Prompt answer, compassionate of our situation (truck broke down on Warm Lake Rd; had a rainy night/morning camping with hungry kids and wet dogs). While he DOES towing, he doesn't have it available for the next couple days, but recommended Brown Towing out of Donnelly considering the location of the vehicle. LOVE the good business and customer service to advise the best help since he wasn't able to meet the need today. Would definitely call Cascade ERS again!

My fiancé had started our car and it Locked on us and our key fob wouldn’t even work he came out and unlocked our car real quick and great service I definitely recommend him for any of your roadside emergency services

Eric at Cascade Emergency Road Service is one of those rare people who goes out of his way to help you as if you’ve been friends for years. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of towing in valley county and ended up helping me to arrange a tow for my car from Cascade to Boise. He even went out in the middle of the night just to pump up my tires and check the oil. He was very responsive by call and text and I’m so grateful to have had his help and guidance through a tricky car situation. 1000% recommended.

Eric was thorough and helpful explaining the issue with my truck's battery. He serviced it, then gave us a jump. We appreciated his fair pricing and the fact that he honored his quote.

We were an out of area EMS agency on the wildfires in our ambulance we had an emergency with our tire leaking air very quickly on our outer dually tire he was able to fix it quickly and responded very quickly as well and helped us early in the morning. He had us fully repaired and back to work within an hour Very friendly and helped educate us on new things during the process Highly recommend.

My car rolled to a stop and died on 4th of July. I called Cascade roadside emergency service and Eric answered promptly and was at my vehicle in less than an hour and a half on a holiday weekend! He was able to determine that the battery needed replacing and went to the auto store picked up the battery and came back to my car and changed it out. It was later determined that the alternator was also failing so he came back on Sunday to replace that (still a holiday weekend). He also had to drive to McCall to get the part and came and picked me up at my house on the way back. I cannot stress enough how Eric changed a really crappy situation into a manageable one. He is very thorough and I would highly recommend his services. I now keep his card in my wallet. Thank you, Eric for saving the day!

Eric was very quick to the call. We definitely had a difficult situation for him, but he pondered and made some calls, and was able to get our camper out of a very deep, muddy, and water filled hole. WITHOUT DAMAGE TO OUT CAMPER! Thank you Eric! And your resources! (Ps. NO, we were not trying to pull it out with the Jeep… we were using the wench on the Jeep)

Couple of gals got my brand new Ford Expedition stuck one wheel hanging off the edge of doom. Eric showed up with confidence and compassion to walk a really scared woman through the process of getting unstuck. He was able to calm my anxiousness and nerves with his quiet patience. Seriously saved the day and the entire weekend. If you need to get unstuck from anywhere he's the man to do it!

Eric totally got us out of a jam and helped ease our nerves! He was attentive, strategic and timely in his way of unsticking our car from a ledge, lodged with snow. Would 100/10 recommend his services!

Was doing a little exploring on our way back to Boise the day after Christmas on a little mountain road. Everything was going great until I backed up to turn around and my front wheel slipped down a small ditch. After digging and using traction boards for about an hour we just couldn't get the front wheel to pop out of the ditch. We have a kinetic recovery rope but the only thing coming down the mountain were snowmobiles. I called Cascade Emergency Road Service around 6pm and Eric didn't hesitate to drive up the mountain and winch us out of the ditch. He even shared some great advice on winching techniques and suggested some additional hardware to add to our recovery gear. Very reasonably priced especially for an off-road recovery. He made sure we got down all right before we headed on home. I highly recommend him.

My wife called Cascade Emergency service while we were broke down many miles from town with limited phone, on a holiday weekend. Eric was extremely helpful after hours while we waited for a tow, offering suggestions on where we could stay and other services in Cascade. When we finally were towed into Cascade on a Sunday evening, Eric was patiently waiting and met us immediately. He repaired our truck within hours that night and had us on our way. Thank you Eric for amazing service, and for turning a bummer into an opportunity to meet awesome people, with a how can I help attitude. I highly recommend Cascade emergency service. He is a great guy who made break down an awesome memory.

I can't even put into words how grateful we were to have Erik help us! On Memorial Day Weekend even. He repaired our locked up bearings on the spot. He was so nice and saved us so much time and money. I give him 10 stars. Highly, highly recommend him!!

Eric is just phenomenal. My boyfriend and his friend were broken down off road on their adv motorcycles outside of Cascade. They were communicating to me via a Garmin, which I would then relay to Eric. He did everything in his power to make the tow affordable for the boys, including calling AAA to see if they would let him take the call. He's probably the only one in the area with the equipment and expertise to tow this type of machine almost 4 miles away from pavement, through rocks and mud and water-crossings. You hope you won't need him, but you're glad he's there when you do! 10/10.

We can't thank Eric enough! Our truck broke down hauling our boat up to Mccall last night in cascade. We thought we'd be spending the night in cascade. We called Eric and we were on our way in less than an hour! He was quick to respond, professional and able to fix our truck right in the gas station parking lot for a VERY reasonable price. Eric...thanks for saving our weekend and getting us to our destination. We will keep your number handy as should everyone that travels to Mccall regularly.

Eric was truly a God-send for our family. Our car had been stuck in the snow for 2 hours with no cell service. By the grace of God, our son got a text to a family member, who called and set up a tow for us and told him where we are located… which was completely off the beaten path with no people anywhere to be found. Eric showed up like a night in shining armor. He was so knowledgeable and kind, and had a great sense of humor. He did his job quickly and efficiently, and pulled us out TWICE! Eric came to the rescue when my car slid off the road into a ditch! His response time was fast! He knew exactly what to do to get my car back on the road again. He was professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done! His rates are reasonable and worth every penny! I highly recommend him!

Eric was fantastic. I was visiting from out of state and our car hit a hole and got two flats. It was late but Eric came out and gave me a ride to my hotel. He came back the next day to pick me up to get new tires, then changed them for me. Everything about the service was above and beyond anything I could ask. He was also able to work with my insurance to get me a more convenient deal than what was initially offered.

I decided to take my Ford Focus to trail creek hot springs. The weather conditions were fine at first. Then all of sudden it was snowing! My car could not make it out. We hitched a ride back to cascade. I decided to contact Eric. He picked me up from the hotel and took us back to the hot springs. Eric had all the professional equipment necessary to pull me out. DONT CALL A TOW TRUCK. If you are stuck or in a pickle just call Eric! He is friendly and has over 40 years of experience.

Eric was a life saver! I was stuck in a small snowbank and Eric was able to get to my location and pull me out quickly and with a fantastic attitude. He made sure I made it to a safe location prior to leaving and even gave me a ride back to the cabin where I was staying. If you need help, Eric will be there for you! Eric is spectacular. Legitimately a one in a million type of person, if you're ever in need of any type of road side assistance, he should be your immediate go-to.
