Brown towing took my call extremely late on a Saturday evening when I was in a very stressful situation after getting a flat tire. They came and towed my car all the way back to Boise on last-minute notice They were super friendly, helpful, and updated me every step of the way!!!

Nothing short of five stars for Larry, Rocky, and team. Although my requested tow job was a relatively simple task following a fender bender, they took care of my rig and were very responsive while I coordinated further towing back to Boise. Bravo, bravo!

Paul was absolutely awesome! I got my jeep VERY stuck in a ditch and he helped me out of the sticky situation. Communicated his plan and intentions very clearly, and made sure that I was safe the whole time (could have easily been a roll over situation). I can’t say enough good things about him, highly recommend!

I want to say a huge thank you to our driver Paul. The alternator in our car decided to quit 10 hours from home late on a Friday evening. Paul responded quickly to my call for a tow and got us towed to McCall. He then made sure we got a hotel room since we’d be waiting overnight for our car to be repaired. Paul was super friendly and very helpful. Pretty sure that dude has some angel wings. Thanks for getting us to safety.

Larry is absolutely the best of the best! We have used Brown Towing a few times & he is always prompt, professional, & capable of miracles! Our recent experience with him involved a jeep in a river. He pulled the vehicle up a 30’ embankment & then towed it all the way to our house. Despite it being late into the night, he was kind & compassionate. 10/10 recommend!

I can only be grateful to Larry for being Larry, he actually had to rescue me twice from the mountain in 24 hours. I have been to Idaho every year for 53 years and I have never been stuck in the snow. Lucky for me Larry was not too far. He was prompt, friendly, skillful and definitely genuine. Both times he came to my rescue he ensured I was able to make it up the mountain to my final destination before leaving the mountain. He actually took less time to get to me than it took for my roadside assistance call to get to him. Definitely recommend Larry, truly a God send. Thank You!

Larry was great to work with in a difficult situation. He was friendly, calm, and reliable. This was a crazy weekend, we needed his service 3 times over three days. Our group had some "snow" challenges in the hills. Each time we called Larry. He was nice enough to ensure that we made it to our destination and checked up to ensure that we did not have any problems. I would recommend having his number with you if traveling in the Donnelly area of Idaho. Snow happens, and so do accidents.

Larry Brown was very respectable, and professional. He helped get me winched out in McCall and was even earlier then he quoted me on time. Easy to talk to and made the situation feel safe and was very well planned in making the tow with his Jeep. My vehicle came out unscaved with no issues. *** I HIGHLY recommend having Larry Brown pull you out if you're stuck rather than a pick up just pulling you out with a chain which can cause damage to your vehicle and is unsafe and can become very costly. Can't say enough great things using his services and he communticated many times with me before the job. 10/10 experience. Thanks Larry!

This company is OVER the TOP in every way. When our GMC 3500 diesel broke the lower control arm making it nearly impossible to move, Paul showed incredible touch and talent in loading and off loading as to not damage any of the truck. I can almost say it was a pleasure to break down. They have my greatest respect.

I got a flat on the highway right out of cascade on a Saturday and after waiting an hour for my friend to bring a jack someone had finally stopped and offered help but we didn’t have the tool to release the spare tire so it was useless. At this point we had been on the side of the road for close to 3 hours and the cops had called Brown Towing. Larry showed up and got my spare down in 2 minutes! He was so nice, super helpful, and I’m soooo glad the cops chose his company. Thank you Brown Towing!!

Friday we went to Cascade to camp on a friends propert. With all the rain the road in was going to be questionable. On arrival we found the sides of the road to be very sof . We ended up getting one side off the road in a corne . We tried ourselves to get it out. Only to make things worse and breaking stuff in the process Calling around we got 2 other companies voicemails. Brown Towing picked up the phone to our amazement. It was dark bu this time They showed up little after 10. The gentleman tried a couple thing . We dug out some dirt. Finally came down to him needing to lift the one side up along with pulling the trailer on to the roat the same time. The whole time he was not wanting to damage anything and was a complete professional. Ended up paying less than what we had anticipated. Got the trailer on the road without any more damage. We are so grateful and appreciate the response. And no we never hear back from the other 2 companies.

Got stuck in the snow and Brown Towing was our last option since no one else thought they could make it to us and insuarmace wouldn’t send out to an unplowed road. Brown towing sent one of their technicians in an old Jeep and got us right out. Fair warning, and the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because it was $400 to have us towed like 15 yards. Not their fault just a lot of money to pay. But when they’re the only option you do what you have to.

Brown Towing was great I was stuck in a snowbank it was cold and dark they arrived quickly . Larry pulled me out with no damage to my car Even though it was a tricky situation. I was able to drive away. Larry was awesome and cheerful and I would recommend anyone in a bad situation to call him first.
