When I dropped my car off for a right-side bumper replacement, it had a full tank of gas. The repair didn't necessitate a test drive, yet upon retrieval, the tank was only between a quarter and a half full. Furthermore, while other items removed for cleaning the interior of my car were returned to my trunk, my damaged side view mirror (which was in the vehicle when I dropped it off) had been taken; I was forced to specifically request its return.
The repairs on my vehicle were absolutely. flawless. My vehicle is a unique color and Crash Champions matched it perfectly. The customer service was fantastic. Communication was great.
update: no one ever bothered to email back or respond. dont believe me maybe try emailing that email yourself. i even tried emailing with a diffrent address just in case- no response to either.

After leaving my initial review, the company responded by asking me to email them directly. I did so over the weekend, and now, after the first full business day has passed (Monday), I still have not received any response. It’s disappointing that after encouraging me to reach out, the company has failed to follow through with even basic communication. This further reflects poorly on their customer service and makes me question their commitment to resolving issues
I went to pick up my car and immediately noticed new scratches on the driver-side door handle. I pointed it out, and some guy brushed it off, saying something vague about GEICO not covering it, and kept repeating the same thing. I asked, “Don’t you evaluate and do estimates here?” Eventually, he brought out another man who, to his credit, at least apologized. He looked at some photos and admitted the car originally had no scratches on the handle — it was the shop’s mistake. I left the car there again.
The next day, I picked up the car and noticed even more issues. Now the window on that same door didn’t close properly. That entire door — the one they had repainted — was scratched up, and I found a brand-new scratch on the passenger side door handle as well. There was also a small dent on the door jamb — exactly where they had done the paintwork. I reported all of this.
Paul told me he’d take care of it. He claimed the dent in the jamb was probably caused by my seatbelt — which is absurd — and wouldn’t take responsibility. He didn’t admit fault for the passenger side door handle either, but said they’d fix it as a "courtesy."
I left the car again — this time without a rental — and was told the repairs would be done the same day. They weren’t. He called and said it would be ready the next morning. I called at 1:30 PM and finally picked up the car. The results? The dent in the jamb wasn’t fixed at all — it looks exactly the same. The paint on the passenger side door handle looks like someone dabbed on touch-up paint — it’s poorly done and still visible. And the worst part? The interior side of the driver’s door — which they scratched — now feels like sandpaper. They clearly just buffed it and didn’t even bother refinishing it properly.
I had hoped they would fix their mistakes — especially since Paul seemed sincere and promised everything would be taken care of. Instead, they kept my car for over a day, didn’t actually fix the problems, and I was left without a rental for a situation they caused. As for the passenger side handle — I know for a fact the scratch is new because I had that side repainted just last year, and I know every mark on it.
This whole experience has been frustrating, careless, and completely unprofessional.
On September 6, 2025, I brought my vehicle here for a buffing service related to a prior insurance claim and covered under their lifetime warranty. I was instructed by Production Manager Luis to arrive between 8:00–8:30 AM, with the assurance that a team would be ready to complete the service in 3–4 hours.
Upon arrival, no staff were present, and the office did not open until 9:00 AM. Afterward, an employee named Paul oversaw the buffing, which was completed in about an hour—contrary to the original timeframe given. When reviewing the car together, I noticed multiple white specks across the hood that were not there before. Paul dismissed these as “rock chips” that became more visible after buffing. He attempted to cover them with touch-up paint, but I was not satisfied with the quality of the work. Additionally, debris was left inside the gas tank door and visible streaks remained around the car.
I returned to Crash Champions on September 8th to address the issue, but no resolution was reached with Luis. On September 9th, I contacted the Crash Champions corporate office. A representative, Leslie, informed me that Vice President Shane determined the company was not responsible and that no assistance would be provided. I requested to escalate the matter to the CEO but was told that was not possible.
I strongly believe the buffing caused damage to my hood and resulted in additional poor workmanship issues that were not present when I brought in my car. Crash Champions has denied responsibility, and I am requesting a proper repair or resolution for the damage done under the terms of their warranty.
I do not recommend going here.
At first I was going to visit another shop after my bender bender. After analyzing my options, I decided to go through Crash Champions. I’m glad I did, and the google reviews with nearly a thousand customers supports why.
Raul was phenomenal keeping me updated many many times throughout the repair process. Where things stand, updates, etc.
Although there was a slight hiccup in the process as cars can definitely open more doors once going through inspections, I can safely say all repairs were addressed promptly and I couldn’t be happier.
During a difficult time like an accident, this business helps every step of the way. Very professional, updates over time, and super patient and friendly. Something you don’t see from a lot of places anymore! Thanks to the entire team, mechanics, and Raul!!

I had to get my car repaired all over again six months later to repair was they did to my car They put used junk yard parts in my car. My car had never been worked on and had all original parts. My car is 5 years old with 35 thousands miles. They repaid it due to a car accident…If you want you car repaired correctly and safe DO NOT let them work on you car.

This was 1st time here and dealing with this situation. Customer service was great! Entering the parking lot and the building it was super clean. They offer coffee and tea. The atmosphere was very comfortable. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable I didn’t have to call for my rental. I was notified every day with an update and it was ready in a week. My car was clean inside and out handled with care.
I had a unique experience and Crash Champions really came through for me. They did such an amazing job communicating with me throughout the process. Paul was amazing to work with and my repairs look great. They got my repairs done expeditiously and I cannot thank them enough for that. 10/10 would recommend.

I was recommended to this place by my brother in law. Just picked up my car today after having an accident on 11/15/23. Drop off 11/20/23. My car was finished 11/30/23. I got my car back earlier than expected and it looks brand new. Would definitely recommend x1000!!! I was updated through the whole process and they even cleaned my car before returning it. From the beginning service was great! The front desk ladies were such a big help and explained the paperwork and process very well. It’s my first accident and Lorena helped me set up the tow truck and guide me through the process. Raul the estimator for my claim, updated me every step of the process. My car was ready in 10days, five days sooner than the estimated date. Overall, the work quality and customer service was Amazing. Highly recommend this location for any repairs.

My car bumper and front headlight was damaged due to parking lot hit and run with no note. I was kind of looking for good body shop and finally I have chosen “Crash champions crest-wood” by looking at the reviews. Cairo guided me with the work plan and provided me the detailed description of the action plan and this gave me a lot of confidence to drop my car here and my decision was virtuous. The below pictures explains the work and it’s astonishing. I will review it again once I monitor the paint and work for a few weeks.
