Everything was seamless and My Insurance set-up the drop off. The Completion is another issue, when told this should be 3 days, then turning into 2 weeks with no updates of what's happening. When I would call for an update, I would be placed on hold for 30+ minutes then called back and told Jim is still not available, very unprofessional. I really liked JR'S, I can only hope it can be turned around and brought back.
Had a great experience here. Staff were very friendly, fair, and went above and beyond. The repairs were done quickly and I was pleasantly surprised that my car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Would highly recommend!

Ben and his team are top notch professionals and help us keep our cars looking like they just came off the showroom floor for years and years! JR’s did a great job doing the repair work in a timely manner at a fair price. They saved me money by fixing a switch rather than installing a new one. I definitely recommend them for auto body work.
We have two cars in the family. Both have made and are making trips this month for a driveway incident - both cars one family member! Funny, I guess. J.R. Collision has been very helpful in arranging the work so that we still have access to one of the cars at all times. They were available to the work when needed and finished as promised. And now both have that “new paint” smell!
These were insurance claims, and the work was within the insurer’s appraisal - additional work was reported and approved and the car was still delivered on schedule.
Horrendous customer service at this body shop. However, they performed the repairs to an adequate level that’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. I won’t be returning to this shop if I ever need work done, there are better options out there and more professional auto centers.
Mr. Strong presented as personable and professional. Replacement of rear bumper and mirror was done to our satisfaction. When we called to inform that we were on our way 9to pick up the car, he provided the courtesy of starting the car up and warming it for us. We will definitely recommend JR Auto to our family and friends.

My car was in an accident and had some extensive damage. JR worked efficiently with the at fault insurance for a seamless process of repairs. My 14 year old car looked as good as new when I picked it up and they offered a lifetime warranty of their work. I am so thankful for their efficiency, attention to detail, and quality repairs!
Brought my car here to get fixed after an accident in my 2015 odyssey and they did a great job! The turnaround was quick too. Totally painless service and they keep you updated via text which is an added bonus. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with J.R. Auto. After I was rear-ended they were incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything to me throughout the repair process. My car came back looking great - and even cleaner than when I dropped it off! Everyone at the office was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs.

I took my car to JR Auto Repair for some minor work. They did a great job, turned the car around quickly and cleaned the entire thing, inside and out, top to bottom. Looks like new again.

I feel like I have a new car! My car looks great, the body work perfect! Jim made the whole repair experience so easy for me. J.R.Collision did a wonderful job with our car! They completed work quickly but most importantly it was done well! The paint match was impressive and the car looks new again! I hope we never need them again, but for any future body work we will definitely go back.
What a wonderful business! They were extremely thorough, communicated well, and explained each part of the process. I received my car and they had even gone above beyond with cleaning the interior of my car. I would certainly recommend to anyone needing a body shop.
I almost chose J.R. Auto Collision Repair for my car repair, but my experience took a turn for the worse at the last minute. The day before the insurance payment was due, I was informed that the repair cost would be $2000 less because the shop had decided to use used, old parts. When I called to inquire about this change, the employee I spoke with became extremely aggressive and started yelling at me. He told me that if I wanted the repair done, I could proceed, and if not, I didn’t have to repair my car there. When I asked for his name and the name of the manager, he refused to provide the information and abruptly ended the conversation. This employee was incredibly rude and clearly has anger issues.I just wanted explanation and ask my permission to use used parts in my car. Due to this unprofessional and aggressive behavior, I cannot recommend that shop.

I selected J.R. Auto Collision among a list of many choices because of their great reviews, and I’m so glad I did! They made the process absolutely seamless, and helped me organize a rental car when I wasn’t sure what steps to take. Kim and Jesse were especially helpful and kind, and most importantly, the work was done quickly, at a reasonable cost, and to a high standard. They even took the time to detail the inside of my vehicle before returning it, which was a special touch that I very much appreciated. Definitely will be back!
