Place will tell you one price on the phone, like 675$ and then when they come to get the car they offer you 300$.... Do not do business with these dishonest people. Very poor company, many other junkyards to deal with. I told them I will sell it for 5$ before I sell it to you dishonest scammers, because that is exactly what they are.
BEWARE!!!One owner vehicle (me). Was offered one price over the phone, and then after several hour delay to arrive, price reduced by tow truck driver. Tow truck driver stated that quoted price was less than actual quoted price ......and that catalytic converters were not original. They are. Drove vehicle to junk yard and got more $$$

I should have read the bad reviews. This company did the same to us, told us $500 over the phone, then only offered $150 once they got here and THEN didn't have exact change so we only rec'd $140.........................NOT a good way to do business. We've dealt with several junk companies over the years, and have NEVER had this happen.
This place is a joke don’t even waste your time give you a price over the phone and then when they get here give you the run around a bunch of and Google made me give them a star to post this if I could it would be negative stars
Total bait and switch scam. Give u a high quote over the phone and don't say anything and then when they get there say some bs and want to give you the bare. I own a business, this bad business. If they would have be honest, like we can tell you once there after looking, I would respect that. Just rubbed me the wrong way. I will never use them.
Tow truck driver said he would give me $200 for the car then hooked it up on the truck then said he couldn't give anything. Total scam, then had the audacity to try and sell me a car he had on the side for $1500. If my mechanic didn't need the car off his lot and I had more time to call another company, I definitely would have reported this to authorities and called another company. But I'll definitely be reporting this to the better buisness department on Monday morning. I wouldn't use this company again for anything!

They are scammers do not call them they offer price over phone then when they arrive they give you another price then tow truck driver signed title asked for ID when I refused I told him I was going to call police he left and didn’t even take my truck.They need to investigate this business they running some type of scam.
On the phone, I was told I would get back $600. When the tow guy arrived, he started saying the engine is bad … and the caliber isn’t the original part on my car. Then rushed to sign paperwork, gave me only $120, and went his merry way. The website says $500 minimum guarantee. I only got $120! If you would have gave me $400 or $300 I would have been satisfied. Terrible. False advertising. $120 for my car but you are going to sell it for 2 grand or more. I’m still waiting for this matter to be resolved.
When we first called, the boss (Will A) was very kind and respectful so right away; the first impression was the best out of all places we called. We chose them for the high price offered, but when the driver (Will T) came by, he negotiated hard as is the nature of this job. They used the sales technique called anchoring, along with low balling, which every single company will do so I don’t have complaints about that. Because we did our homework and had called around various companies, we knew what to expect. Just stand your ground and be reasonable. We negotiated well, and I am content with the business. They are nice people and definitely professional!
Found them on Google. They came out an hour and gave me a reasonable price for my total car. I was expecting more when I called but they gave me another price different from what was told to me over the phone. But as longs my car is gone and not taking up parking space, I’m fine.
Requested a quote online and they got back too me very fast and was polite and professional talked me through the process and gave me a great deal on my car would definitely recommend them too friends and family.
This company is shady, they promised me one amount, and then withdrew that amount once they saw the vehicle even though I was completely clear about the condition. They didn’t have insurance on their driver and they were 30 minutes late him and very rude. I would not trust his company odds are your tow company will give you more than what they will.
They did an amazing job. They gave me exactly the amount of money that they said they were going to give me when they came. I’m so happy with the service and how the people acted throughout the entire transaction. I really appreciate everything that they did. Honestly, would recommend anyone trying to sell a junk car.!!!
They junked my BMW for the best price. My catalytic converter was stolen a year ago so I had to replace with an aftermarket catalytic converter which caused the quote to be lower. I forgot to mention the catalytic replacement on the phone … but still I got paid the best price
