My car died out of the blue. Marcus came out in basically 40 minutes and took me to the auto shop and Maneuvered the tow truck magnificently and backed it into a tight spot on a cold snowy night!
Was that guy on side of airport departure terminals with a dead EV battery. Everyone honking and trying to use the shoulder because of congestion traffic. Even the O'hare help desk and towing could not help. Called 2 tows nearest one extremely high cost and other would not even come into O'Hare. This place was quick, efficient and great pricing with above and beyond customer service. Especially having to be in airport traffic to get to me. Traveling to 1st closest charger a person parked in EV spot with non EV. Went across street to BP pulse and not in working order yet while he waited to charge while on flatbed with no luck. So, off we went to 3rd. Not only was Derek a professional he made this ordeal great being polite and personable demeanor. I only wish we checked 12v battery as I needed a jump after to just get it to accept the vehicle charge. 10/10 recommend.
Super reliable and I'm very thankful for Marcus coming to the scene quickly and taking care of me and my car. Marcus handled the situation professionally and had me on my way in no time, I highly recommend this towing company and super grateful for meeting such a great person!

I emailed them today I received a quote within an hour and my Bentley was towed by them on a flatbed by a 20yr experienced driver this is the only place I will ever use to tow my cars from today on they were the fastest and most affordable and the professionalism is top notch from there driver today thank you guys

It was my first time using a towing service. It was already a stressful situation and both the dispatcher and Felix were straightforward, concise, and helpful in their work and patient with my questions. I was informed I called at a busy time, so I waited for about 2 hours since the initial call which is very reasonable, fast even, especially with the time it takes for each assignment depending on the commute. Paid $175 flat from southern Mount Prospect all the way to Lincolnwood, also a good price considering the charges and reviews I saw for other companies while researching. Grateful they have multiple locations also with great ratings, and would definitely use their services again.
My experience with this towing company was excellent. Marcus, the driver, was incredibly professional, informative, and easy-going throughout the entire process. He clearly explained everything ahead of time, reassured me that my vehicle would be safely delivered to the Hyundai dealer, and followed up by sending pictures and receipts.

I called a few "24/7" places early on a Sunday morning and Belmont-Kolmar was the one that actually answered the phone. I needed my car towed from Park Ridge to Chicago and it was easily and quickly arranged. The tow guys were friendly and professional and the car was delivered safely to the tire store. Did I mention that I had waited 3 hours the night before for Triple A and they never showed up?
My collector car broke down Sunday afternoon on I-294. Contacted Belmont-Kolmar through the Hagerty Drivers Club and couldn’t be happier with the service received. My car slowed down in the middle of the road. Thankfully I pulled up in a parking lot and was stuck there for while. Finally, called up Belmont Towing they said will be there in 35 mins. Kyle was the best. Hands down best tow experience I’ve ever had. He showed up very fast, put the car on his truck safely without any damage, and took it direct to the auto body shop I requested. He communicated throughout the process to make sure I knew where he was, when he would be there, and when my car was delivered to the required location.
Great customer service, which is rare these days. Fair prices and very reliable. They helped me in a jam when I needed my car towed from indiana to illinois. Throughout the entire process, the tow driver was in communication with me and kept me updated every step of the way. They were the first place I called because I planned to shop around, but I never called anyone else because their customer service was so good I didn't even bother. Thank you!

Overall excellent service, and was super fast! It is no surprise my Auto service resource: Casey's Automotive in Streamwood has chosen to have a preferred relationship with this towing (all flat bed) service provider who they refer to casually as "B&K towing"! Was one of the best such experiences I have had in 40+ years of being a towing consumer.
Surprisingly great. My battery died on the highway and these guys were able to come to the location in under 30 minutes, tow my car, and take it where I needed it.
Felix was my driver he did a great job. He didn't scratch my car and the operation went smooth. For a short tow from the highway, it came out to $150 which my insurance was able to reimburse. Highly recommend these guys.
I was in need of assistance for a truck tow, due to a damaged wheel bearing. Customer service was phenomenal. They were able to reach me within the 30-minute window. Matt was my driver.
