The team is very thorough and patient in their explanations. They did a complete once over and didn't try to upset, just explaining that I might want to replace the battery. Their explanation made perfect sense and everything else checked out. Thanks!

I have always been a fan of Firestone, but Jim’s store here has taken me beyond just being a fan. I am always well taken care of. Everyone here is laid back and always go above and beyond whether it’s all my questions or with giving me every option. There is no shaming here either when life gets busy and I forget to stay on top of my maintenance - which I greatly appreciate. You’re treated like a person and spoken to with complete respect and thoughtfulness. I greatly appreciate how they consider your budget and bring options to best suit you. And everyone is super friendly!

I came here Friday night in distress because my daughter blew out her tire. We walked in close to closing, but David and his team still took great care of us. I left feeling much better knowing my daughter had reliable tires.
I came back Sunday for my own appointment, and the service was friendly, on time, and professional. They repaired my tire right away—something another Firestone told me to just leave the nail in! 😒 I appreciate the attention to details and got my oil change done at the same time.
I really appreciate David and the team. Their customer service was excellent, and this is now my new favorite Firestone location.
Jim, David and Chris are exceptional. They will give youalways the best advice regarding the maintenancd that is best for your car to keep it running smoothlly. They will accomodatevyou the best time that is available to you, even just a tire pressure check and add pressure to the tiire if needed especially now that our temperature is getting colder,it is done right away. Everybody will treat you with kindness and friendliness.I will recommend this store for all your car maintenance needs.
Found this place in an emergency when my CEL came on. Drove in and was immediately helped by a service advisor. He was able to hook my vehicle up to his code reader and found that I had a very small evap leak. He recommended a solution, amd I was out with an hour in a half. I will be going to this location for further service as they are very attentive to their customers
My car suddenly broke down and refused to reverse—completely out of the blue. It was frustrating and stressful, especially since I rely on it daily. My husband brought it to this shop, and I’m so glad he did. Jim and his crew were incredibly professional and quick to diagnose the issue. They didn’t just glance at it—they took the time to really investigate what was going on.
What stood out most was their honesty and clear communication. They explained the problem in terms I could understand, without any pressure or upselling. It felt like they genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely.

Jim was great! I was headed out on a 5 hr drive and my tire went flat. I called and he was able to get me in right away. I SO appreciated it and I’m heading out tomorrow with confidence.
Ended up with a flat tire after a visit to a farm down the road after changing the tire and putting on the almost out of air donut with two 10-year-olds these guys pretty much left us stranded in the parking lot
Jim and his team went above and beyond getting my car back to me in good working order. I had delayed maintenance for several weeks and they made sure everything that needed to be addressed was handled professionally and in less than 24 hours

The managers Jim & Dave are great! The only problem that I have is that Firestone charged me $800 for an alternator! That's outrageous!! I know Firestone has to make a profit, but come on!! You guys put in a Duralast Gold alternator in my car. That's a $269.00 alternator, and you charged me $800 for it! My total bill to have an alternator, tension bar, and belt installed was $1700.00 dollars! I think that's way too much. You guys did do a good job, but come on.....$1700 dollars. That's a $1000 job all day long......if that

My car was leaking water in the passenger side seat due to a clogged AC line. Jim took my call and scheduled me to come in later that same day. Cost was great and was in and out in 15 minutes! Will definitely come back.
Managers Jim and Dave are great. I would always choose and look forward to going to Firestone to see these guys because of how welcoming they can be, and on top of everything, They mostly take good care of me, Reasonably price services, and recognize and honor service members with little bit of support. Not sure why/how but it seems like Firestone no longer honors prior service which is disappointing. You will appreciate Jim, Dave, and staff here. But because of costs, I unfortunately will have to look elsewhere for services. All good things come to an end I guess :(
My truck almost exploded. I sent my 2017 f pace Jaguar truck to get fixed from a leak it had from coolant, I received my truck back to me and it still has the same issue I sent it there organically to get fixed. What do I mean by that, nothing was replaced the broken part that was there from the beginning was still there. So I was driving a bomb, right now I am in the middle of getting this problem solved through corporate, because the people at this location are not fit to handle customers.
