I love my local O'Reilly's location. The store is always very organized, cleaned and the staff is always so helpful. Danielle solves all my problems and makes great recommendations for my vehicle maintenance. I am so thankful for all the great people here 😀
I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews or complain. The employees did help me when I asked a question about the type of oil my vehicle requires, so I do want to acknowledge that.
However, I was extremely uncomfortable with the conversation taking place between a female and male employee while I was in the store with my two children, ages 9 and 12. The discussion involved references to “getting high,” being “stoned,” and even comments about working better while stoned. On top of that, there was excessive use of profanity that could be heard throughout the store.
This type of language and conversation is completely inappropriate in a public retail environment—especially when customers and children are present. As a result, I felt so uncomfortable that I had to send my kids out to the car. Now I’m left having to explain to them what those terms mean, which is not something I should have to deal with after a routine trip to an auto parts store.
This was actually my first visit to this location, and unfortunately it left a very poor impression. I believe there is a serious need for additional employee training regarding professionalism and appropriate workplace behavior. The assistance I received was appreciated, but the overall experience was unacceptable.
I visited this O'Reilly location two days ago and had a very disappointing experience. A bald white male employee pointed me toward the wipers but refused to answer my questions or help with installation. His attitude felt dismissive, and it seemed like he treated me and my parents differently because of our skin color. I returned today to exchange the wipers and had a completely different experience -- a young woman with blue eyes and long blonde hair was extremely helpful and respectful. This store needs more employees like her and serious action taken regarding the behavior of the employee I encountered earlier.
I stopped in during the snowstorm to buy new windshield wipers, and Daisy delivered standout service. She helped me pick the right ones for my car, walked me through the differences, and then went the extra mile by coming outside and installing them for me in the freezing cold. That level of customer care is rare. Daisy turned a stressful situation into a quick, easy fix, and I truly appreciate it. Highly recommend seeing her if you need anything.
My mom needed a battery replacement on her key fob. She uses a walker and has difficulty getting in and out of her vehicle. Daisy was very kind and met her when she pulled up, fixed the issue, and delivered it back to her car. Thank you for your kindness and excellent customer service, Daisy!
Walked in today and the manager Danielle has a horrible attitude.This is not the first time shes been rude or has an attitude. Fix your attitude Danielle.
I’m grateful for this O’Reilly auto parts location. I’ve been having troubles with my heat and AC blower in my truck. I want to check the fuse but I cannot locate it. I went to AutoZone. They did not even want to come outside to take a look at the car saying they don’t get that detailed. However, I came across this location while driving and a young lady named Marcy was kind enough to come outside to help me locate my box in the cold weather. I highly recommend this location for your car needs. Great customer service.
The man that waited on me had no interest in serving me. He couldn't be bother looking up the part number so I went back out to my car to get it. Then he just pointed to a spot in the corner of the shop. Another guy there walked over to check if I needed anything. Then when I couldn't find the part (an oil plug washer) the first guy didn't offer to order the part for me, but the second guy showed up with the plug and washer, and an oil filter, which I purchased. Had it not been for the second guy I wouldn't have purchased anything, would have given this O'Reilly's one star and never gone to this O'Reilly's again. I will still consider it in the future, but will stay clear of the first guy.
Wow! Lauren. Give this woman a raise. Promote her to the highest. She is competent. Kind. Efficient. Gracious. Damn, this store is lucky to have her. Just another reason I love O’Reilly’s. Thank you, Lauren, for making my ride safe again.

Corey (Cory?) is a very helpful and smart individual. We spoke on the phone a few times for a serpentine belt kit. When I came in store for something unrelated on a different day, Corey remembered who I was and even updated me on the status of the belt kit shipment without even asking. Unfortunately, it has been over 10 days since I was told the kit would be there. Kit still has not arrived. The store associates are very helpful and professional. If i could rate Corey, he earned the 5 stars.
Danielle & Noah are the best they were very friendly & helped me without any questions. Danielle went over & beyond to help me. When you Visit her store you will be amazed at how GREAT their customer service is! Thanks again Danielle
Was in here recently when it was busy so there was a few people ahead of me. A chubby girl with reddish hair walked in while the phone was ringing, saw the line, and took a deep breath then said “all you people need to go home” before answering. Everyone in line heard and shared a laugh at her unprofessional and miserable behavior. Luckily I was helped by a different employees who was very polite and helpful.
I use the laundromat nextdoor. I don't drive. But the workers here are awesome. I see who and what they deal with. Giving expert care and work to help their customers. I've seen frustrated customers ready to explode. Leave happy and glad they stopped here. Keep up the good work all.
Lauren (my apologies if I spelled your name wrong) has great customer service. They found my bulb to my headlight immediately and she changed it out for me. 👍🏻
From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by everyone behind the counter! Looked up my part for my 06 Mercedes Benz e350, needed brake pads and rotors and the nice gentlemen behind the counter gave me the best quality and best warranty for my buck! Professional and very straight forward! Danielle is also a very kind and polite store manager! You don't see many of those. Helped with finding my oil filter and oil a couple of days ago! Thanks you guys!!
Daniel at the counter found spark plugs for my 1997 Mercury outboard in seconds. She also looked up the gap on what they were supposed to be. So nice and friendly thank you Daniel
They have very bad service from Girls she had the curly hair , When I come I said hi she looks to me yeah what do you need , And when I left I said thank you she said nothing that’s not nice for the customer service they have to be nice they work with nice company !
Once you manage to get the attention of someone (takes numerous attempts) you're told to wait. Apparently they can't talk and stock a shelf at the same time. You're told (not shown) where you can find what you're looking for. Only they were wrong. Twice. FINALLY they checked stock. Don't stock it in this location, even though the website said they do - and that it was in stock.
11 am Sunday January 19 th girl behind the counter did not know what a temperature gauge was .. then got irritated and lippy . Please learn your store inventory and learn yr job
This place is terrible, bought a part was wrong part went to return guy tried to tell me he didn’t have enough money to return it then didn’t want to return it because I bought it from different store when I didn’t it was that store . The older guy was there when I bought it just sat there with his mouth shut. The sales person with cross tattoo on his neck who claims he is the manager. This place dose not know how to do business. Stay away there over priced also 57.00 part only goes for 33.00. Worth il location. Alsip location is cool.
They usually know how to help you. Girl employee sold me some bulb grease said it was only a dollar, didn't check but when I got home it was $1.49. Only 49 cents difference, but don't tell me a price of something if you don't know what it is. That is why I do not work in a auto parts store or Home Depot or Menards, because if I don't know what the hell I'm talking about, I do not want to work there. People coming to find something specifically and if I don't know where it's at I'm not going to say I don't know or, send him somewhere where it's not.
From the minute I walked in, the young man behind the counter was very professional and courteous and helpful. I was told that they would have a rear window windshield wiper for my Chevy Equinox and they did. He treated me with respect and courtesy and even installed the rear wiper without me having to go out there while I was signing up for their rewards card. He was quick too and did a good job. I highly recommend them.
Got to hand it the guys working here. I went to autozone and pepboys lookin for a spark plug for a motorcycle that's 35 years old and I got told we sell car parts your going to have to go to a motorcycle shop. So for the 5th time I couldn't find what I needed at autozone and pepboys and yet again O'Reilly's took that extra step to help me out and had the parts. They took that extra step and spent the time to do their best on finding what I needed.
