They blocked off the road to tow a car, could have easily been open if the tow truck driver just moved forward literally 10 feet. Blocks the road off instead with 2 tiny cones so gave to reverse and go back out and far around. What an idiot just move forward a tiny it and the road is open. I took video and pictures in case they try and refute it. 0 stars

Very reliable company. Stands behind their business. Great customer service and Tyler did a good job trouble shooting the battery issue.

Called them for a flat because my physical limitations unfortunately mean I'm useless with something lîke a tiré change. The guy was here in ten minutes and ten minutes later my donut was on and my tire with the nail was in the car. Service was quick and I appreciated the friendly, helpful attitude of the guy who came to my rescue. .....especially with customer service being so noticeably absent from current day to day operations.

They said it would be an hour before they could make but showed up 15 minutes later. Dereck was very professional and was able to pull the truck out of the swell in about 10 minute with no damage to the truck. Thank you guys so much.

Absolutely amazing and really helpful I had my car towed to Les Schwab and the guy towing my car told me they didn’t do what I needed done there so he called a guy he knew and got my car to the other place and ended up saving me a lot of money!! Definitely call these guys if you ever need your car towed

Had to get my car taken to a different autobody shop after Gerber tore my car apart and refused to put it back together unless I paid them (very predatory) in full for their $7,000 estimate for mere cosmetic damage. Justin from Spokane Valley Towing was close by and went out of his way to provide an amazing customer experience! He went above and beyond helping me move my car down the road and has my eternal gratitude for taking care of the customer, unlike the predatory Gerber Collision & Glass on E. Francis. Stressful situations when you blow a tire on the freeway. This was on an RV rear dually. And not having a budget to accommodate it makes it even worse. After talking to several other providers, one of the providers recommended Reliable. Thank God they did. From the moment I called, the lady that answered was super cool and very calming. She also offered up several solutions, In case that the spare tire was bad. So she dispatched the driver. And it wasn’t long before he got there and was beyond helpful. He went the extra mile and provided the best service I’ve ever had in a situation like this. I more than appreciate these guys. And would recommend them on any occasion when you need a tow, or a tire change. I would call them.

Reliable drove 4hrs one way to retrieve my son’s car in the middle of nowhere and brought it to a shop very near my house. Are always polite, courteous, and professional. Their name describes just how they do business!

One of their driver named will was super nice and very helpful and had great energy when helping me and the receptionist was very sweet and also super helpful prices are a little high but you get what you pay for honesty amazing customer service! Reliable Towing saved the day! On thanksgiving, my belt snapped on my car. They towed it all the way from Medical Lake to north Spokane. They got to me pretty quick and I think the cost was fairly responsible given they had to come out on a holiday!

I have had to use reliable several times now at my commercial parking lot and I have to say their service is truly unbelievable. Yesterday I set up to tow a vehicle from my lot and within less than an hour I had an extremely efficient and professional driver (Justin C.) taking care of my needs at an incredibly affordable rate. They take all of the hassle out of what is usually a crappy situation. Will be using reliable again. (And again and again)

I've had Reliable tow two different vehicles of mine. One lifted and one lowered and they did a great job both times. My son's car is lowered and was nervous and watch the guys every move and he let him and explained things to him, he really to care with the car. My son was very happy with the guy!

I've used them couple times . Very professional. Shake your hand and introduce themselves..upbeat even though they busy. Always punctual. Text and call with ETA. Take pictures of the vehicle..explain in detail what they will be doing. Can't ask for much else. Great people to trust my car to. Thanks Guys.

Reliable was fantastic in every way! The operator was wonderful and the communication was fantastic. My car was in an AWFUL location for a tow, and when the tire blew, it damaged the front panel, making it very fragile. The driver was very careful, and gave some great advice to my young son and his girlfriend. Beyond doing a technically great and timely job, he was really great with them, even though they're a little alternative ( I've seen too many treat younger folks, particularly alternative ones be disrespectful) and made them feel safe and comfortable in a dodgy location and stressful situation. My kids were only upset they didn't have any meaningful cash on them to tip him. Absolutely aces across the board folks. And I was cranky about the whole situation (not with the company) because this was how I found out when I.switched insurance I somehow neglected to add tow to this car. But thank you and your driver for taking care of my kids.

I got locked out of my car right in front of their shop, The ladies in the office were very nice and let me stay in the lobby to warm up. And the driver, Shaun, that came by and popped the lock open was super quick, thank all of you!

Professional service. Got my vehicle towed and delivered with no problems. Only reason that I can’t give a 5 star rating was the wait time. Tow truck arrived about 45 minutes later than they initially estimated, which wasn’t a big deal but I was waiting on the side of the road for 1h45m in 100* weather, so not ideal. I got home and my truck got to the shop in one piece so I can’t complain! 4/5 stars

My son's vehicle died and we're 3 hours away from him. When I called, the lady answering the phone (at like 6:30pm) was not only pleasant, she was actually cheerful. My attitude went from, "great...I have to deal with a broke down car, call a tow truck, figure all this junk out", to "wow, that was easy, painless, inexpensive and the person was cheerful". I was very pleasantly surprised in this day and age where customer service seems to be a lost art. But it got better. The tow truck driver called me right away to give me an ETA. He was friendly too! My son handled the rest but even my son said, "that guy was so nice!" I can't tell you just how appreciative I am to this company for automatically turning a negative situation into a much more pleasant situation. Thank you, sincerely. I obviously highly recommend this company!

I am so so happy I was able to find such a friendly and helpful tow company. The dispatcher was super friendly and compassionate and provided a very accurate ETA. Mike our driver was super knowledgeable and fast. You could really tell he was a pro. We were stuck on a road that wasn’t on the map and they found us and turned a crappy situation into a pleasant outcome. If ever we are stuck and need help, will not hesitate to call Reliable!

We needed to get a car towed to my Moms new place. Dad died a few years ago, and his car isn’t running. So we really needed help. I called Reliable Towing once, they took my information and asked me when and what time I would like to have it there. And they took from there. It was done and done. Fast friendly and just like their name says RELIABLE. Scott specifically was awesome. He showed up ahead of the specified time and had my truck loaded really quickly. If you use Reliable towing ask for him. You will not be disappointed.

Very professional. I had three other tow companies look at our broke down motorhome. All three said it couldn't be towed. Tyson from Reliable Towing showed up to save the day. Explained everything he was doing and told me to go back to my air condition coach. He hooked up to my rig and did short distant tow to ensure there were no issues. He then towed me to the repair shop. Very impressed with his skills and knowledge. Highly recommend this company and their drivers.

Technician was timely and very kind. He was efficient and able to get our broken down car into neutral. Our house is hard to find and he did a good job at communicating with us to find it. He was friendly and did a great job. Would 10/10 recommend.

Excellent service of highly recommend them. The gentleman in the office was very understanding while I was still trying to figure out a few things. The driver exceptionally well and taking care of me doing more than I needed to be done. Had a last-minute change of address to Where the truck was going also gave me a little bit of time to get another truck there to take the trailer and the mechanic said he was a rockstar backing my truck into his shop. That put me ahead of a few people only because mechanic was so curious on what happened he built that motor three years ago start work on a Saturday even though he doesn’t work weekends All in all Jonathan and Rocky have clear, communication and understanding.

Shaun? I believe helped tow a fifth wheel and made my family feel safe and secure about him doing so. It seemed tricky but Shaun clearly does this in his sleep and made it look easy. Appreciate Reliable Towing for making it a quick, and easy job. Also, (which sold the deal) office staff was kind and patient— which is understandably hard to come by in a tow company. We will be recommending reliable towing to anyone who asks and then some. Thank you again, reliable.

My truck slide off the side of a mountain. Even though Reliable Towing wasn’t on our insurance vendor list we told the insurance they are the only company that we trust to do this extraction.
