  Linda is terrible at customer service charges me 37$ for a 2$ part off line. I thought it would be cheaper but she said it was cause of labor costs.

  The worst customer service. The lady is rude. They don't return calls and would not work with me on a price for an engine they will never sell. They lost a good sale and hopefully more when people realize they are not the only game in town- Junk yard attitudes don't cut it.

  They helped me find the parts I needed, the staff worked efficiently so I was not there a long time. All in all a good transaction. I would buy from again.

  The customer support is very pathetic and the lady Linda Doesn't know to handle customer I wanted to place an order and she quoted me way too high price and i asked for a discount and she just cancelled the order I just didn't like this behavior of the lady No customer should face these kind of service
