I called Jim’s after I locked myself out of my mailbox. They scheduled someone to come out in a had hour! Tanner responded and was the most polite and efficient worker. He was kind and knowledgeable. He saved the day in about 30 minutes! I’d call Jim’s every time ;)

Jim's towing and auto were very prompt in towing my truck. They gave me an estimate on what seemed to be wrong. In further examination found that it was not as bad as thought saved me several hundred dollars. Appreciated their honesty and timely fix.

Again Miranda was wonderful to work with. Emily did a great job on our rig. This is our third time working with Jim's and will continue to do so. Thanks Guys!

What an incredible group of people. The Church family and their team spent the entire day dedicated to me and getting me back on the road the same day. They knew everyone to contact and basically rebuilt my trailer and made it stronger than ever. All while having compassion and a great attitude. They are very kind and I hope you will consider their business like I did because they deserve it

Phenomenal company with amazing services. Ran into a little car trouble, David was fast in getting everything repaired, and Miranda was more than helpful in the process, and keeping us out of the cold while we waited.

Our blower motor went out on our road trip over night and they were so quick with the fix, able to be seen that morning! Such great hospitality, comfy waiting area.

Miranda was great from the moment we called to ask about a service we needed. They were able to get me in and get the work done in a timely manner, even though they were down 2 techs. Jeff was super nice to deal with. He answered all of my questions and explained stuff to me if I needed him to. Brandon was very nice when he called to tell us it was ready. Above and Beyond Service – Our Christmas Miracle! Our Honda Odyssey suddenly shut off while driving west on I-90 after a fun weekend at Silver Mountain. We were lucky to coast into a turnout and call AAA, who connected us with Jim’s Towing in Pinehurst. From that moment on, we were in the best hands! A tech arrived quickly, diagnosed our problem, and replaced the corroded battery and wires. When it became clear we also needed a new alternator, Jim’s Towing immediately sent a tow truck and safely brought our family of five back to their shop. They even arranged to have the part driven in from Spokane! While we waited, Miranda and the rest of the kind team brought us drinks and gave us the TV remote so we could relax and binge Christmas movies. Thanks to their professionalism, kindness, and dedication, what started out like National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation turned into our own Christmas miracle. We were back on the road that same day! Highly recommend Jim’s Towing — they truly go above and beyond!

I had a tire blew out on HWY 90 and Jim’s towing was there I. 10-15 minutes and the driver Brogan was incredible, he made sure I was safe and then transported me to where my car was fixed and upon finding out my car would not be ready until the next day Brogan took me to a hotel !!! Brogan took an absolutely bad trip into a great one

Had my wheel literally fall off my vehicle on the freeway. Chris (tow truck driver) was very punctual and courteous. He really took the stress out of a stressful situation. I appreciate all the people at Jims mechanic shop getting us back on the road at an expedited pace! Realizing we live a good distance away, Anton and Stetson were very thoughtful and gave our vehicle repair full attention in order to get us back on the road quickly and safely. Thank you for the honest and quality service!

Tire fell off while driving on the interstate , they came to tow, seen the issue, said they could possibly fix it, instead of just towing us an hour and a half away and leaving us to figure out the rest and more time and money somewhere else they offered the help needed and saved us time, money, and we were able to drive away and finish our day. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Super glad we called them instead of someone else.

I was not watching what I was not watching what I was doing while backing down a old logging road and went off the road and was very very stuck and not going anywhere. My roadside assistance hired Jim’s Towing and I am sure glad they did. They arrived much sooner than expected and had a plan to pull my vehicle out in about two minutes. All of about 15 minutes totals and my ordeal was over and I went about my day. I’ll remember Jim’s Towing if I ever mess up on silver valley again!!! Thanks

My son needed a jumpstart for his motorhome. Miranda coordinated the service call expertly. Chris was dispatched and provided expert service. We needed a tow and Miranda expertly handled that as well. Chris went above and beyond during the tow. It went perfectly. Well done Jim's!

Jim’s was extremely accommodating when I blew a brake line of a cross country trip. They even stayed a little late to get me back on the road. Very thankful for their willingness to get my truck road worthy again!

Brandon, Miranda, the whole team… 10/10 breakdown and repair experience. Brandon, an owner, himself picked us up from the side of the road and took us to a hotel. Their business offers free rides from lodging to the shop. Both drivers hung around until we were accommodated. We ended up ordering our own part as we could get it faster. Despite that and losing the part markup they still charged us a totally fair labor rate to install the part and get us back on the road. The customer service, the attention to detail, the honest business practice: this place is absolutely a 10/10. The family even owns a little bar in the area. I HIGHLY recommend using this business for any towing and repair needs. They even have uhauls.

I was very happy that they got my car unlocked after I locked them in my car! They were at my service and my car unlocked within 30 minutes at 3:30am. Very friendly. Got the job done! I appreciate what you all do for you customers! I be using them whenever I need assistance!

My daughter and I were trying to get a U-HAUL onto our truck hitch for towing and after getting the car the hauler loaded we couldn't lift the front of hauler up onto truck hitch. I called and they said they'd send someone right out. They did and in minutes we were on our way. They had a great sense of humor.

Great service. Great people to work with Miranda is the best. We also really liked Arnie.! I highly recommend Jim’s towing. We had to replace our whole engine in our RV a very unpleasant thing to happen to us on vacation, but we’re glad we were working with the team at Jims towing.

Our car broke down halfway through our drive home (we live in Pacific Northwest). It felt like a worst-case scenario for us, because our transmission had gone out and was a very expensive repair. Everyone at Jim’s auto was so calm and kind and helpful through every step of this process. They gave us rides to and from the car rental as needed (charging us for them - as per their services) and kept us updated on diagnostics and repair info. When we chose to buy our own used part from eBay, they were incredibly patient in waiting for the part to arrive (they ended up storing our car for almost a month with no extra charges). They were very open and honest about prices and diagnostics, and the pricing felt very fair. We’re so grateful for everyone here who helped us out, and can’t recommend them enough!

Thank you Jim, for fixing my cruze thermostat. They also called a hotel for overnight check-in. Very honorable gentlemen to work with. Honest and true.

Its never good to need a tow, but Davin really made it a great experience. Very nice, professional and personable. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing these services. Everyone we had contact with in the company from customer service to the driver were excellent and kind. Its such a stressful situation to be in, and it really helps when you feel like people are looking out for you and want to help you. We were also towing a 14' trailer and they made it work with no issue.

The fellow that helped us was very supportive and helpful. One of the groups motorcycle’s tire needed replacing. He not only did what was required- put the motorbike on the flat deck and tie it down. He also helped us find a place that would replace the tire. Throughout our interactions he was polite, considerate and helpful. I wish i remembered his name. The incident occurred on Aug 2,2024 just outside of Coeur d lane. It was extremely hot outside. The time to get to us was quicker than expected .
