When I purchased my 2025 Nissan Versa in late December of 2024 at Arlington Nissan, Andres G. , the staff that helped us, was very friendly and helpful and provided great follow up post the purchase. Other staff appeared very approachable too. Today, June 21, at my first oil change appointment, I was happy about how smoothly the process went, that the complimentary oil change and inspection were honored without debate and I had a good experience overall. John, the staff helping me, was friendly , thoroughly explained the process and gave updates. All staff encountered seemed nice, professional and personable. Service was timely and the complimentary car was was also nice. Being an animal lover and advocate of all species, I also appreciated how during June donations were being made to help animals at Paws.
I came in to do a recall and check the ac system. I worked with John at the service desk and he was very knowledgeable and gave me accurate pricing and time frames. He was very professional and friendly. He arranged for me to be shuttled back and forth from home while work was being done at no charge, and I ended up paying less than was originally quoted thanks to John’s help. I would definitely recommend these guys!
I just met John at Arlington Nissan this morning and couldn’t have had a better experience! Good afternoon I just wanted to say that I have had a lot of cars and believe in the dealership a lot! Until I meet Jonelle Long ! This woman is amazing person she help me out and always keep me informed that work they’re doing on my car . I know everyone thinks car dealerships are expensive and yes they’re but they do a wonderful job on my car I was very impressed! All I can you get what you pay for and believe I took my car dealership for air conditioning was not working properly and they found out more things on my car that need to be fixed and I was not surprised because the car is a2015 Nissan Altima. But I tell you I’m happy that I went and very proud of the work they done! And the service advisor was wonderful and the staff was very helpful and good. So if have a Nissan please go there the work is excellent and the staff friendly. So when you go there go see Jonelle Long she is wonderful woman and very nice person and friendly… Jonelle Long and her staff was so supportive and I’m taking my car back there again! So if you want quality service and friendly service I suggest you go there!!
Danny my Service Tech was excellent with all his advice & very professional too.
He was great on being pro-active on maintenance & advice on everything from best oil & transmission fluid change periods.
I had too many questions and he was very patient and answered all very well.
I would highly recommend this dealership.
Michael was very professional, informative, not pushy about additional repairs. The additional car part I needed was in stock.
The service was fast, waiting room with plenty of sitting options, tasty coffee from a single serve machine. A car wash is always a great bonus.

Great service from Tyler and your service techs. He promptly greeted me upon arrival and was very helpful reviewing past multi point report. We determined what was needed beyond the oil and filter change and proceeded quickly. The tech video was clear and understandable. He pointed out a future problem to be aware of. John at the service center is great! He went above and beyond to ensure i understand the repairs needed. I also really appreciated how honest and straightforward he was! Sometimes such honesty is rare to find in dealerships but thankfully this nissan location is not like that. He also worked with us on getting us some coupons/ specials they had available to help with the cost. Highly recommend!
I have had very positive interactions with Arlington Nissan's service department over the past two years. We own two Nissan Versas, and the service guys are always very straight up about which service items need to be done, and which ones are nice to do, but not critical. And they always apply whatever discount they can when I ask about it. Most recently, we had an emissions issue with our 2022 Versa that had exceeded the manufacturer's 36,000 mile/3-year warranty by two months and 200 miles. Turned out we needed to replace the fuel tank, with a cost of about $1,600 with labor. The service manager Mike Librizzi and service tech Keven Epstein recommenced that I appeal to Nissan's customer care dept, and gave me the background I needed to log the appeal. Then both went to bat for me as part of the inquiry - which led to Nissan's care team to decide to pay for 100% of the repair. We were very grateful and appreciative for this very positive outcome, and it's care like this that will keep us loyal Nissan (and Arlington Nissan service) customers for years to come!

Kevin Epstein was very nice and inviting. Came in for a car wash and it was done perfect. He also brought up if I wanted to get the inside of my car detailed and I didn’t even know that was an option. Definitely getting it done every time now.

I was charged $194.95 for a transfer case fluid change which doesn’t exist on my Nissan Rogue FWD model.
Update: Arlington Nissan responded over call , they had mentioned about ongoing investigation about this issue and issued a refund. Will update it again after i receive the refund.
I found their service team very interested in discovering my concerns and then take the steps necessary to resolve those
issues in the most favorable way. I also found them to be pleasant and overall enjoyed their work (except when put on hold by Nissan while they are seeking information to complete their mission for a customer).
Tyler was the best service advisor! He went above and beyond and kept me update on everything was completely honest with me and made sure my car and I were taken care of in the best way possible! Come here and request him! You won’t regret it!
Arlington Nissan is great. I have found them to be honest and trustworthy. Sensitive to my needs and willing to work with me. I’ve never been unsatisfied with any of the work that they’ve done.
