Changed the price that I was quoted over the phone .. would of blew that off but theres no need to be nasty with your customers

465 dollars to hang to used mufflers and fix two broken bolts. Never again. Tire section seems to be great but I wish you would have told me your exhaust guy sucked at his job
Great people. Friends car wouldn’t start due to the cold. Got it towed here and they kept an eye on it and once it warmed up were able to start it. Took great car of it for him and started to every day to make sure it worked until he got up there. Another friend recommended them and I do too!

They towed my friend's car, damaged it so bad it is no longer operable. There are many good people that work there, but one bad tow truck operator ruins it for everyone. I would rate it a zero if I could.
I’ve been called everyone in Sterling/ Rock Falls and received quotes for 4 brand new tires. The cheapest place, there’s never anyone there to take your order. I call milledgeville They quote me only a few dollars more and I can get them put on right away. THAT IS CUSTOMER Service at its best
We heard by word of mouth that if you need tires Bushman's is the place to go. I'm very picky about the tires I put on my family's cars. After all the only thing that grips the road for traction and stopping in all kinds of bad, and good, weather is your tires. We have bought used cars with OK tires on them but when tires are needed I don't skimp and sometimes we just change them just to get good tires regardless of how much tread they have if the tires lose traction in just rain I know the winter will be unsafe. I travel almost 50 miles just to buy from Bushman's! They have always beat everybody's prices on like tires in Freeport, Rockford, and Monroe, WI. I had shopped others and on someone's recommendation I called Bushman's. They blew everybody out of the water on just a phone call. They didn't know me. They just gave me their price with no hassle. Nice to deal with small town mom and pop family business that is honest and friendly. The big guys haven't beaten the true spirit of honest business people in America yet. Thank you Bushman's for not selling tires for way above MSRP like others in this area do. We have just put on our 6th set of tires from Bushmans in the last 8 years. My youngest cheated and bought a new car 3 years ago so she is now the only one that doesn't have tires from Bushman's right now. (Still under 20,000 miles on her new car). I don't call around anymore, I just called Bushman's for my wife's new to us car that still had the tires from factory on it. The new Goodyear Weather Ready tires have worked great in all the snow and ice we have been having! Again Thank you Bushman's!
