Listen to me when I say this man was confident in getting us out, he meant it! ? When he pulled up in an older Chevy truck I had zero faith, but he hooked us up, directed us what to do, and some how, by the sheer grace of his skill set got us out almost half a mile of pure mud!! With my screaming toddler, myself who is 9 months pregnant, and my husband completely safe and sound. He was confident from the start and never waived. He checked on us many times, even after we were out to ensure we got driving okay. And to make sure the car was okay. Gave us tips on aftercare for it, and was fast and efficient. Seriously this man was a hero. ? 10/10 do recommend!!
Justin was AMAZING! I called him for a simple jumpstart and he had the time and tools to replace my broken battery terminal! He was so friendly, professional, quick, and informative. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Great communication, fast and knowledgeable service, call them directly don’t use KeyMe. Called KeyMe service after locking myself out of the preowned Tesla I just purchased. Charged $185 by KeyMe when locksmith only makes $115 from providing the service. Opened the car with ease. Justin was very impressive, patient and communicative with us. 541 saved our day.
Made an appointment for 8pm-10pm and Justin was here at 8 on the dot. He was able to unlock our car for us in less than 5 minutes and was a joy to work with!
After getting stuck in some nasty snow 4.5 miles in to McCroskey State park and after having a company quote me $3,000 for off-road Recovery I was referred to 541 Roadside.
I heard back very quickly that Justin would drive all the way from Lewiston where he jumping to semi to where I was which was well over two hours. He also wouldn't take any calls just so he didn't worry me with any delay. Even through the rain and snow he drove all the way up and had my car out and on the road again in an hour even with the less than ideal conditions as well as a 4.5 mile drive up the park road where I was stuck.
While I waited he checked in I was okay and gave me his ETA when able.
Absolutely would recommend for quick, honest and most importantly way cheaper costs when compared to competitors in Latah/Benewah county.
Justin was amazing! He was so quick and kept me updated and made sure we had everything needed. And he was helpful and educational! He gave me pictures to clarify what he would be needing, and gave me information with pictures attached to make sure my driving in the snow was safe. Justin went above-and-beyond. When his attempt to jump my vehicle didn’t work, he began thinking outside the box.
Because my vehicle was low on fuel, he went into town and got some gas, came back, and didn’t give up until the vehicle fired up.
If it hadn’t been for Justin, I would have had to have the vehicle towed.
He’s a keeper. Give that man a raise!
If you ever get your vehicle stranded on a back country, unpaved road, give 541 Roadside a call. Even if you’re far from Troy. We were stranded at night on an icy mountain road. When all the other tow companies in the area refused us service (because we were more than 100 feet from a paved road), Justin was the only one willing to come get us unstuck. He pulled us out in no-time and was very kind & friendly. It was 9°F (and dropping) and we were having trouble staying warm. 541 towing saved us from spending a very cold night in our truck.

541 towing out of Troy did an exceptional job of getting my car started for me. After several attempts at local dealerships they were able to come out to me after hrs and program my keys. They were prompt and professional and were able to get the job done, when the others could not! I give them five stars across the board. 541 Roadside was called through my insurance company. The batteries in my truck died. It was a struggle to get my truck started because the batteries were very dead, and at the end of their life, but the guy helping me did not give up and was very kind. I could tell he knew what he was talking about and seemed very knowledgeable about the subject. I am a first year student so it is hard being away from home and not having my dad there to help me, but 541 roadside got to me in a good amount of time and saved my day.
I called 541 Roadside when I was in an accident and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. From the moment I called, the customer service was friendly and professional. A tow truck arrived at my location quickly. The towing process was smooth, and he was extremely nice and helpful.

I locked my keys in my car and the guy that came out was at my vehicle within 20 minutes and got it unlocked within 5 minutes. He was super nice and fast to get me back on the road and will definitely use again if needed!

Told me I would have to wait for 2 hours. When 2 hours passed called them to get an update. Did not answer and did not return call for voicemail left. Cancelled with my roadside assistance company but didn't bother to tell anyone, including me. Pathetic. I will never forget this and always be quick to let anyone looking for towing about them
Please note: They were unable to call to let me know they had chosen to leave me stranded but they were able to reply to this review in a matter of minutes. I called them three times and left messages and they could not be bothered to let me know they were leaving me stranded. Take it up with my insurance? This towing company cancelled online. The only way I found out they were leaving me stranded was when I called the insurance and they pulled up the file and found the cancellation. I have called again and left another message and they have STILL NOT returned any of my calls.
Any decent human being would make sure the party they were leaving stranded would at least know. It also looks like a phony 5 star review was placed afterwards with no detail what so ever. While this behavior is not criminal, it certainly is immoral. I can't think of any other time I have been treated with more disrespect and negligence. Being in the towing business, supposedly helping stranded travelers call for a much more professional response. I guess they can tell us all how they had no idea that an online cancellation would not be forwarded to the stranded traveler. Can you imagine the whining, crying and gnashing of teeth, not to mention demand for payment had I taken care of things (as I had to do TWO HOURS LATER) and not notified them? In fact, I would bet pretty good money that had I cancelled them after 90 minutes they would have demanded to be paid. Looks like I found the lowest of the low when my insurance company picked them.
As far as taking it up with my insurance company the process has begun. I will do my best to see to it that this company is removed from any call list they have. Leaving travelers stranded is plenty bad enough, but not even notifying them is paramount to criminal.
Justin showed up within an hour and was able to tow my truck across town in a very short amount of time and for a very reasonable price. Made a stressful day a lot less stressful.
