They will tell u anything to get your vehicle for a low price, all I can say is stand firm, they will lie and say that your catalytic converter is not original, stand firm and u will see how bad they want your vehicle, they called me back until I was satisfied

As I go over the other reviews I was also set up. Called and got a quote to sell my old car that is still running,the man over the phone offers $685 he sends over the tow guy. The man pulls to my driveway and starts inspecting the vehicle takes pictures and uses the same excuse that my catalytic converter is not original he then low balls me for $300 and I said no thank you then he tries to negotiate with me how much do you want for the car?? Really I asked him to leave. I called another location and they checked that my Catalytic converter was there . The new company confirms that the catalytic converter is the original and offered me way more than $300.
I was given a quote , but when they got here , the quote went way low , these people is not about the right and wantTo argue with you constantly keep changing the price. This company is not to be trusted. Don't be fooled. By what they tell you over the phone.\n Because it's a lie. And more than likely these Reviews, it's not gonna be posted because they don't want a bad review. I don't want to give them not even one notch but I have to at least do something in order to get this to post. Be careful , people , these people think they slick and they will teach you
Had an old car sitting in the driveway and these guys made it super easy to get rid of it, gave me a good price and picked it up fast. Driver was friendly and on time, the whole thing was simple and quick. If I ever have another junk car I will be back.
I thought the minimum price to be offered was $500 per the advertisement. At first contact was quoted $625 with stipulations that everything was original. Ending offer was only $300. Although I allowed it to be taken, I feel at a loss as it was driven onto the tow truck.
I highly recommend against this outfit. They came out and said the catalytic converter was missing that a flex pipe was in. That was not true. The original was in there. They are scam artists and thought I wouldn't notice. The spiel goes like this, they send a tow truck driver out, and immediately they start asking how many owners, soon as you say 1 other, he takes a photo of underside and he postures as though the catalytic converter is missing. Starts pressuring you to understand all the ways it could have gone missing. Mechanic did it. 1st owner did it. Sends a phtoto to a guy in a back office and then you get on the phone with him and that is when the low balling happens. I say I bought the car at 11k miles. So next thing is a mechanic did it. After I threatened to call the police to file a report entitling myself to trust their word that it went missing, the guy on the phone yielded on price and came up. He certainly got scared when the law came into play. Make sure you hold them account able and make sure you have 911 ready to scare them. These guys do fear the law, exploit that readiness posture against them if they decide to mislead you and pressure you.
Also, know this too, the name of this outfit doesn't match what they put on the title or how they represent themselves...what they put on the title was

Don’t waste your time. Called to get a quote on a car he said 600 over the phone once he pulled up he said 200 because car need original catalytic converter and other stuff. Seems like he wants running cars. Why say 600 if you know the car is junk and when you pull up you start saying everything I told you over the phone that’s wrong with the car. Like if they not going to crush it and sell it by weight
