I called this company to pick up my car because i lost my title and the car was not working they promise to junk it and not worry, insted they picked up my car cut out the catillac converter and abandon my car on the streets of chicago my car was picked up by chicago police and i was charged 1600 in impound fees. These guys are rats. Not trustworthy at all, i would not do business with this company
Called for a family member to get info on towing, when he asked me about the vehicle info I told him I didn’t know the info and to hold for a quick second while I got it, he got an attitude and said “you don’t even know the info of the vehicle?” To which I replied I was calling for someone else who doesn’t speak English. He then proceeded to stay quiet and hanged up on me not even 10 seconds later. Terrible attitude from someone who has “Garcias” in their company name. Shame
Carlos is very polite and professional. Speedy service and great rate. Extremely friendly! Will definitely go back to Garcia’s Towing in the future.
