I was in a Culver’s parking lot in Arlington Heights watching man in a pickup covered in your logos being unbelievably disrespectful to a worker. Profanity was used as well as a very full grown man yelling at a high school kid. You are essentially driving a billboard so if you do something that bad, you’re going to get called out for it. I am in the construction industry, as well as someone who has used and referee your company out. I will 100% be stopping the usage and the referrals because of the type of people you hire. Get your staff under control and hire some respectable people!

This company was a real pleasure to work with. Sold my kitchen in days! Left the house clean and ready for new install. Also loaned me a fridge while new kitchen was being built! Do throw your old kitchen away, call these guys. I wish there was another star to give them! Highly recommend!
Prices too high. I made a reasonable offer for an old ugly door and the guy running the sale walked away did not even have the courtesy to say yes or no or make a counteroffer. left the sale even though I was interested inother items.
AWFUL and ODD experience using this company. Unprofessional service, unreasonable pricing, unable to reproduce receipts. Beware this company will charge you for "missing" items.
I'm writing this because of the totally uncalled for bad review written by Ruben Shafer !! I wish I knew about his review earlier !!! I just happened to be getting ccdemo info for two people that need demolition done and I happened to see Mr.Shafers review .I used CCDemo for a demolition sale for our house that we were going to tear down . The 2days of the sale were just like a garage sale with a PERMIT from the village of Palos park with no special parking needed because buyers are able to park on village property such as the side of road and Village easements (per the village ) which mr.shafer also uses for parking for their parties!!!!! so with that said Mr. Schafer apparently was not happy with the traffic for the sale and parking on village property which is across a street across from his house, he came over talked to my husband said he had no problems with us but was not happy with ccdemo and we thought everything was ok ,well not exactly Mr.Shafer and Frank apparently had words then we noticed the signs for the sale went missing !! Awhile later the police were called by Mr.shafer but because everything was done to village requirements per the PERMIT the police said there was no problems !!!! And nowhere on the permit did it say that we or ccdemo sales needed to communicate anything to the neighbors ! Needless to say they also caused problems during our construction of our new home and the with same complaint that they were not made aware of construction which is not true !! The village sent letters to all neighbors with a start date ,also a huge village sign showing construction rules was placed at our drive after we received all our PERMITS !!!! Not until the village building inspector told them they were in the wrong did they stop !!!! So with that said We had a great sale and Frank and his ccdemolition crew !!!! They were nothing but professional and courteous to all ,and would use them again and will continue referring him !!!!!!!! And by the way Frank's dogs were on our 4 acres all the time !!!!! So in ending What a great welcome to the neighborhood that was !!!!!!
My wife and I love Cook County Demolition Sales , I go to the sales every weekend for over 25 years now . Great deals , Super nice Employees , Their dogs are great greeters . Check them out ! AAAAAAA+++++++++
