Terrible customer service!

Still has a very slow and very incompetent staff

Order the hose waited 4 and a 1/2 hours an hour longer than what it was supposed to be and it never came in he didn't order it had to go all the way to Ontario at my gas expense they wouldn't discount the part they didn't even say sorry Never use this guy's for auto parts ever overpriced rude

THESE GUYS! I needed a new belt for my car we had ..no tools, and little patience at this point.. Those Boys didn't hesitate...they loaned us tools, and houmor... THANK YOU SO MUCH. BLESS YOU

Stopped in to use their test equipment and Ashley was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Good experience.

Good parts store. A little small but it is a small town. Able to get parts fairly quickly.

Good little store, prices are still to high compared to online. But if you need it right now. Clean store, nice folks. Some new people in the store, they are doing a good job.

Great parts store!!

Showed up 10 minutes after closing, had an exploded radiator hose that just happened on the freeway, guy waves me off saying closed while I was showing the hose through the window. I've never been blown off like that from the Caldwell NAPA.

Had a gas cap for my car although it's a '02

This is a great auto parts store. It's long and thin, so it's got a kind of weird layout. The people are pretty friendly, and it's the only place in about fifteen miles that you can get many of the things here.
