I called for removal of a 1997 Camry. Over the phone they quoted a price without asking any questions. Of course like typical mechanics the price changed drastically when they came to pick it up. Now they are saying it’s parts missing off the car. The tow driver speaks very little English so i speak with who i assume is the owner. I tell him he should not quote prices over the phone without seeing the vehicle to avoid misquoting an amount. It’s a waste of time. I understand they want to sale it for parts so missing parts means losing money. But bad business to not explain that before arriving to pick up the car. I honestly have no clue if parts were missing or not. That could be a lie too. Full disclosure is always good
I posted previously about tires that were supposed to be returned to me as part of an agreement for an 03 Ford Windstar. I felt I was treated unfairly by this business because the tires were not returned. It turns out that the owner of this business was out of the office at the time. He was not aware of the situation. When he was made aware of the situation, he called me and worked it out with me. .apparently I was dealing with an employee that did not understand what our agreement was. He removed the tires from the vehicle and said I can pick them up this weekend. He apologized for the employees conduct. I respect how he worked out with me and highly recommend this guy if you need replacement parts or junk a car. That's excellent business.
Quoted me 450. Showed up claiming my car comes with more catalytic convertersthan it does. 1.8t passat awm engine 2004. One cat at back of turbo. Do not call them they will lie and lowball you. He refused to look at the back of the turbo to see the factory cat and tried to say it's been replaced with a resonator when no cat goes under the car its in the engine bay

Bogus they told me one price over the phone. Once the driver arrived he tried to lower the price. I pass on this transaction and conducting business low ball unfair. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES NOT HONEST NOR UPFRONT ABOUT THEIR SERVICE!!!!!!
They are a bunch of liars. I called and was told my Buick was worth 475.00 and then only given 325.00 when they came to tow my car. They just take advantage of people's financial situations. Wouldn't recommend using this company.
I was quoted $450. When the tow truck got here he said $250, then $300 when I said forget it. I said I recognize the scam, one quote to get your business and then another when you get there. He agreed it was a scam and apologized.
I was given a quote over the phone. Once they arrived there was a Police “WARNING” NOT “Violation”sticker on the vehicle. All of a sudden, my quote was dropped to half. It didn’t make sense to me…. It’s a warning sticker, my car tags and title are free and clear. He said he felt bad for me, so he added another hundred dollars to it. The amount was still LESS then I was quoted.
