they never showed up after I called and needed a tow, kept blowing me off and procrastinating eventually had to call another company. Do NOT give them buisness. Very unprofessional.

Rude as hell. Trying to explain to this guy where I was at he thought I was lying because we mispronounced it. And he didn't want to listen to where we were.
And he also hung up on me left me stranded out here in this cold. And won't answer me back. But hey thanks man
Found what we needed, but it was attached to a junked car. They had no hesitation to get it for us so we could get our car back on the road (bad tire!). Then while we were there, I spotted a car that may have another part we needed, and they helped us get it too and now both cars are fixed! Oh yeah, and the prices were great for both parts.
The long dark haired lady is very rude and they charge $10 than Neal's for a used tire and do not change it for you. $35 at kertows and $25 at Neal's, Neals even changes it over for you!
The guy who answered the phone was knowledgeable and helpful in finding the motor we were looking for and quoted a great price. The lady at the front counter was friendly and conversational upon pick up and check out and introduced us to her adorable pet pigs. The yard was in great shape, looked well organized, and not a lot of debris like some yards. The guy who brought out the part was a little rough around the edges and more curt and gruff than I cared for but not rude, just not friendly, and it's a salvage yard, not a 5 star hotel so...
There is a solid 9/10 chance they have the part you’re looking for. Been coming here for years and they are my forest stop for anything from lug nuts to whole engines for any vehicle I’m working on that week. Steve and the other employees are helpful and informative about parts and always get me the things I need.
Really reasonable prices..everyone is friendly but 1 guy...., but the workers go above and beyond to help and are friendly and speak politely and can't beat the prices! Will use again and highly recommend them.
Very positive experience. I've used Kertow a few times and they've always been helpful. The guys gave me a few pointers when I asked about replacing the window.

There lazy wouldn't give price over phone told me they had several made me look for myself after driving 45 min there yard is mudhole they won't let u drive in an they didn't even have it second time next time shame on me
Kertow has been my go-to salvage yard for quite a few years. Their prices are fair, and they'll let you wander around their yard if you ask. Wear lace up boots, as it can be very muddy in places at times. The yard is usually pretty well organized, and the staff is more than happy to point you in the right direction. Every time I've gone in there, they have had a different combination of junkyard dogs (they've all been sweet, friendly animals), but was surprised to see a pot bellied pig wandering around this time!
