Polite, helpful, fantastic turn around. The work done on my vehicle was an insurance claim, had my car back in five business days. Also they not only had to wash the exterior of my car, but they cleaned the inside of my car. Very happy with this Harwood Heights Auto Body!!

Took SUV in to fix a fender scrape and detached bumper. Looked fine when I picked it up. Two days later a gap appeared between fender and bumper. Took it in to ask why, and was told to patch it myself with epoxy. Was told *for the first time* that there were ‘busted brackets’ in the bumper assembly and a full fix would be another $750, which wasn’t worth it. “So go buy epoxy at ACE and hold the parts together with masking tape till the epoxy sets.” They did make the repair look good for two days.
Great service. What could be a very stressful situation and dealing with insurances, they took care of communicating with the person at fault’s insurance to get an accurate estimate. They work with Statefarm. The work they did was great and so was the customer service. I recommend this shop to anybody who needs to get work done on their car. Very happy I was able to find this shop.

Harwood Heights Auto Body did not stand by their warranty agreement. They failed to correctly reassemble the license plate wiring on my vehicle and then made excuses instead of taking responsibility. The license plate lights were working perfectly before I brought my car in for repairs. I would not trust them and cannot recommend their service.

I worked with Dave at The body shop.He was very courteous, professional, and told me exactly what was going to done to fix my car. He stated" you going to be very satisfied.. never was a truer statement said..car was finished on the date he said. And yes beautiful work! It was a pleasure to work with Harwood Heights Auto Body! From the estimate to the repair, TJ and the team were extremely informative, kept me updated on the repair process, and were always available to answer any questions I had along the way. Their workmanship is high quality and I was extremely pleased with the results. They repaired and painted both bumpers on my 2007 Toyota, which now looks brand new! Excellent place. Dave was very quick to get my car fixed with ordering parts and did so with care bc he tried his best to find used parts. I needed to save money and he understood and already thought not to tack on extra charges, etc. They finished my car so fast … in 3 days… which they didn’t have to… but ofc i appreciated it. I loved the work they did. It’s high quality work and reasonable prices. I would trust my car to be fixed there all the time. Trusted place! They don’t waste your time.

Dave and team did an awesome job on my car! I can’t see any sign of the dents that were there. Also they were kind enough to buff out some previous scrapes. They were a pleasure to deal with and finished in the promised time. Would definitely come back!
These are the pictures of what my car looked like when I brought it into the shop. Upon bringing it to shop, I was told it was going to take a little over a month. I had no other choice but to leave it. Fast forward 2 weeks, and I was told that my car was a day away from being ready for pickup. The car was virtually brand new upon inspection. Paint was perfect. No weird panel gaps. Had to have the dashboard replaced as well and I was worried about some carbon fiber trim pieces that I bought not being transferred to the new dash, but upon getting in the vehicle I had seen they took care of that too. The attention to detail from this shop is TOP NOTCH. I will be recommending all of my friends and family to this shop without hesitation. Stop your bodyshop searches and just bring it to these guys (and gals). They'll get you taken care of!
My car's back windshield was shattered - HUGE PAIN!. My car was in the shop for a month. I was recommended by a trusted source and from start to finish, I had a fantastic experience. There were tons of issues with my car. From the trouble finding the glass, to little shards of glass that stuck in the locking mechanism. However, I received regular updates from Max, the owner, that really settled my mind, which meant a lot to me. Everyone was great to me. Highly recommend.
