I went in to ask about some inquiries I had in mind and had such a delightful experience with the Hispanic young lady. She answered all my questions without a problem and directed me to who I needed to speak for further details.

Horrible service! They send Me an estimate, we call to see when they can pick up car. He gave us a time frame, which he didn't honor. We kept calling and messaging him and he never responded back! If you have a business, take care of it!
Even though I specifically told him I wasn't going to take less for the car then what he offered me which was $500 when he got there he said 200 water rip off would not suggest using I hate people that intentionally lie to you just to make a buck
My car was sitting in storage for 2 years and it was time to let it go. I called TMI and the service was seamless! Very easy and they came to my home and picked up the junk car. Cash within 15 mins. Thank you again gentlemen!
