I've gone to this shop the last couple of times my car needed repairs and I won't be going anywhere else. The service is fast and high quality. Very friendly and go beyond what I expected. Can't recommend it enough.
The services five stars. The atmosphere is five stars. I will return. There was no waiting. I was in and out at least 30 minutes later. There was one car in front of me and I was out 30 minutes after that. It's a five-star service
This place is a total ripoff they charge me $998 dollars to put on sway bar links And two tie rods with a wheel alignment one girl came in with one of my parts and said it was only $28 for the part do not go to this location do not go there my car is still not running right and they a bunch of rip-offs

JC really did a great job taking care of my truck!! He was very helpful and did phenomenal work on my brakes and rotors. I’m coming back again in the future and already having my friends and family go to him to do work on their vehicles.
The service is awful I came in for a tune up and a spark plug change for a 1984 corvette and the day they told me that car was ready it felt weird so I decided to come back to see if they can fix the problem again but it took them so long to fix one the of mechanic in the front desk told me that it will be ready in a day but it took them 3 to for 4 day just for them to do nothing at all I paid 900$ for the tune up and the spark plug change and 3 to for 4 days pass by call after call the guy at the front desk was keep telling me that it will be ready in a day but I decided to see what they have done and once I got there they have absolutely done nothing they didn’t even check the problem I asked for a refund but the mechanic in the front desk was saying that the boss wasn’t here and I’d had to wait until tomorrow and there not even mechanic there just lazy people that don’t know who to fix anything it’s not worth the wait or the money
Dont take your cars here. They are scammers. They dont know what they arw doing they dont diagnose the problem correctly fix the wrong stuff and still expect you to pay for a service they diagnosed wrong. Left my vehicle in the same conditions and didnt want to refund me.
I had my vehicle towed there after breaking down on the street. I was told it was $680 for a fuel pump. They called and said they needed to put $20!in gas to test drive it. I was then told to pick it up because it was ready. Less than a block out of their parking lot it did the same thing. I was told it now need a fuel filter which was an additional $80. They called me the next morning saying it was ready. I drove it off the lot and less than 1 block away it turned back off.I had to restart it numerous times just to get it back in their lot. I then asked for a refund so I can have it towed to another shop and they refused to refund anything even though they didn't fix the problem so I got robbed for $780 please do not take your car there they are not mechanics.
GTO Automotive is the worst mechanic shop I’ve ever dealt with. My car had no problems before, but after taking it to GTO, it broke down in the middle of the road. Johnny and Jose clearly don’t know what they’re doing, yet they still took my money. I strongly recommend everyone stay away from this place.
I was very happy with the service and estimate for my car as I didn’t go through insurance. Jose was very attentive and reliable to work with. Very reasonable prices. I totally recommend GTO. I like the fact that they gave me option from me to buying the parts etc. plus they are open 7 days a week for those who work
I came into GTO Automotive for the first time to get my tire plugged and JC and his team got me in and out in less than 20 minutes! They were very accommodating and informative on things going on with my car and I will definitely be going back for future needs.
Showed up on a Sunday afternoon to get a tire fixed because no one is open on Sundays. And GTO fixed it quick and easy in under 5 min. Couldn’t have asked for better service life savers!!

My wife had spark plugs installed in August 2024. From my knowledge, spark plugs last over 30,000 miles or at least 3 years. Last week, he car would not start. We took it to another auto shop and was told the "recently" installed plugs were old. She does not travel outside of the area with her vehicle. We are not happy about this at all and would not recommend this shop.
They were great! Brought my car in without an appointment and they were so kind and helpful and gave me exactly what I needed within 30 minutes. Will definitely come back if I ever need work in the future!

We were driving from Ohio back home to Minnesota and our oil light started sounding and telling us to stop engine. We pulled into GTO to see if we could get some oil. They were so nice and said they could check out the car in 10 minutes just to make sure...especially with us having so many more miles to drive. We were bone dry on oil with an issue in the car causing it. They got us in right away for such a good price and just 2 hours to get things fixed. The man helping us was so genuine and kind and the fees for service were so low. We wanted to leave a good review here since we won't likely make it back (being from Minnesota). This would be such a great service center to support!

I had problems with my transmission on the freeway coming out of downtown Chicago. I was fortunate to get off on St. Charles blvd and found this GTO auto repair. It was a Saturday and I was traveling through so they dropped everything to take care of me. So impressed with there service and the work they did for me. They had me back on the road in just a couple of hours. Most of time was spent waiting on the parts not the shop’s fault. Amazing experience would recommend them to anyone!
I had hit a large rock on the highway and suffered a tire blowout while traveling through the area on Thanksgiving day. Called a few places and all were closed except for GTO automotive. Had my vehicle towed to their shop where they replaced the tire with a used, but identically sized tire for a very reasonable price. I was back on the road within minutes! Wow!
