My mom called to inquire about them picking up our old Saturn. She was quoted a Tuesday morning pick up and was offered $300.00.
When no stopped by in the morning or called, she called them back Tuesday afternoon. She was told the pick up was referred to a different company. She asked if the initial offer of $300.00 would be honored, the representatives tone changed, she got short with my mom and began to make excuses. When asked why no one contacted her she was told they had. This is untrue.
It’s understandable if they had to refer out but no follow up call and a change in the initial verbal agreement is unacceptable.
Very quick and responsive. I called to inquire on a Thursday and was able to callback on the following Saturday to have my vehicle picked up. The initial offered price for my 17 year old vehicle was honored and paid in full to me. Highly recommend based on my experience!
