I'm so excited that pulling is coming back here. I was there at the last one in 2020 and hopefully making it back this year.

I like coming to Gordyville for different events but the people doing the food for the hosre sale at the end of the year are doing a horrible job. Burning the burgers, using cold buns, and too much time from the burgers being done till they get to the customer. They are cooled off and by using cold buns they are not what I call a good sandwich. Someone needs to show these people how to serve good food

The food at the restaurant in the front building is great. 5 ⭐ for sure. But the burger barn gets a HUGE 0 stars for the service today at the big auction!! Ice cold hamburgers and fries for $11! Food not coming out quite quick enough considering they know the amount of people who show up for this event. The ladies were rude considering they were serving ice cold food! My sister got a burnt/raw cold burger....how does one burn a burger and it's still raw inside? This was a disaster for sure! Revamping this would be best for everyone...or just bring your own food! Oh, The condiment table was disgusting they had it set up all wrong only one teeny tiny garbage can at the end of the table that no one could even see, so there was ketchup and mustard and pickle juice all over the table which is disgusting. No one out there wiping up tables or on prep areas. It doesn't give me the option to share the pictures that I took of the raw burger and the disgusting cold food or unclean tables.

I love the Gifford State Bank Christmas vendor show. I always find things to buy whether it be Christmas gifts or things for myself.

There isn't much left of the flea market. Just a couple vendors. The few there were very nice but there's not much available. However, I will go again. But I would love to see this event revived. Before Covid, I could find all sorts of great items. Tons of vendors. Tons of unique and unusual things. Please come back!!!

Rodeo was good. However, the organization of the event was a hot mess..to say the least. The website stated that the rodeo started at 11. I thought it to be an odd time but we showed up at 10:30 only to be told it didn't start until 1. We came back at 12:30 and the rodeo didn't start until 2. If this is how the new ownership runs the place I'm worried about the future of gordyville. I've been going to the rodeo for probably 30 years there and never experienced so much miscommunication, even with the staff working the door.

We are glad to see one vendor was able to stay every month. Disappointed that the flea market is gone.

I just drive people there. Not a horse expert, so can't say much. Can say that for what you get, the food availability is rather expensive.

Used to be a wonderful once a month flea market, but sadly, new owners have decided Dec 2024 will be the last. Many vendors and a lot of things to see/buy!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gordyville Arena and was blown away by the hospitality and vision of the new management. Within the last few weeks, the arena has already been transformed with their immediate attention to details and is on its way to being turned into a top-notch facility. The new manager has done an incredible job upgrading the amenities, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for both horses and riders. Whether you're a competitive rider or just enjoy watching rodeos or competitions, Gordyville offers everything you could possibly need. The facility is clean, the community friendly, the staff hospitable, and the food is even amazing with the concession stand being staffed by a group of wonderful ladies who cook like the best of grandmas! What truly sets Gordyville Arena apart is the EXCEPTIONAL hospitality of the new manager. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with warmth and friendliness that make you feel right at home. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have a great experience. I am excited to see the improvements coming in the future, as the new management continues to enhance and elevate this wonderful facility and I highly recommend Gordyville Arena to anyone looking for a premier equestrian facility with outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Went to Rural girls at the Gifford State Bank craft show event. Lots of vendors, good variety, low admission price, plenty of parking. Highly recommend it.

I ran into a situation today at the Gordyville flea market that has necessitated me making a change to my original review. Last month I purchased a tape deck from a vendor there. I asked him if it worked and he said yes and would I like him to plug it in for me to see. I told him that wasn't necessary especially since he did not have an amp to hook it up to and no speakers. The only thing he could show me was that it lit up and it does. But it dosen't play tapes. So today I went back and took the tape deck expecting him to refund my money. He said the tape deck worked and that he would not sell anything that didn't. But he had another tape deck, a Sony, again with no way to prove that it worked. Anyway he offered to give me 15.00, half of what I paid. I said no I paid 30 and thats what I expect back. He said he wouldn't do any better. I said I should have known when the original price the month before last was 100.00. I talked to him then about it but 100.00 was to much for this deck and now he'll let it go for 30.00. So I thought the best thing to do was go talk to the owner/manager of the flea market for some assistance. I was told by the lady that she would not interfere and that each vendor set there own rules. I should have known that would be her stance since the vendor is paying them and not me. But, indirectly I pay them as well, without us buyers there would be no need for the vendors to be there and therefor no flea market. I was a shop owner/vendor for 20 years and the customer was always right because the best business is repeat business. I've been going there for 35 years and the auctions as well. I believe that ends today.

Nice place for flea markets and rodeos. Absolutely HUGE building. Gordyville does need to try to hype up the flea market more to encourage more traffic to benefit the vendors. You will find retro video games, old toys, honey, jams, dog cookies, old tools, books, vhs and DVD videos, coin collections and even custom built furniture here.

It's a usual Flea market experience with some antiques, lots of homemade crafts, and over stock household items. You have to be very selective about when you go . There are Days where certain themes rule so selection for themed items are much better. It's ho hum for non themed days. We went on a cold rainy day, barely anybody was there and vendors were packing up at 12 o'clock.

Go there for the monthly flea market. Needs more folks shoping there is something for everyone prices are often negotiable or another booth may be cheaper! Good fun and lots to see. Large area heated and under one roof but can be lots of walking.

Haven't been here since I was a kid and it's exactly like I remember it. Went for the Christmas show, so it wasn't the typical vendors. Good bonus was most of them took cards which was a nice change from typical flea markets. And I couldn't believe it but the same I've cream vendor from when I was a kid was still doing shows and cranking out cones.

Bring cash! Vendors could not accept credit cards. Enjoyed the craft fair overall!

Multiple venue for horse shows, rodeos, personal property auctions, antique shows, craft fairs, and monthly flea markets. Heated. Non-smoking. Restrooms are clean. Exterior walls in cold, windy weather are very drafty and could use maintenance for the comfort of vendors and the benefit of reducing power bills. *Be cautious of the parking lot during snow and ice seasons. The snow removal and salting are not premium. Watch for ice build up at all the entrances to the arena and puddles in the lot as when snow melts and refreezes the continued maintenance is minimal or nonexistent. (Personal experience in the past and yesterday 1/13/2018. No injuries each time serious enough to report for insurance claims) **Highly recommend The Stagecoach Steakhouse and Saloon. Great menu, best clean, freshly stocked salad bar around, and bar beverages.

Great place to host indoor rodeos or activities. Also, nice size allowing plenty of vendors and portalable potty houses. They do need to replace the northside seating with something more sturdy.
