I got a flat tire on 53 northbound on the shoulder between 53 and the 90 on ramp. The entire team at Belmont Kolmar was helpful. Both the front office staff and my tow truck driver were a communicative, kind, helpful, and as fast as they possibly could be. They took me to a mechanic of my choosing, and I was able to pay in the truck with a card and go on my way. Marcus was easy to talk to you, kind, efficient, and I felt totally safe around him.

Markus was great. He was very calm and polite despite it being 1 AM and having to drive almost an hour to my location. I really appreciate how polite and efficient he was with the situation.
Marcus at BK was like a kind uncle who loves helping people. I had a blown tire in the highway and had to park on the left shoulder. A friend of mine came over and picked me up and got off the highway. Marcus came to where I was, picked up the key, went back to where my car was stranded, and brought it to a nearby repair shop.
