Was really impressed by the amount of money they actually gave me more than most junk companies how they get there and say they’re gonna give you a certain amount but then when they arrive it’s a different price. I got exactly what I expected and what I wanted from my car.

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. If you care about your vehicle DO NOT call them. I am a shop owner and the driver showed up with no information on the vehicle tried to drop it in the middle of the parking lot and then proceeded to slam the back of the vehicle into one of the other vehicles I had on my lot as he was unloading the car. and instead of owning his mistake and apologizing for the mistake and trying to rectify his mistake he denied it until I proved that I knew he was lying because I had someone who watched the whole thing he then became angry and aggressive to The point he had to be told repeatedly to leave the property. the driver was also the owner of the company and he refuses To take responsibility and cover the damages to the customers car.

I was quoted for $600 for my vehicle. After changing the pick up time more than once, when the driver finally arrived he only offered $350 then $450 after I refused. You will get low-balled. Do not recommend

Tow truck arrived as promised at the time given,. Friendly and professional they made this experience great.
