They are misleading. I purchased a front spindle and axle shaft before paying I asked about their return policy. I was informed that I would receive all my money back if I don’t need the item. However, when I return the unused item it was then that I was informed that I would not get all my money back and that I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. I do not recommend this place.
5/5! I was looking for some rims and even though they had sold out of the ones I wanted, they were able to find them and have them shipped quickly! I would definitely recommend!

I received gret attention to what I needed for my car, called everywhere for a spindle couldn't find it in the city of Chicago..
Called MCcoy's they didn't have it but I was connected with a lady named Claudia.... she found the part and was very professional...

I've been using McCoy's for all my used parts and always have had success. Claudia, Benny and Maggie have always been helpful, informative and treated me as if I was their best customer. I recommend them highly, never had a bad experience. Me, or my boss at Sanchez Auto Repair. I pray that God keeps blessing them for their patience with me and all the customers I see them servicing.
Had a great experience with them.Claudia was great.She was able to get me the 2 parts that I needed for my Chrysler 200s.She was so helpful and pleasant to talk with the whole time.Price's are very reasonable too.I will definitely use them again for anything I might need later on.
I have been going to mccoy for 5+ years . The new girl claudia has no idea what the hell she’s doing. She sells you parts that aren’t even the correct ones. she’s very unprofessional, She’s clueless. Thankfully a guy named Benny was there to ease the process of my exchange and he definitely knows what he’s doing and what car parts are. If you go to mccoy ASK FOR BENNY ‼‼‼
To expensive. I called before heading to the place & they told me they were going to charge $200 for the rear trunk, when I got there they told me it was going to be $300!!
They basically sell used parts like new. I do not recommend this place.

I had a great experience with McCoy Auto Parts today. I called them yesterday and they confirmed they had the part I needed. I went to pick it up today. They were polite, helpful and worked quickly to get my part pulled from their yard. I was even allowed to test it in my vehicle (electric window switch) before paying. A great transaction and I will definitely go to them again for any parts needs.
These guys took care of me professionally, courteously, and at a good price. McCoy answered the phone, knew their inventory and I was in and out quickly.
warning be aware if u go to get a part here i need it a part for my Lincoln mks this men that works here name junior order me a part from another vehicle telling me it will fit . At the end part didn't fit I told junior u said it will fit I told him give my money back and he told me i'm keeping 25% of a return. Be careful make sure they order the part u need not something else because they will get u.
Looking for parts for a 96 Tahoe. Went around all the city to every junkyard and nothing. These guys had the parts and were in good shape. Prices are very good considering every other place has risen their prices crazy and they guys remove them for you and are careful about them. Very good people.
I had heard from a friend that this was a decent place to get a "new battery", and for only 60$ which is great compared to 200.00$ all the other car stores Want for there batteries. A week after we purchased the battery (which was wrapped in plastic like it was new") I went to leave out for work and my car wouldn't start. I had to waste more time and call into work cause I didn't have my car to bring the battery back to find out it was bad battery. I will not go back here, waste of my time
Sold me an engine with 82k miles , got it delivered and shop installed it and didn’t turn over. The engine they sold me didn’t work so I got charged twice at the shop to get my so called “new to me motor”. All McCoy said was “I can give You your money back or a new motor” no discount for having the inconvenience of wasting my time and money. This auto parts is TRASH.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would! !stay far away from this place they have the worst costumer service ,they will keep you waiting for hours to replace a part that they sold to you and didnt work!it's sad that it be our own race taking advantage of our people I called to speak to the owner and they HANGED UP the phone on me .CLASSLESS
The worst place to buy used parts, rude and refuse to take parts back , went there in person and wasted two hours, I was told the person that does the refunds may only shows for one hour or two hours per day. I recommend LKQ that are a professional. Don't waste your time here, they don't have a clue of customer service is .

Don't buy here. Management will try every trick in the book to not take a return. The workers in the yard are overworked and under a lot of stress. First time I came a worker came into the front with some car part. His arm was bloody from pulling it and the Hispanic manager at the desk told him to hurry up next time---in front of everyone. This second time will be my last time. There's plenty of car parts places that I can buy from that aren't so inhumane and profit happy. Prices are nothing special. You certainly buy elsewhere
McCoy told me they didn't have my part but Recycled Auto Parts located in Lombard did. Called Recycled on a Saturday and they were closed. Called McCoy back to ask him how he knew they had one and he said I have to call them and find out. What?! No manners, very rude and then hung up on me. DO NOT GO HERE!
