This company is clearly without organization. They picked up a contract with our village. No customer ID...just pay the bill. If you're late, they suspend service without notice. I'll take full responsibility for being late, however 100s of neighbors are in the same boat.
First time here and not a bad place to get loaded. I was loaded in a decent time no complaints there. My issue is with the lady at the scale house Ogre Moreno. She is very rude and has a bad attitude and disrespectful. Other than that pretty quick in and out.

I just got off the phone with one of the workers there as I had several questions. She was extremely helpful and they seem to have very fair prices. This place is great!
As clean as a dump can be. Pretty easy to drive through scales dump and go. Price has gone up since I was last here. It was 80 for up to 1 or 2 tons can't remember. They now require you to wear a hard hat and safety vest, so bring your own. Also enter through the Harlem road which is allot better than the Cicero road.
Great staff, awesome scale operator...but if they open at 5am why is the scale back up onto the frontage road and no one getting in? It is 525 and they havnt taken 1 truck in yet....like this everyday!!
Well, I have tried for 2 weeks to get someone to contact me about dumpster rentals. Ive left 2 phone messages and 2 e-mails with zero responses. Not exactly stellar customer service.
There is a minimum cost of $65 per visit, so bring it all in one go. 2-3 cars can fit on the scale at once so load up your friend's car if you need to in order to hit the minimum.
