this is the absolute worst place i’ve ever dealt with. when i first called, he seemed so friendly to lure me in. they agreed to get a driver out to my car, we waited three hours still nobody had come. i called to see where they were and they cussed me out and hung up. i waited another hour and they text me saying they have my car and will be at my location with it in 10 minutes. i waited another 40 minutes, and called back. giving me the run around acting like they have no idea what we’re talking about and saying they don’t even have our car. terrible!
Comple rip offs.I Was told the driver was in the area and coming in 30-45 minutes and showed up 2 hours later. Then upon drop off I was given a bill that was triple of what it should have been and included scam charges.
These guys were absolutely amazing!! We had to call from WI and set up an appointment for a tire repair for my daughter who was at our condo on Sandestin They were quick to respond and repair within a few hours. William was so nice and kind to our teenage daughter! All this on a Sunday to boot! Quick, reasonable pricing and courteous! Highly recommend!! 5 STAR
They are quick to pick your pocket that’s for sure.. They wait til the last minute to give you an outrageous price… they don’t come prepared with their gas tank filled and charge you for that time too and to top it off they take their sweet as time too.
SCAM COMPANY. My driver had a flat tire in the highway at Franklin Park, IL. I called this company to get help. At first I was told the it would be $195 call out fee and $150/service hour, I asked specifically for an used tire and he said that the tire would be $200-$300, all the service would be around $800, I confirmed this information many times with the dispatcher, I eventually agreed and my driver waited for the guy.
Once the tire was installed they sent me an invoice for more than $1700, turns out they installed a "NEW TIRE" that cost $800 without notifying me in advance and was told that call out fee is $295 and $195 per service hour. They give you FAKE PRICES for you to agree and take advantage of you in moments of emergency.
Today, the team that usually change my tires came over and we found out that THE TIRE IS USED AND EVEN HAS PATCHES IN IT AND IT'S NOT EVEN THE CORRECT SIZE.
They will also deny all bad reviews in the comments.
THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.
This is a scam company, when we called yesterday for a price they were 195 out of the car and 150 hourly rate. But did you know that the hourly rate starts from the moment they get the call. And when I asked for used tires, they went out of their way to give me new tires and they were the wrong size!!!! What's even more outrageous is that the new tire they claimed was an old one. Even a "new tire" with a patch. This is a scam store pretending to fix tires!
Lied about no hidden fees. Asked what the price was and was told one thing but once it’s delivered it was $34 more. They said their was a truck 10 minutes away and I waited almost the full hour. When I called to confront about the hidden fee I was hung up on the first time. The second time they told me “have you been in the towing business every single day?” Very rude and deceiving. Never using them again. Also tow driver was texting the whole car ride.
We called and they were the only ones that answered and made it there when they said they would. Guy on the phone said it would take 30 mins, the driver called and said about 15 mins. He was there in about 15 mins.
It was definitely pricey at $520 for 20 miles but AAA wasn't able to secure a tow truck for us after 3 hours so we went with it and plan to get reimbursed.
The technician, Markee, was super nice and friendly. Got there when he said, got the car on the flat bed quick, and got us to our destination. Really appreciate him and whoever was on call that night.

Driver came in more than 1 hour. At the end of towing they charged us $420. Didn't want to return our car after we refused to pay $420. We had to pay and then tried to call the company to give us a refund. They never did it. Avoid this company!
needed a tow out to the suburbs I called to get an estimate. On the phone they were very nice and pretended to work with me. The worst case estimate was very reasonable, but after waiting hours for them to arrive I was charged 3 times what I was quoted. AVOID
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE I was SCAMMED they charged me $300 for someone to unlock my car!! I called them back to ask why it was that price when their website says $75 and all this disrespectful “shift supervisor” could say is “i don’t know but you went on your merry way with your car and i went on my merry way with your money” and then he hung up. When I called back all he could do was cuss at me and provide me with no answers but attitude.
They tried to force me to pay $30 over quoted price. Then tried to keep the car if I didnt pay. I would never use them again. I had to tell them all our calls are recorded and we will be reporting them for them to lower it to $10. I still feel them owe me the 10 and I will contact credit card company and attorney general.

I WAS QUOTED $100 to tow vehicle 3 miles. Dispatcher stated the fee would be $100. When we arrived at the location, the driver charged me $242. When questioned, they gave the runaround about per mile, hook-up fee, and miles from the driver's original location. Driver arrived in 2 hours vs the 1 hour quoted.
So I had a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon. Couldn’t get one last screw out of the tire so so I decided to call this business instead. It was the first hit on Chicago Roadside Assistance on Google. The guy who picked up gave me a quoted time of 30-45 minutes after giving my location. In my experience I add on another 15 minutes. After an 1 hour I called to see what was going on.
The guy who picked up said another 15-20 minutes. Fine no worries I thought. Then after another 30 minutes, I give them another call and then he’s now only 5 minutes away. Another 30 minutes go by and I call again. The caller now said that the driver is having issues and they would have to call a new driver who is now 30 miles away. I gave up and called another company.
I understand being late (it happens) and I understand driver issues. But to combine all of that by not communicating with me (I had to call them 3 separate times) beyond unprofessional. Don’t spend a dime with these folks.

provided a quote over the phone for towing that was then almost tripled upon arrival of driver. added additional surcharges not previously discussed and then held car hostage until payment.

I used this service Saturday the third and was quoted a 100 for a tow about a mile away said yes and when they arrived and towed vehicle to the location they requested 200$ from me which is double what they said I called up and they said the hundred was to pick it up plus gas and all these other fees. Very misleading and said I can pay it here or they can take my car and I can pay it there and get another tow. Very rude and Mis leading. I had to pay it because they had me in a bind it isn’t the fact of the money it’s the fact that they lied and were so rude and mis leading I will never use them again and I will recommend no one to do so as well. I should have stuck with my normal people and waited. Do not use this place

After getting a flat on the Bishop Ford today, I called multiple towing company’s to get me car towed 18 miles to my home. With this place being the 4th I called. After asking the dispatcher for an exact price, even giving him my exact address, he told me it was $100 to tow and $3 for every mile. He looked up my address and said 18miles x $3 would be ESTIMATED $150ish.
I went with this company as they beat the other 3 by $5 minimum. I scheduled with the dispatcher and the driver came quicker then the dispatcher estimated..
Once at my home the driver quoted me $296. I argued and said I was quoted a price almost half that. He said I should call dispatch but before calling he said I can knock of $100…….strange!!!!
I proceeded to call dispatch. I spoke with the same person who quoted me $150. He then said that was an Estimate!!! Then told the drive if he refuses to pay, bring it to the yard! Driver then warned me to get it from the yard would cost $800.
I reluctantly paid the $196 after the driver willing said I can take off $100, but will no longer ever call them again.
But the look of other reviews, looks like they do that to other customers also. Use at your own risk!!!
I was stuck on the freeway with a flat tire. I called them once and they didn’t have anyone available, fine. I then hung up. I called them again one second later to ask if they were to send someone how long it would take and they didn’t even let me get the words out. They said, “same as the other guy (he said that no one is available) and then hung up. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If I could give these guys zero stars, I would.
Called them they said they would be out at 9am waiting til 11am my dispatch called they put him on block. I called again at 1 they told me that the guy was waiting on payment from the last service call. He’ll be there with in the hr. Here it is the next day. Guess he still waiting on payment. Just could have said he not coming or called back to give a heads up. 0 stars for leaving a driver in the cold waiting thanks
This received a one star review simply because I couldn’t rate them a zero. In dire need of a tow, we made the mistake of calling the first result from a search. While the initial conversation seemed promising, we were told 30-45 minutes for wait time. One hour passed. I called and was told they were to arrive soon. They even said they had a garage to diagnose the problem. Two hours passed. I called and was told they were still 30-45 minutes out, about 15 miles away. Three hours passed. I spoke to a woman who said she would personally call the driver and call me back, that he should have arrived 15 minutes earlier. No call back came. I called two numbers for them and learned I was blocked. At no point was I rude or verbally confrontational. I explained that I would have called other companies hours earlier had I known. Alas, I had to call another company only to start a new one hour wait. Their rebuttal to this review will be that it was snowing. Snow had ceased prior to our first call and roads were passable enough for me to drive into Chicago from Indiana. Snow could explain 30-45 minutes becoming an hour. It cannot explain 3+ hours, lack of communication, complete disregard for health or safety, and complete rudeness and disregard for a customer. Do not call or use this company.
I scheduled an appointment for earlier this morning to get my car towed 19 miles. It's currently 2pm and they keep claiming it will be a few more minutes, but I not only have to keep calling them, but they seem to have no idea about this job when they pick up. Completely unprofessional, and they have put me in a bad situation. Will never use this service again.
The company is awful, I called and asked for pricing the manager quoted me $125 a hour to go from 75th and the Dan Ryan to Dolton Illinois, when we get to the destination the total price is $400 mind you it only took us 37 mins to get there!! So I’m confused on how it’s $400! With that being said I called to speak back to the manger which has a nasty I mean nasty attitude to see why it was that much! His response to me was as like he was doing me a favor, moral of the story is this company is getting over on people the driver was great he understood what was going on, but never will I ever use this company again!!!!
I called 3 other towing companies prior to this one. The gentleman answered the phone with a smile in his voice which calmed me down. My battery would not jump so I was having my car towed. They could be there quickly, which was great! I ended up not needing the tow as my car did start, but because first impressions are lasting impressions, I would definitely call them again if needed.
I called and got a very competitive price. Plus their driver was there earlier than expected. I’m sad to say I didn’t catch the driver’s name, but it was a pleasant experience. He was able to change the mood seamlessly. He was very polite and professional. If I could get his name, I would have definitely shared it.
Car died out on i-80 called asking for a tow the man on the phone said it would normally be $175 for the tow but he would do it for $150 since there was no traffic. I was being upfront and honest with him and said I only had $80 cash on me and I would have to call back if I could get money together. Well after 3 hours of sitting on the side of the highway I finally got a bank transfer and had money to pay so I called back. The man who answered the phone asked where I was and when I told him he said oh wait your the girl I talked to earlier and your still sitting there now it will be $300. When I went to respond before I could even get a word out of my mouth he cut me off saying actually $400. Went to speak again he cut me off saying oop $500. Tried to speak again and cut me off one more time saying now $600 before hanging up on me. Here is the thing if you own a business that helps stranded people you have to understand that sometimes a person just can't afford your price right away. I needed to arrange for the money to be transferred to my bank account. To say he was childish and flat out ignorant is an understatement !!! I hope he never finds himself down on his luck and has someone treat him the way he treated me !!! The only way I would every recommend this man or his business would be if you like being cussed out, belittled, and want to pay someone for doing it then be my guest this man is a pro !!! Save your money and your time because he won't even let you speak let alone treat you like a human being !!! Also beware he has multiple different numbers associated with his business. If the business you own is reputable you should only need 1 number and not have to hide your business behind several different numbers because of how god awful you are !!!
