THEN I GOT THE MOST WOUNDERFUL TOW DRIVER IN THE WORLD .COMES AND PICKS US UP TOOK MY VEHICLE TO SHOP TOOK ME TO STORE TO GET FOOD THAN TOOK ME TO THE HOLIDAY INN.DEFINITELY CALL REYNOLD TOW IF YOU NEED HELP
Aside from being told they had came to my residence and they had not, it took them almost four hours for a tow. I understand days can be busy but if I was given a true timing estimate I may have found someone else to do the job. I didn't have slot of time on my hands. Upon arriving there's a red head guy out here in rantoul. Aside from him being adorable he was awesome when he did get to me. It's a mixed review. Take what you're going to take from it.
I was stranded on I-57 at a rest area. They were there within a half an hour and took me and my car to a mechanic and figured out what was wrong with my car and was able to make it to my destination the next day. I can’t stress to you how much I appreciated everything that was done for me. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
I own an insurance agency and one of my clients needed their vehicle towed to a repair shop while traveling through IL yesterday. My client had her 5 grandchildren with her at the time and was stranded at a rest area off the Interstate. Reynold's Towing was dispatched through the roadside assistance program of her automobile insurance policy. Reynold's Towing went above & beyond and contacted the roadside department and got approval from them to cover transportation for my client & her grandchildren during this Covid-19 pandemic. I was in the process of calling cab & transportation companies myself to set this up when my client called me back and advised Reynolds had it all taken care of.

So my car gets impounded for driving on suspended license. My fault yes. $500 fee to get out plus the towing fee. I get it. But this place wants to charge $55 a day storage fee. That's more than an airport would charge. So a working class citizen with 2 jobs and no car will now lose her car because she can't afford the crazy fees. Next I will lose my jobs. Then home. So thank you Reynolds for my future!
