We had a flat tire in Champaign and John came out within a half an hour and towed us to a tire repair shop. We were extremely grateful and he provided top rated and courteous service.

Don was fantastic. He came real quick despite it being late and it was such a relief to get my car unlocked quickly with it being so cold out. Rates were great too, didn't take advantage of me being out in the cold to upcharge me or anything. Super nice too

I had contacted Don's towing to ask for assistance in towing my car to the dealership for assistance with a key that was stuck in the ignition, and my car wouldn't start. Don's towing could have moved my car to the dealership as originally requested, but he checked my battery just to be safe. My battery was dead. His checking my battery save me the tow fee, and he didn't charge me anything. He just told me he "looks out for his community". I guess so, what a nice guy. A HUGE thank you for saving me all kinds of money, time and frustration, if the tow would have gone to the dealership!
Showed up at the time they said they would. Quick to get the tire changed. Even joked around a little, while servicing, to make for a fun environment. Superb job.
This review is specifically for the driver Brandi- 5 start experience. He was fast as lightning getting to us as we had stalled out in a very busy intersection. Smack dap in the middle of rush hour traffic. He got to us 4 mins after our call. Got us to our destination safely and pretty much gave me and my wife the truest customer service experience you can get around here from a tow truck company. At this point Don’s will be who we use for future problems. Shout Out to Brandi that man deserves a promotion and a raise!!! Got a least 2 more 5 star reviews on the way for you big guy
John did a great job. Once he got there he had me hooked up fast and on the way to the gas station. After I filled up he made sure the car started and there were no other issues before he left.
Was able to get me off the interstate and too a tire repair shop extremely quickly. John was the driver and he was nice and fast helping thru a bad situation.

On July 3rd my daughter's broke down. I called for a tow and Kayleigh answered and was extremely nice and professional and gave me updated on when the truck would arrive. The driver, John, came in the exact time frame Kayleigh said he would and he was also very nice and professional. I will definitely use Don's again.

John was great. Got me picked up and dropped off with no issues. Communication was awesome, he gave me a call to update me on the wait time. By far the most affordable place in town, I'll definitely use them in the future if needed!
