I recently moved to Chicago with my mom, and unfortunately, our car broke down. As women in a new city, we didn’t know what to do or where to turn. Thankfully, Mr. Carlos came to our rescue and provided phenomenal service. He was incredibly respectful, professional, and made us feel safe throughout the entire process. Great service, Carlos was awesome and safely towed my car that was in sitting in my garage which is in the alley all the way to my mechanic who also works out of his garage, was able to even drop off the car directly into my mechanic’s garage, Carlos was awesome!
Called an auto repair place to get a tow to their shop they recommended this company. I called the guy answered the phone with an attitude I was inquiring about the price and started negotiating with is a part of business. The guy tells me to make up my mind and hangs up on me which should have let me know what type of business this is. I called back thinking it was an error but it was the exact same interaction only worse. I didn’t know tow companies treat their potential customers this way this was the by far the worst experience I’ve had.
Were realy friendly and nice also help me push the car to garge and knowledgeable because car was stuck on parking would not emergency unlock from shifter to put to neutral
My husband and I flew home from California, with a two hour car trip ahead of us we ended up getting a flat tire as soon as we got in the highway. We called triple A and waited over two hours for a tow. When we made the decision we didn’t want to wait anymore we looked up and called Garcia’s towing. We explained our situation and Oscar was out to service us in less than 30 minutes! He helped change our tire and made sure we got home safely that night. His kindness and willingness to spring into action to save us from renting a car to get home is unmatched. If you are in the Chicago area and need service call Garcias. We cannot speak more highly about their accommodations!
Called for a family member to get info on towing, when he asked me about the vehicle info I told him I didn’t know the info and to hold for a quick second while I got it, he got an attitude and said “you don’t even know the info of the vehicle?” To which I replied I was calling for someone else who doesn’t speak English. He then proceeded to stay quiet and hanged up on me not even 10 seconds later. Terrible attitude from someone who has “Garcias” in their company name. Shame
I called this company to pick up my car because i lost my title and the car was not working they promise to junk it and not worry, insted they picked up my car cut out the catillac converter and abandon my car on the streets of chicago my car was picked up by chicago police and i was charged 1600 in impound fees. These guys are rats. Not trustworthy at all, i would not do business with this company
Garcia towing service was amazing called 4 places couldn't help or never responded and Garcia went out of their way to make sure I was towed at a specific time and best costumer service at a late notice wile the cheapest quote.
We called Garcia's Towing, and a driver appeared just as promised within a very short time. This was greatly appreciated as we were disabled along a very busy freeway during rush hour. It was very stressful! Suffice it to say that this driver's service was impeccable. He was wonderful in every way - he took care of us, offered us helpful solutions to our dilemma, dropped off our car at the service center, and then gave us a ride home. I cannot say enough good things about him and this company. 5+ Stars absolutely!

Was at the cemetery with family down Lagrange Park, IL. As were about to leave my navigator leaked brake fluid. Got on Google and found Garcia Towing. Let me tell you from the moment I called to the moment car was dropped at mechanic everything was smooth. Oscar went out of his way and suggested to drop car at mechanic. Friendly. Professional. My company van broke down in Chicago, and I needed it towed back to Naperville. After calling around a few places, Garcias Towing offered the best rate AND was located close by for a fast pickup! He was super friendly and helpful, gave me a ride back to my office. The ride was very pleasant, he's an excellent driver and great conversationalist. If you need towing or roadside service at great rates and friendly service, CALL GARCIAS TOWING!!! AGAIN, 20/10 stars!!!! I hope I'm not in a situation again anytime soon where I need roadside help, but if I am I'm calling Garcias Towing!! Hands down the best in the area!
