Worthless company. Scheduled a Jumpstart through my roadside assistant. After 30 minutes of waiting called only to be told they canceled my jump when asked why I was told they tried to call and no one answered. I never got a call or text. To top it off I was informed they would not come back out. It's below freezing temps and you left someone stranded. Worthless company.
If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. If you care about your vehicle DO NOT call them. I am a shop owner and the driver showed up with no information on the vehicle tried to drop it in the middle of the parking lot and then proceeded to slam the back of the vehicle into one of the other vehicles I had on my lot as he was unloading the car. and instead of owning his mistake and apologizing for the mistake and trying to rectify his mistake he denied it until I proved that I knew he was lying because I had someone who watched the whole thing he then became angry and aggressive to The point he had to be told repeatedly to leave the property. the driver was also the owner of the company and he refuses To take responsibility and cover the damages to the customers car.
Was really impressed by the amount of money they actually gave me more than most junk companies how they get there and say they’re gonna give you a certain amount but then when they arrive it’s a different price. I got exactly what I expected and what I wanted from my car.
I called to have both of my cars junked. They came within the hour and provided excellent customer service! I recommend you call them if you want to junk your car!!!
I called super fast to get my car towed and then mean super fast they got here so quick I thought I had ordered from Jimmy John's and they gave me a fair price for my car.😁

I was quoted for $600 for my vehicle. After changing the pick up time more than once, when the driver finally arrived he only offered $350 then $450 after I refused. You will get low-balled. Do not recommend

They are definitely reliable. Tow truck arrived as promised at the time given,. Friendly and professional they made this experience great. I was sad to see my car go but happy I didn’t have to pay for towing mileage, in fact I was given money for my car 🚗
