Last night while pulling up our 26 foot trailer we got caught up on ice and it slid into the ditch on the side of the road, we called the tow company and Everett came right over and helped us. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable on his job and got our trailer out of the woods safely with no issues. I would highly recommend Coles and thank you Everett for a job well done.

Cole's Towing is great! My truck bit the dust right on 95 by Athol. Roadside Assistance was basically no help and taking way too long. Cole's picked us up 15 minutes after calling, and was a cheaper tow than the companies in the CDA area. Great customer service, efficient, and kind.

Locked my key fob in the car. Everett answered his cell and eventhough he was 30 minutes away he said that he would get to me next. He pulled up and n 20 minutes and worked his magic! Friendly, professional and the price was reasonable.

We had a slight incident with our truck and trailer sliding off the edge of the road. Everett came out and got us out of the ditch was polite professional and a great to work with. Not that I plan on going off the road again but if I do I will definitely be calling Cole's.

I called yesterday to see if they had a flatbed to tow my hubby’s truck to the dealership in Post Falls. Not only did they have exactly what we needed, they called when they were running late and safely got our truck where it needed to go! And the price was amazing. I would recommend to anyone!!!!!

I went in with a donut on my car and the hole in my tire is too big to patch however, they were able to find me a decent size tire to go back on my car that will work at least until I get paid and I can get a new one. I just really appreciate their help for the time being!

Everett was there in a jiffy, loaded quickly and efficiently. I've luckily only have had to have a few tows, this was the most painless experience. Ya'll need some help, give these people a jangle and they will come wrangle.

Today Everett helped us out of a big bind! He was kind and helpful and friendly. He didnt have to, but he very generously helped us reposition our car on a friend's trailer. My gooseneck trailer slid off the road on a private road that was on a grade and Everett came out and was able to pull it out. Will use these guys again. Very professional and all around awesome people to do business with.

I was out of town when my wife had a near miss with a deer. Richard took the time to drive out to our place and call me back with a damage assessment. His shop was too busy to do the repairs but he did this as a courtesy so I could make arrangements to send the car for the proper attention. Makes me proud to be from North Idaho! Thanks Richard.

Fast, friendly, and competent. Cole's came and got my truck within minutes of my catastrophic transmission fail. Everything went really smoothly and my Trailblazer was on its way to Burnett's in Sandpoint.

Very professional, polite, and knowledgeable.. I had a unique/rare problem that required a not so common part.. Not only were they awesome over the phone, but actually walked around with me when I arrived to help make sure I found what I needed, then went a step above and even offered to remove the part for me for a very reasonable fee, which is a big deal considering my non visual disability that would’ve made it difficult for me.. Will always go to Cole’s first from now on..

These guys are always super friendly and helpful whenever I come in for stuff they point me in whatever direction I need and help out as much as possible they’re also super fun to talk to and really funny I’ll definitely continue using them I highly recommend them and really enjoy going to them they do great work!!
