I recently purchased a car and had a great experience from start to finish. The vehicle itself runs smoothly, looks fantastic, and feels reliable on the road. Everything was exactly as described, and the buying process was straightforward and stress-free.
I especially want to mention Giovanni Include for the outstanding service. Giovanni was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood my options, and never made me feel pressured.

Buyer beware — classic bait-and-switch dealership.
They lure you in with attractive online pricing that is completely misleading. The price you see online is not the price you’ll pay. Expect to add at least $3,000 to that number, especially on certified pre-owned vehicles.
They tack on $1,995 for the Nissan Certified Pre-Owned “warranty” and another $800 for mandatory GPS tracking — no opt-out, no transparency upfront. None of this is clearly disclosed online.
We drove 2.5 hours, fully prepared to buy. Before making the trip, I specifically asked to be notified if there were any other interested buyers. Of course, once we arrived, we were suddenly told that there was another buyer coming on Monday (this was Saturday) with “locked-in pricing.” Convenient.
Translation: unless we agreed to pay the inflated price tied to this mysterious buyer — including the forced GPS and warranty — we weren’t getting the car. No negotiation. Take it or leave it.
It feels like a pressure tactic they use on everyone to squeeze out the highest possible price. The entire experience was dishonest, sketchy, and a complete waste of our time. I LOVE my new 2026 Rogue Rock Creek! I was under the impression I had to wait a year to get out of my current lease, I was very unhappy with my 2023 Rogue. I brought it in for service and thought I'd just see what it would take to get out of it. After meeting with Alex Reiss in sales (who is amazing) I found out it was possibly to get out early and get into a new lease that I actually love!! Thanks to Alex, it was not only a painless process, it was actually fun! He's great and super personable. I'm very happy with my new Nissan and highly recommend working with Alex at the Arlington Heights location!!

I do not leave reviews often but think this review requires special attention about Arlington Nissan. On multiple occasions Matthew Hanson (General Manager) wrote the same response on reviews about their deceptive scratch/wheel of fortune. “ We recognize that some guests felt misled by the scratcher game or disappointed by the odds of winning. That was never our intention. Moving forward, we are reviewing how we present these promotions to ensure that the rules, odds, and disclaimers are communicated more clearly and upfront. Transparency and respect for our customers' time are at the heart of the culture shift I am leading here at Arlington Nissan.“ These are his words but yet again his dealership culture has not changed.
Recently my Wife and I received a Wheel of fortune game which made it seem that we had a winning card for $5k. (See photo for yourself and determine if you would think the same). In my experience if Something seems too good to be true, it probably is not true. After some research online, I did not have high hopes of collecting the money yet, was intrigued to find out. We arrived at the dealership with low expectations knowing the dealership would try to sell a car, which they did. But did not expect their “Prize Receptionists” to start talking about Donald Trump and how “He puts more money in everyone’s pockets”! Let me explain….. After arriving to the dealership we were escorted to an office where the Lady had taken our information. After some short discussion, she said we would have to pay taxes on our winnings. I responded “Of course, capital gains tax” not knowing where she would take the Conversation. That is when she started talking about Trump. Furthermore during the conversation she stated “We have to make sure the winners are Legal citizens. I am White, my wife is Hispanic, who worked very hard for years to become a Citizen. Clearly this Lady does not know how to read a room?
A couple of things with closing this review, One, Matthew Hanson should not make “ethical” comments when he doesn’t intend to follow, Two, He needs to educate his personnel on conscious bias and or unconscious bias. I am thankful we are blessed to have no financial issues in our lives, but not everyone is and for a dealership to play on people’s emotions with switch and bait tactics for their own personal financial gains is is not ethical. You can’t even make this up. I make an appointment to have 2 keys fobs programmed. When I made the appointment, I said they were after market and they said no worries, it’ll be around $200 to have them programmed. Well, I go to the appointment and after waiting for 2 hours, they tell me my keys are aftermarket and they can’t program it. Then, they tell me I have to buy the keys from them, and it’ll be $600. I declined because that’s a lot of money.
After declining the offer, they tell me both of my front blinkers are out and I can replace it for $115 for labor and $34 for parts. I declined because I figured I could do it myself. After I get my car back, I check my car and THEY BOTH WORK. So not only do they try to scum me for the keys, they then lie to try to get me to do fake repairs. I’ve never written a review on Google, but never go to this business for repairs. They are a bunch of liars who only care about extracting money from people.Jan 10, 2026 -

I had such a wonderful experience with John Napientek at the Nissan Service Center. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, well-informed, and attentive. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a hand-wash car wash, and he guided me through everything with such gentle care.
I’ll be honest — I was a little nervous coming in on my own since my dad usually handles these things for me. Car maintenance isn’t something I feel fully confident in yet, and it makes a world of difference when someone takes the time to speak kindly, explain clearly, and never make you feel small for asking questions. John did exactly that.
His patience, professionalism, and warm approach made me feel genuinely cared for and respected as a client. It’s rare to find someone who not only knows their job well but treats people with that level of kindness.
I left feeling reassured, confident, and grateful.

I had nice experience at Arlington Heights Nissan with my recent purchase. My salesman, Jawad did an excellent job from start to finish. After taking the car home, I noticed a couple of small issues, but when I brought the vehicle back, the dealership took care of everything professionally.

I bought my car her with pre-paid oil changes. I was told I drop in any Saturday in the morning without an appointment to get my oil changed. They didn't honor their word. Their word is useless . The are short staffed. Many things go into a purchasing decision. One's word should mean something . But I guess not for you all. Seriously disappointed in your services. You sold me a convenience you don't even honor. Why would I even choose you next time. Not

Alex was our salesperson and I cannot recommend him enough. He was on point with communication and transparent in what he said and planned on getting done. He's personable and put us at ease from the jump. He also came in at 9a on his day off to make sure we were taken care of.

Noemi was wonderful with us. Her manager, I believe Marco, was not as personable. Didn’t even acknowledge my kid & I being at his dealership attempting to buy a vehicle. I believe he wasn’t thrilled we had a pre-approval & weren’t under his terms. Overall, experience was decent if you’re prepared for the car buying process.

My dad and I had an amazing experience purchasing a Nissan Sentra thanks to the outstanding team of Bruce, Domenic, and Matt Hanson. From start to finish, they made the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free.

From the moment we stepped in, we were impressed. The dealership boasts a large, diverse inventory, a nice open showroom, and plenty of friendly and knowledgeable staff ready to answer any questions you might have.
A huge shout-out to Andres Garcia, who was simply great to work with. He patiently explained all the features on the vehicle we were interested in, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the product. He then worked seamlessly with the sales manager to help us arrive at a price that all parties could happily accept.
