Worst experience with them. Offered me $290 for a 2004 clean title corolla having problem with fuel pump. They try to purchase so low and sell the car parts worth $3000
well they quoted me 400 om the phone said they picked up my truck at 5. no call no show text them to see if they were going to still pick it up they said yes but would be the next day. When the driver showed up. he only offered me half of the quote, then tried to tell me that my cat was not stock which was full of crap. I was a tech for 22 years. took 220.00 but never again will I do business with them was a waste of my time!
Was skeptical at first. Genuinely thought I was getting scammed. Luckily, the process was fairly easy. The drop-off spot would've been difficult, but I managed to read where I had to check in via mobile phone. Satisfied with the process.
Cars for cash was an easy experience to sell my used car. The only problem I had was the tow truck pickup. I was schedule for a Friday pickup in which the tow truck driver did not come and I had called 3 times with no ETA for the pick up. I then scheduled pick up for the following Tuesday. I received a call on Monday while I was at work from a tow truck driver stating he was scheduled to pick up that day. I informed him there was miscommunication and that pick up was scheduled for Tuesday. I then confirmed pick up for Tuesday. The tow truck driver finally came at 7pm Tuesday night. I just wish there was an ETA far in advance as I had waited all day Tuesday for the pick up.
The experience was fine, the only issue I had was they gave me a scheduled time frame and when that time frame ended, I called! When I called it appeared that a dispatch was sent then. I ended up waiting an additional 2 hours outside my time, but the transition was fine
They were able to make a smooth transition, they were very knowledgeable and answer any questions I had. What really impressed me most The lady said 24 to 48 hours The gentleman picked up the vehicle within an hour and a half I was really impressed keep up the great work

We decided to sell our 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Cash for cars offered us the most for our vehicle. Whole process was fast. Copart had tow truck come out in a few days with a check in hand to pick up the Sonata and the deal was completed
I went online Thursday, July 4th, 2024 and put in the details on the vehicle. They immediately reached out to me with an offer that day. They arranged towing for the following Monday. The driver arrived with check in hand, I signed the title and the deal was finalized by Monday noon.

Unprofessional, waited all day they were supposed to come get the car at 2-3, called me at 8am and told me so now of course just about the whole day is gone and in minutes of showing up they didn’t even check the car fr and already wanting to and trying to rip me off. I was quoted 870 for the car and they immediately hopped out of the car and started at 300 without looking at anything, then he flashes the light everywhere just trying to buy time. Comes up and tells me the catalytic converter had been removed and because it had been removed they could only do 500(mind you the car was running and driving with leather seats push to start etc. PLEASE BEWARE they will take find any little minor problem and use that as a reason to lowball you. Stay away

“Cash for Cars”! Horrible from start to finish, which was never achieved. Do not waste your breath or time on these so- called business people. There are far better options anywhere else, to getting some real professionals to handle the selling of your car. I had multiple calls, and texts, and an offer that I was somewhat happy with. Yes a little under what I could get, and I knew that but I accepted the terms and proceeded to set up a pick up. It was a complete waste of my time, and I waited all day for them to arrive. I gave specific directions to make it easy, and the driver told me, he was about an hour out from arriving. He never called back or had the courtesy to tell me, they thought it was a little far ( 1 hour away), and that now, he could only offer a little more than half of what was discussed. Of course, this only came to light after I had to call the driver after 5 hours of waiting all day, to see if he was lost, or broken down. It’s just simply ridiculous, poor business, poor customer service, and poor managing everything, -0 rating. It amazes me they can even call themselves a legit business. It’s a total joke folks, so beware, stay away from, and use anyone else, as there are plenty of these types of business’s that are real, and willing to do GOOD business. Not this company!! I also did get more than I expected from another source, of course, and these guys really lost out, on an excellent deal! I also have many others that I will pass this on to, that require services such as these. Never again “Cash for Cars”, ! Good luck.

I had a junk car that had been sitting in my garage for a few months. I called cash for cars and Abdul Nadeem was very helpful. Within 15 minutes, Abdul took my information, scheduled a pickup of the car. The worst place to go to pick up a car, only two trucks and the wait is more than 40 minutes and without reducing the time and also the office is empty, if you try to see why they do not notify you to arrest you, they always treat you well evil. I recommend that if you can avoid this place do it
I sold my junk car. The process was easy. I spoke with a Cash for Car representative. He gave me a quote over the phone. I scheduled a pick up the next day. Tow truck driver picked up the car and gave me a check for the amount. They even walked me through the process for DMV.
Well the online and scheduling was fine . The issue I had was with the tow drivers. I missed his call because I was outside cleaning the vehicle of personal belongings. When I called him back he acted like he wasnt the driver. He told me I need to reschedule because I didnt answer the phone 30 minutes ago. I had a window of 8am-12 noon. He called at 9am. So I reschedule for the following Thursday. I received a call on Wednesday saying they can pick up my truck . I told him I didnt schedule it Wednesday, I scheduled it Thursday. He said he can be at my house in 30 minutes , I said ok. 45 minutes went by..he didnt show up. I called him back ,this driver said he had to get his oil changed sorry but he can get here around 5pm...it was 11am. I told him no way. Where do they find these drivers from.. The 3rd final driver did ok he called and arrived when he said he would.
Very unprofessional. Did quotes online with vin and offered me 350.00 than I call them they only want to give me $175.00. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with them telling me that they couldn't find that quote. Then when they did they still offer only 300.00. waited for the tow guy on the phone only to be transferred to someone else to ask me the same questions. Maybe the staff should be trained to all be on the same page. Thanks for nothing guys
