This auto repair place is more than wonderful, they are very smart and have very good customer service and welcoming people and not harsh like some places. The auto repair people, especially Emaan, Mechanic Hero is a smart person and has very strong experience in identifying the problem in the car and this saves people time and money. are kind and helpful and identify the problem as quickly as possible. Excellent Guys. It’s my Go to Dr. for my car. I came for my oil change on a Monday. And they accommodated me. They have solutions for any car problem. Just give a call and they will help you out. Need to give them a try.
Disappointing Experience at E&M Auto
I recently took my car to E&M Auto for an alignment, and unfortunately, it was a frustrating experience. On the first day, my steering was still off and misaligned after the service, so I had to go back. The second time, they fixed the steering wheel, but the issues didn't end there.
When I took my car to the Lexus dealership for routine maintenance, they informed me that my front wheels were still misaligned. I went back to E&M Auto, where the staff took my keys and told me to wait. After about an hour, they returned my car and claimed it was "driving perfectly fine" without actually checking or correcting the alignment.
Currently, my car still drives poorly—very rough and not smooth at all. This has been a huge waste of both my time and money. I won't be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable service.
There’s always a 50/50 chance that when you look for a new mechanic a feeling of worry comes with the process. My teen hit a curb pretty hard and the impact to the driver side wheel cause it to go inwards needing a new control arm with ball joints, brake rotor and pads and knuckle. Getting the car on the tow was a challenge but getting it off was even harder. E&M was closed for the day and seemed pretty busy as there were no available spots to drop my car. I had absolutely no choice but to drop it and block their 1st bay. I immediately called and left a message as well as sent an email because the way I left the car made it seem like I owned the place . Fortunately Rose called me the very next day and was immediately helpful and put my worries at ease. I met with Chris who despite the young age is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He kept me updated through the whole process and get this the turn around time was 1 day! The parts needed for my car were readily available and to be honest 5 star is too low of a scale, they deserve more!!! Thank you to Rose, Chris and Ed you guys were amazing. You are now stuck with me

I’ve been going to this shop since I got my first car, which I purchased from one of the mechanics there. They’re who you want to take care of your car, great service, good prices, if something comes up they’re quick to help and give you options, can’t recommend it enough.

Owner Eddie is a liar. Came here for an intake manifold replacement. They damaged parts on my motor then lied, saying I needed a tune up!
Had to bring my car to another mechanic who discovered Four broken fuel injector connectors, and three broken ignition coils that the mechanic caused. Massive coverup! Also left my engine compartment drenched in antifreeze.! Don't trust him!
Took my car to Casey’s and got quoted so much. Took my car here and got an oil change same day and quoted for brakes at 30-40% less. Thanks for being honest guys!
This is the place to go if you want honest, quality work. Ed doesn't cut the corners, uses quality parts at reasonable prices, and doesn't up-sell things you don't need. I received a phone call soon after dropping off my vehicle. Ed described all the work that it needed and I gave him the green light. Ed took his time explaining everything and I received a written estimate with my vehicle when I picked it up. Not sure if the one star review down below is accurate or even legit - because I had a pleasant, painless experience with an honest and hard-working shop owner! 5 stars all the way!!
Edmund saved my life literally. He was recommended to me by someone in the auto accessory business so I went for an oil change (very reasonable too). He noticed that someone had put the wrong brake pads on my front brakes which could have resulted in a terrible incident. He told me to take the car back and insist that Midas replace and they did! No excuse for the wrong pads either. Edmund will tell you the real story about your car…what to do and how not to waste your money. He is very thorough and honest.
HONESTY is E&M Auto Doctors #1 policy. Edmon has been in the business forever--I followed him from NTB--he is that good--and he has been taking care of my vehicles for 22 years! You could not trust your car/SUV/truck/van with a more knowledgeable, professional, and personable man! Here is an example of how this business is like no other: I brought in a friend's minivan this morning. It was in my possession because I just used it on a 3,000+ mile road trip out west. The back brakes are wearing down (lots of braking for wild animals!); however, I was told by Edmon that they should be replaced in the near future, like 3-6 months or so, not now as there is still drivable wear left on them. Edmon knows he will never see this vehicle again, as I am returning it to my family friend who lives out in Freeport--over 90 minutes away. He also knows that upon bringing this vehicle in, I told him I wanted a complete inspection and anything of urgency done so that I could return the van in good condition. Edmon could have easily said the replacement of the brakes is of urgency and needs to be done right here and now, but he did not because he is truthful and a good person. So instead, I simply got the oil changed, which I know he makes very little profit on. It is clear to me that Edmon's mission is to TAKE CARE OF PEOPLE. My first experience was a simple oil change. I couldn't believe how clean and orderly the shop is. I have mentioned to my family, and he has since replaced ball joints and timing belts. Work is top notch, and prices are fair.
Work done is fair and priced good. Ed will give detailed pricing and gives a few different prices depending on which parts you want used.
Ed usually has been able to diagnose issues and do the repairs on the same day.
Was in a pinch and had to get some work done on our Honda. Walked in and noticed how clean and neat the shop was. Everyone was super friendly and honest. I'm very satisfied with my experience and will absolutely return in the future.
I moved to the state 3 months ago and was dreading having to find an honest and skilled local mechanic like my guy back in NY. Looks like I found my new guy! Thaks Ed...it was a pleasure meeting, chatting, and doing business with you!
I was trying to find a good car mechanic until my father-in-law told me about E&M. They are very accurate with there diagnostics and trustworthy. I will never take my cars to anyone else.
