Carlyle NAPA will be my new go to.
I used to go to oreillys across the road.... until today.... Adam was training Evan. Adam was not only knowledgeable and friendly, he made sure Evan knew how to treat a customer correctly. It was great to see Adam take his time and do a great job changing my battery. I had a lot of corrosion on my line and he even cleaned that for me. Great service! Carlyle Napa has made a customer for life. Five stars isn't enough! They went through so much work and helped so much putting on my new wipers that were a somewhat odd make. All the staff tried to help and worked well together. I can't say enough about how great their customer service is!!!
Also the store is clean and the prices are great. Never again will I go to one of the big box stores for automotive needs. Also they offer a 10% student discount! If you want superior service and to avoid any headaches stop by there. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
