I selected J.R. Auto Collision among a list of many choices because of their great reviews, and I’m so glad I did! They made the process absolutely seamless, and helped me organize a rental car when I wasn’t sure what steps to take. Kim and Jesse were especially helpful and kind, and most importantly, the work was done quickly, at a reasonable cost, and to a high standard. They even took the time to detail the inside of my vehicle before returning it, which was a special touch that I very much appreciated. Definitely will be back!

I almost chose J.R. Auto Collision Repair for my car repair, but my experience took a turn for the worse at the last minute. The day before the insurance payment was due, I was informed that the repair cost would be $2000 less because the shop had decided to use used, old parts. When I called to inquire about this change, the employee I spoke with became extremely aggressive and started yelling at me. He told me that if I wanted the repair done, I could proceed, and if not, I didn’t have to repair my car there. When I asked for his name and the name of the manager, he refused to provide the information and abruptly ended the conversation. This employee was incredibly rude and clearly has anger issues.I just wanted explanation and ask my permission to use used parts in my car. Due to this unprofessional and aggressive behavior, I cannot recommend that shop.

I recently had the need to use JR Auto Collision and I am extremely pleased with the service I received. From the moment I contacted them, the staff was incredibly helpful and professional. They truly went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
One of the things I really appreciated was their partnership with Enterprise Rental. This made getting a temporary vehicle so convenient, as I was able to get my rental car and drop off my damaged car all at the same location. JR Auto Collision handled all the coordination, which was a huge relief.
Dealing with insurance can often be a headache, but JR Auto Collision worked directly with my State Farm insurance company, taking that burden off my shoulders. They communicated clearly throughout the process and ensured everything was handled efficiently.
And most importantly, I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of the repair work. My car looks fantastic – like the damage never even happened! They also provided a warranty for their work, which gives me peace of mind.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience with JR Auto Collision. Their helpful and professional staff, convenient services like the Enterprise rental partnership and insurance handling, and the excellent quality of their repairs have made me a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of collision repair.

I’ve had two cars repaired now at J&R and they did an outstanding job on both cars. I would definitely recommend them. Also, they stand behind their work. The aftermarket parts my insurance company mandated didn’t fit properly and J&R worked with them to get the oem parts authorized and my car again looks exactly like it should! Very high quality work! Thank you!
They are very reasonably priced, got the work done in one day and super friendly. They also basically detailed my entire car (inside and out) as part of the service. It hasn't been that clean in years!

My car was hit in the parking garage while I was at work. I knew immediately that I wanted to take it to J.R. Collision because they’re always so very good at what they do. They go above and beyond. They worked very very hard with the other people‘s insurance to get my car fixed to the standard that it should be done, and not cut any corners.

People things happen. You see these one star reviews, those are the Karens of the world. Not everything is going to work out perfectly. Dont throw a fit on Google reviews the second something doesn't fit your perfect little narrative. I promise you that you aren't the most important person to exist. So be kind. Let them do their job.
They did a great job with my car. I thought there was a chance that it could not be repaired after an accident, but they had my car looking brand new. The warranty on my repair gives me peace of mind too that my car was in good hands.

My car looks great. I’ve had it there a few times. They do great paint work. Every time it looks like new. It’s an old car so it’s nice to have it look perfect.

There cannot be a better body shop anywhere! The customer service was super helpful with emails every step of the way updating the status of the repair, the workmanship made the car look brand new, the work was done on time and when the car was picked up, it was literally totally detailed. JR Collision made needing bodywork hassle free and my go to if I need those services again!

My insurance was very difficult to work with, but J.R. knew not only how to appease the insurance company, but did great work on my Cadillac. They also communicated every step of the way. Good honest people. Used once before and that is why I called them again. Work was excellent and they completely cleaned my car after. Wish the car wash place was as good as them.
State Farm offered JR Automotive as an option to repair my car after a collision. Getting an estimate appointment was simple and a relatively short wait. They seem to have a repair system down and we're sure to give me a timeline for repairs at drop off - with a caveat for parts delays - and updated me as that timeline changed via text message (not having to take calls is a real bonus!)
They did an excellent job with the repairs my vehicle needed and handling all of the insurance necessities. I felt taken care of without being held up - overall a pleasant experience in the midst of the inconvenience of needing vehicle repairs.
