Don’t let your wife’s or girlfriends get towed by Andy’s towing a truck driver name. Larry picked my girlfriend up yesterday and started rubbing on her her leg and pulled her to him when she got out of his toe truck and started kissing her and he wouldn’t stop
My car broke down and I needed it towed from Champaign, IL down to Mattoon, IL. I called 15 tow companies in the area and Andy’s was not only the cheapest by far but he also was able to do it the same day! Andy showed up within the hour and safely got it to the mechanic in Mattoon. I will recommend Andy’s Towing to everyone!
Very Unprofessional. Some employees are working there with suspended drivers licenses. Choose any other towing service but this one if u value you time and property at all.
This was the second time we used Andy's for auto detailing and both times we have been super impressed. We have a big SUV that I use a lot for dirty hauling and field research so it gets pretty gross. When it was returned it was spotless and looked amazing. I had a lot of small grains of perlite and sand that couldn't be seen anywhere when they were done. I'd recommend them time and again plus it's nice to support a minority owned business. The price is also great!
Took forever and I ended up having to deal with my car on my own. The guy on the phone was very rude. I calling him back back after over a hour just for him to decline my class and auto text me he can’t talk right now. Never got a call back from him nor did they show up.
Andy's is a small, local, black-owned business which has been serving the community for years. He is competitive on oil changes and you get your money's worth with the detailing job his folks do. VERY convenient for those living in/near downtown Champaign.
I recently visited this facility for my car detailing. Over the phone they asked for $100 but then changed to $150. Trust me they did vacuum, nothing else. No shampoo, even they mentioned they will.
Anyhow, my car still dirty; stains, marks etc are still there.
If you have extra money to trash then will recommend. I think they don't deserve a single star.
These guys are amazing! The owner is friendly and always has a smile on his face. They get you right in and out and do a fantastic job! They are very affordable and will not disappoint you! I go here to get my car detailed and it looks brand new every time! Thank You Guys!
I highly recommend Andy's towing! Very personalized service, Andy himself took my call and towed my car. He let me schedule the service in advance when others didn't and showed up on time! He charged only $55 when another company asked for $80. Andy was super nice.
I had a flat, they came right away and changed it for me for the most reasonable price around (I had called several other places to get quotes before choosing Andy's. Glad I did).
The place seems usually busy with limited parking spots (for good reasons!)
Got my new car cleaned up at the shop, removed the auto dealership stickers, and got the interior cleaned. The staff even noticed a small smudge on the right side of my car and got rid of it! Great prices and friendly staff. I can see why the place is packed. Highly recommended. I’ll be sure to be back
It's move in day for U of I and these vultures tow my car when I go in to my sons apartment for 5 minutes. $230 dollars of ransom and I get my car back. These scum bags do nothing but patrol the street on move in and out days in this town. they probably generate half of there yearly revenue scumming around like this.
DONT DO BUSINESS HERE. long story short they tried to scam me by telling me theyll call during the weekend for a quote on a repair when in reality they are closed on the weekend and are charging me $55 a night. charged me $60 for a five block tow. Do yourself a favor and find a different towing service.
Told me 45 minutes and $125- to wench me 6 feet and it's been an hour and a half...called and they said their driver was rerouted to another call...2 whining kids hour and a half later still no tow truck...update...3 hrs later we are out! Driver:"I don't come out on the highway, I thought you woulda called somebody else by now" ME:if you wanted me to call someone else, you should told me so" DRIVER:"I would never do that"...if one of these trucks was on fire I wouldn't piss on it to put it out. I wander how long we would of sat there had I not called back so many times
