Andy and Derek went above and beyond on 1/25 at 1:30pm to help with a plow repair as a small business owner I greatly appreciate their hard work they even came outside on the coldest day of the year to give a hand
Had what I needed. Car headlight and fog light bulbs are expensive!! Hopefully I won't need to change them anytime soon. They told me about the warranty. No one has ever told me about the warranty. Plus The Rantoul store is a little cheaper, having less tax than Champaign. They double checked the fitment for my vehicle too. Very helpful guys! Thank you!!
Had a great experience here, Andy seriously helped me out by confirming that it was my battery that was the problem and then he swapped it out himself in the cold. Highly recommend the customer service here, never going back to autozone
Called ahead for a hydrolic hose repair. Drive 45 minutes to the shop. Was told the hose guy was at lunch since 1:45 pm. Came back at 3:00pm. He is "still at lunch" Now that is customer service. OMG!
I cannot adequately express my gratitude towards Julian and Andy at the O’Reilly’s auto parts store in Rantoul, IL. My family and I were on a 7 hr trip to Wayland, MI and on our way the vehicle started to do a few things that just seemed odd. So at 5 o’clock in the PM we pulled off the interstate and passed two other auto parts stores to find an O’Reilly’s. Three hours later with a new alternator, belt, and some other odds and ends we were back on the road! In particular, a BIG shout out goes to Julian because without his valuable knowledge we would still be sitting in Rantoul! Thank you O’Reilly’s for employing such kind and knowledgeable employees!!! Thank you Andy and Julian you will forever be a memory on our family’s vacation!!

Not my favorite parts store. I like the selection of tools and supplies on the shelves but in the past I was never blown away with their expertise. Some of their employees are pretty questionable.
If you buy something there in a Box take it out of the Box and make sure it is brand new. They gave me one and I found out. It was a used part that was brought back
Great customer service. I needed a battery cable repair splice but didn’t know how to install it, so Ben came out to my car and helped me cut off the old cable and replace it with the new one. Ben helped me save 75-100$ by not having to go to the dealership to do it.
The original store we called was unable to help us, but did help us find a store that had it. We called O'Reilly's to verify, they did have it, and they were open til 8pm! Very friendly
Made the mistake of calling the other store that starts with an A but they only had one of these parts and it was going to take 7 days to get. Finally listened to my boyfriend and called O'REILLY'S and got the part in 2 hours. I'll never call the other guys again. Awesome experience thank you!
As always, EXCELLENT customer service. I'm from out of town, and had a headlight go out. I was greeted kindly by Larry when I walked in, and Bryan was so helpful and accommodating in replacing my light. If possible, I always try to go to an O'Reilly if I need assistance. Great work, guys! Thank you very much!
I love how they treat their Armed Vet's with a good discount ! ( You just have to let them know that your a Vet ! Prepare to be asked for proof though 😁 ! I Love their prices and guarantees ! They almost always have what I need in stock unless it's something that almost never goes out 😁 ( Yes I have that Luck 🤔 )
Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Having late hours (9pm) saved my butt from not having a car for work the next day. I truly appreciate this business.
