walked in with my car making a weird noise. the got in my car to ride with me and hear the noise which i’ve never experienced before. they looked at it right away and it ended up being just a rock stuck somewhere. their service is friendly, quick, and top notch. i seriously recommend them to everyone.
Brought in both my cars here a week ago and was disappointed both times. Brought one car in to have winter tires installed and in less then a week had a a flat tire from a bad valve stem. As well as small chip on my wheel from the tire change itself.
Second time Brought in an older vehicle that I knew was having issues to get Diagnosed and Quoted to find out how much it would cost to get fixed. They installed parts and made repairs doubling the agreed apon estimated price for the "diagonis" without so much as a phone call or text.
Would not recommend. Too much hassle for what you'll end up paying for.
They ARE the best place to go ESPECIALLY if are working with insurance, fast,friendly, and fair. They treated me extremely like I was in good hands, oops that's my insurances' competition, they didn't treat me like some dumb bimbo who know nothing about the mechanics on her own car...they listened and how I came to my conclusion,and was the same as they recommend. Longest wait is getting parts for unusual kinds of vehicles. But once gotten part it's in quicker then me snapping my fingers. I HIGHLY recommend them.
On a 3500 mile off-road trip, I had a severe puncture while off-roading. I was able to limp my vehicle into Haymans in the morning. Not only did they take care of me right away, they helped accommodate my friends who had some issues as well.
Super fair prices, nice waiting area, very friendly and helpful staff. 1000% would stop again if I was in the area.
Hayman's and CJ and crew knocked this buff job out of the park today to fix the one-star rating for the Forest Service and their road maintenance after getting a load of North Idaho Pinstripes due to a lack of brush removal on open roads. They buffed out all the scratches left by the alder on the side of the road and got my lovely paint job back to immaculate condition.
I'm so frustrated with these guys. I got a flat tire on the freeway, and they refused to fix our tire because they turned off their air compressor even though it was 15 minutes until closing time. All the employees were just sitting in the office and refused to turn the compressor back on. I had to backtrack back to kellog on a spare. Sure, do miss old school work ethic and people who are willing to be inconvenienced to help a guy out!
On the start of our vacation the end of July we were traveling over Lookout Pass and a dear jumped out in front of us. My car was undriveable. We were referred to Hayman’s by Sweet Rides Towing. The tow company delivered our vehicle to Hayman’s and they were exceptional in their expertise and customer service. Communication was real important since we lived 454 miles away. They worked with our insurance company and made my car look brand new. I was estactic when I got her back.

Don't understand the need for two stand offish secretaries in a hardly busy garage... New in town and despite the warm welcome I received everywhere in Wallace this has been the only bad experience I have had... Won't be back 😳😠
Broke lug nuts on one wheel of my cargo trailer near Mullan Idaho, got my trailer there and they were able to fix it the next day.

I went to haymans some work done on my 2013 dodge ram truck and had my front axles replaced oil change and tune up transmission service everything seemed OK until my cluster was acting up the engine light came on 4x4 service light on I took it back and they charged me for a diagnostic test and said the axles weren't in place but that isn't the case I used work on cars so today I took out 2 spark plugs and they were not replaced so you charged me for something that was not done you are going Har from me tomorrow I pay 3000 dollars and nothing was done really you guys are bad worker's and I don't know what happened but I did take 2 spark plugs out and they were burnt never replaced I use to work on vehicles I know the difference so your company is bad for customers service like I gave you money to fix the problem and not a damn thing was done except the axles replaced wow thieves and I hate thieves y Iwill never get my service again make sure of it
If I could give them 10 stars I would. Broke down at Lookout Pass on Saturday, got our truck towed and dropped at Haymon's for the weekend. Come Monday (today), we went and told them what happened. By 2 pm, they had diagnosed the problem and ordered the part for it. By 4 pm, I was driving away in my truck. These ladies and the gentlemen who work there are miracle workers. They didn't overcharge us, they took care of us, they were friendly as could be, and most importantly THEY GOT THE JOB DONE!
Great mechanics and customer service. They are knowledgeable and competitive pricing. We had to take our Dodge Ram to a dealer as one component was a dealer only repair per Hayman's recommendation. We've taken 3 different vehicles to them. Highly recommend this shop.
I was on a cross country, solo road trip. My starter went out and I barely made it to the shop. Even though they were really busy that day, they found the time to help me out. Friendly service and my car starts like new! The price was very reasonable too.
My truck was held hostage and told they couldn't find my bill until I I said I was going to call the police. The body man was very rude and took my keys and u have to talk to the owner at 10 and was keeping my keys tell then and I had to be at work at 9, that body guy needs fired! The owner was ok with this!
I went to Haymans to get my heater core replaced. During my time at Haymans I had nothing but problems. To start off I dropped my car off and recieved a phone call the following morning from an employee who decided to act extremely disrespectful and unprofessional saying that he almost turned down my car service because there was a few panels from my car already removed. Although I never asked him to put them back on or told him to worry about it. After this I never received a call from the company or anything for updates. I had to call every day to find out information about my car. I found out the wrong part was ordered after I waited 2 weeks to even have my car serviced. The correct part should have been ordered throughout my time waiting and double checked to make sure it was correct. As time goes on my car was still in the shop. The mechanic took over 24 hours to fix a 6-8 hour problem with 2 people helping. I still received no updates about my car unless I would call myself. I paid $935 for a car that took way to long to be serviced. When I picked up the car the employees had all left and I went home and once I arrived the car would not turn off. So there was a new problem with the ignition on a Friday night. Keep in mind that most shops are closed throughout the weekend so now I'm stuck with a car that doesn't work. I chose to get my car serviced through Haymans because I wanted to support local business and I heard great things about the company. At this point I will never recommend anyone to come get there car serviced at haymans auto repair. I was completely mistreated. Do not get your car serviced here.
Sowe took the wifes tiburon in to have the wheel bearing done along with CV axles and brakes on the front only. While the car was in the shop somehow the window broke and would no longer roll up. We were charged for the window wich we kinda thought was messed up. Anyway got car back 1250 dol
lars later it was still making noise in the front. Took it back 3 more times and the noise went away. Drove the car for less then a yr and wheel bearing is out again. We call them and they say sorry there is no warranty and now we are footing the bill to go to another shop. Save your time, money and headache . don't take anything to them
Horrible. 130 dollars for changing spark plugs and I brought in the new plugs too. After paying that much they left my door open in the poring rain. Ruined my electric window which don’t go down down. Soaked my butt and my car seat. Water everywhere. I asked them for a code read one time and they asked me for $35…. Which btw o-reily’s will do for free that I didn’t know at the time. Unless you have a husband mechanic who won’t let them take advantage go somewhere else this place is a sad joke out for the money.
Great service! Broke down about 30 minutes away and had to get towed. All the other auto repair shops were too busy, but they got me in and out within an hour of arriving!
Let me set the scene for you: two sisters are driving through Lookout Pass in pouring down rain in a Prius. Suddenly the windshield wipers interlock, twist, and fail. We pull over and attempt to reset the wipers ourselves to no avail. One doesn't move at all; the other extends past the driver's side, slapping the driver's side mirror. Dread mounting, we drive to the nearest exit with hazards on and our windshield dangerously obscured by rain. The nice lady at the Conoco station tells us to drive a short distance down the road to the autobody station; they may be able to help us out.
We're immediately directed into the garage where two dudes immediately inspect the car, diagnose the problem, kindly ask us to open up the hood, and with the efficiency of a Formula 1 pit crew, *ZOOT ZOOT*, they hand each other parts and fix our windshield wipers in under 5 minutes.
We gave them what petty cash we had and thanked them profusely. These guys are second to none. A & B the C of D (above and beyond the call of duty). We got home no problem.
When I pass through again, I have a hundo in my wallet with your guys' names on it. Cannot thank you enough!
Halfway into a 1000-mi road trip, our car was overheating so we pulled in to Hayman's. Right away, Jeremy stopped what he was working on to pull our car around and check the issue. He explained what was going on, that nothing major seemd wrong, then sent us on our way to the parts store down the highway without charging us for the coolant he added or the pressure test he did. Truly grateful for the service in our time of need. Highly recommended.
I went to haymans to get a new bumper, when I picked up my vehicle I loved how it looked it was perfect, employees were so nice, but the next day, my right side wheel well came half way off, and today, my left side wheel well came all the way off while I was driving on the interstate. My only issue is that they didn’t have it secure enough, and it did cause some trouble, all in all they are a great auto body shop I just think they could be a little more thorough.
They do a good job at whatever needs to be done and willing to help you in other ways so you can have your vehicle work finished. I would recommend them even to a friend.
