Highly responsive and professional towing service operator brought a wrecker with a wheel lift, boom and winch to move our car accidently wedged against our detached garage door frame away from the door frame. We could not otherwise have moved the car without further damage to the right rear side of our car. They came at night at no additional charge versus the next morning in order to get it done in a timely manner.
Eddy towed my car he did a great job and provided me awesome service. This man deserves to be moved up in the company he took his time and strapped my car down safe and made sure everything was nice and tight.

My car recently broke down in Chicago on a dark, rainy night. For three hours I tried calling different towing companies, none of which answered. I was frazzled, distressed and worried I wouldn’t be able to get home that night. Then I called North Shore Towing Inc.

For example, Bill, the night dispatcher, sent a driver out to me even though I was fairly far from the company’s Evanston/North Shore base. Alex, the driver who towed my car, offered one of the most attentive customer-service experiences I ever had. From making fun, engaging conversation to offering me a ride home after we brought my car to the mechanic’s office, Alex knew intuitively what to do to help ease my mind. (He even returned my gloves to me at my house that night after I accidentally left them in his truck!)
I left Alex’s truck feeling relieved and much better about the night overall. That change in attitude more than anything reflects how good the company’s team members are at what they do.

They just towed my car because my parking permit expired—just one day past the expiration date. They towed it from our apartment complex, which is the most frustrating part. I had parked along the fence, where visitors can park without a permit, yet they still towed my car. It’s clear they’re just after money. I hope their business fails and life too.

Larry picked our car up about a week ago and towed it to the dealership for us. He was very professional and quick, got it towed to the shop right away. Horrible illegally steals cars with visible parking passes. Rude tow truck drivers. Unreasonable and lord forbid you have the money for them to put the car back down they wont.

Car broke down in Edgewater. Called North Shore Towing as I have seen them around Evanston. Got an estimate of 60-90 minutes. At the 60 minute mark, Mario called me and asked how we were doing, ensure we were safe, and provide a more exact ETA. He arrived exactly when he promised and was an absolute delight to work with. He was very supportive and personable, and even offered to stop to let me use the restroom. Highly, highly recommend. No one hopes to need a tow, but if you end up needing one, call North Shore tow! Prices were reasonable--can't go wrong!

Was literally just on I90 and one of your drivers decided he was going to slam on the breaks while in the middle lane to then get off literally last second two lanes over on an exit at Arlington Heights Road. We had to slam on our brakes because of this moron.

Al who came and gave us roadside assistance was great! I had a flat tire and

Quick and affordable service! They saved the day twice! This was the second time Larry came, and it was for a flat tire (driver side this time ) on Christmas Day . He was very professional and since my destination was along the route to where I was having my car towed, I didn’t have to call an Uber to get me home. Larry sent a picture once he dropped the car off to the dealership (I have a luxury vehicle so it’s easier with them having the custom tools and they provide the complimentary wash that was needed to get the salt off ). Blew 2 tires on a curb in 92 degree heat with a dog in the car in a parking lot along US41. Couldn’t get through to AAA. North Shore there within an hour as promised. Great, friendly and patient driver with a flatbed, waited a few minutes while I got the dog taken care of. Off to Costco for a new set of tires simple and easy. Highly recommend.
