Done Deal Towing is hands down the best towing company not just in the West Side of Chicago, but anywhere! During our trip through Chicago, we faced a major issue when a transmission cooler blew, spilling fluid all over our truck while we were towing our boat. We called Done Deal Towing, and Dean was incredibly responsive and professional.
He quickly arranged for a tow truck to handle our vehicle and even drove his personal truck to pick us up along with our boat. Dean went above and beyond by ensuring we were taken care of, transporting us to a hotel that met our needs perfectly.

I can’t say anything but my experience with them was the worst ever, i was waiting for more than 2 hours and i had to call them several times to get an update about the driver who took many calls and went to finish them leaving me in the middle of the street at the highway, however, their app is not accurate at all and im pretty sure they were giving priority To the individual calls They give priority over calls from insurance companies.

My car broke down at my grandson's baseball game, which was about 12 miles from my home. My State Farm roadside assistance connected me with Done Deal Towing, and I was very pleased with their response time and their professionalism. Kiril was so nice and assisted me in getting my car back to the shop I use, and making sure my car was secure. He sent me pictures of where he dropped it off, which was a really nice added touch. Kiril was a solid guy, super friendly, easy to talk to, and went above and beyond. After I told him the car died electrically, he took the time to check both the battery and alternator before towing it, which he didn’t have to do. He really knows his stuff and actually cares about helping, not just doing the bare minimum. Definitely recommend him if you ever need a tow.

Had my truck break down. They met me in a timely fashion and took it to the repair shop. It was around midnight, so I appreciate that they left the key in the drop box for me, and I was able just go home. They also sent pictures of the form they left for the repair shop and where they left the truck.
