead and he gets it.... He is top-shelf with me.😐
Still an excellent store when it comes to effort and dedication of customer satisfaction from some employees.
Will never be the same since Big Mike & Ed were there. Some of the best employees I ever dealt with, now it just seems to have fallen apart.
Could be cleaner and more organized.
