Noemi was wonderful with us. Her manager, I believe Marco, was not as personable. Didn’t even acknowledge my kid & I being at his dealership attempting to buy a vehicle. I believe he wasn’t thrilled we had a pre-approval & weren’t under his terms. Overall, experience was decent if you’re prepared for the car buying process.

I walked in with a 720 credit score and they completely ruined my credit and stuck me with a 30% interest and added a bunch of add-ons without my consent. Do not do business with these thieves. The person in charge of financing completely would avoid my questions and change the subject when it came to the amount of money I was paying when I asked why is there a ceramic coating charge on the bill he said because we already did the job I never asked for ceramic coating. And why was it not listed in the original price? I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
I just came to Nissan for only a oil change and I walked out with a brand new 2025 kick because if it wasn’t now it was gone be too late and bc of Rocky and Mat Hansen they got me together for just a low price great to go to if you need a new car.

Beware of Bob Rohrman Arlington Nissan on Dundee (and apparently Kenosha too). They are sending out scratch-off tickets in the mail and many tickets are showing that you are a winner. When you call they congratulate you and tell you to come in and pick up your prize. When you get there they show you the small print and that you are in fact not a winner, but have a chance to win. This may not be illegal due to the small print, but it is immoral to prey on the people of your town to try to sell them cars under the guise of being a sweepstakes winner. Reading other reviews, it’s clear that this dealership has low ethics and morality and has many different “BAIT & SWITCH” type tactics. Shame on you Arlington Nissan!!!
