Helpful and patient staff all around. Several tests to confirm battery failure and possible alternator issues as well. Multiple requests to troubleshoot and everyone was extremely helpful throughout the process.
I went in to get oil and some windshield wiper fluid for my car, I have to be honest, it was my first time walking into an auto store in 56 yrs to get oil and wiper fluid. I wasn’t sure what kind of oil to put in my car. When I walked up to the counter, Abraham offered assistance and even went back and got the oil for me and put it in my car. As well as the windshield wiper fluid. I was so grateful. He was kind and polite. The staff was friendly. The lady at the front counter was helpful and kind as well. I didn’t get a chance to get her name.

Staff here is such a joy to affiliate with. Julia is always eager to help me and goes above and beyond trying to help me get exactly what I need for my project. I feel apart of the family, not just a number. I go out of my way to go to this AutoZone just to be helped by her!
If I was able to give zero stars I would manager Julia is rude and disrespectful. She tries to push her religion and beliefs on customers and also discriminates against ones sexual orientation.
The folks here go above the normal to deep search parts. They found an obscure match for my tractor starter that saved me $300 over factory. THANK YOU!
I had a previous mishap at another store, but the people here took care of me very well and were able to make it right. I thank Julia and her team for everything they help me with when I come in.
I’ve had the opportunity to visit Autozone’s all across the United States and it made me realize how spoiled I was by the Homedale location. I had no idea how high this location raised the bar on service and personable employees. Anytime there has been an issue (which is very few) they were on the phone to let me know the status of things. The manager has done an excellent job of hiring the right folks to offer the best all around customer satisfaction! I rate them 10/5 stars.
Elaine Flores, Julia Moore, Steve, Conner, Beatrice, and kaydence are awesome!!! They helped me install my headlights in a hailstorm. They are amazing.
I have purchased several car parts for all my vehicles and others, spent thousands of dollars. I've always liked AutoZone, this store has a great staff, and they are very knowledgeable. This is where the Pros go for their Auto Parts. They have the best counter help, and if they don't have it at a reasonable price, it's just not available from anyone else anywhere. I personally want to say thank you, to a store that is ran and managed by the best Ladies in the auto parts industry. I also have something to say about an employee member there Tami, I did not like you at first you screwed up a lot of my stuff, over time and the help of your great management you are doing awesome keep up the great work and always keep that smile on your face. When you can make your costumer’s happy it makes there day go so much smother, As it should your’s knowing you did your best to make ours better.
Tony & Jamie really saved the day as my battery died and the part listed in the computer was something obscure. Instead of making me go to Nissan they said lets take a look. The saw the battery inside was a different model than what the computer listed. When they asked where I got it, I of course said AutoZone. They had the proper battery and set me up and I was good to go on the rest of my off road trip in the American West, thanks a million!
I went in for some parts at the Homedale store for my husband and was helped by a guy who went above and beyond to help me. He was kind and courteous and even offered to put my wiper blades on without having to be asked. I wish I could remember his name to give him credit for making my experience a pleasant one.
The staff here are super friendly! It doesn't matter if you're looking for a vehicle part, or a keychain, they will help you with the same neighborly friendliness. :) They sell car seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, air fresheners, snacks, and key chains, as well as car parts, sea foam, and windshield wipers.
Called at 6:58pm on Easter desperate for a patch for our diesel tank which was leaking all over the place. Ask if they had a patch in stock and if they would please please please wait for me to arrive before heading home for the night. I made it there a few mins after closing but they unlocked the door for me. What great service!!! I can't even say thank you enough. I have nothing bad to say about Napa but AutoZone just became my go to.
Very knowledgeable... always willing to go the extra mile for us... every time we have been there, we have never had a problem.... and prices are about average for a small town... but it is the more affordable option for parts in town....
Just sent my wife and her mother to this Autozone to have them check why the brake lights arent working. The employees (Manager: Carlos) not only refused to check the vehicle, but offered bad advice.
My suggestion is, dont waste your time here. This establishment is completely void of professionals. If I could've rated zero stars, I would've.
If you want to waste your time and money this is the place to shop it's a 16 mile round trip for me closest autozone and I had to make it 3 times they gave me the wrong part twice both times i had my tire off and and had to put it back on to go back down there and when I called to see what they would do to help me out all they did was suggest i get a ride down there the lady was not friendly even on the first trip down there I would suggest to not go to this location I went to the NAPA down the street they were very friendly and got the right part the first time.
Loni was very rude and short with both the customer in front of my husband and my husband. Commented about “that circus being over” in regards to the customer in front of me and he hadn’t even left the store. He was inquiring about Having a key programmed and asked for a recommendation and she responded “yeah I really don’t know, I don’t deal with keys” My husband was then told his part wasn’t available and that He was “ out of luck for ordering it today”. Very rude and HORRIBLE customer experience. We’ll make the drive to Caldwell from now on!

A couple of weeks ago I was on my way home to Montana and my engine over heated. I called around and found Auto Zone was the only place open (5:30 pm on a Saturday evening). I was given directions and limped into the parking lot. Ernest and Jose were there ready and willing to help! After my imagination running wild on having to stay overnight in Homedale rather than New Meadows and seeing my credit card go to the limit... these 2 gentlemen discovered where the water was leaking, fixed it and only $32 and an hour later my dog and I were back on the road and not too far off our schedule! Now Home and safe and all because of Jose and Ernest and their willingness to help me!
