I want to thank Jaron & Morgan for the awesome service. Morgan because she did an amazing job making sure that my bill was accurate and fair. Jaron because he did an amazing job fixing my transmission coolant lines and getting my new steer tires on in orderly fashion. Thank you! Had a flat repair done here and surprisingly they were very attentive to the customer. Morgan was so friendly and helpful throughout this transaction. I especially like the fact that they did a walk around inspection on my truck and pointed out the potential mechanical defects that my truck could have in the future. Overall this is a good shop to get you back on the road quickly and efficiently. Also, Morgan needs a raise she is running back and forth trying to get all done. James and the rest of the mechanics are also doing a great job. Good job fellas! Truckers always looking for friendly faces to work on their trucks. Thank you and God bless!

Had a tire going flat while driving on Interstate 84. I exited the interstate near Rocky Mountain Truck Center near Twin Falls. The tire was losing air pressure quickly, so I pulled up to the truck immediately. Jeremy met me outside front and explained that they didn’t work on truck tires as small as mine. I drive a Ford F350. He did offer to air the tire up and gave me directions to a nearby Les Swab tire store. But we found that the tire was losing air too quickly as the technician was putting it in. Jeremy and Jared offered to remove the tire, and take it to the Les Swab store to be repaired, and then put it back on my vehicle. These people, including Morgan, who ran the office were outstanding. They went above and beyond in helping. Thank you.

Very disappointed with this roadside service. I waited more than an hour for the mechanic to arrive, and when he finally showed up, he couldn’t even complete a simple DEF regen. He worked for less than 30 minutes, said he couldn’t do it, and still charged me for 2 hours. I ended up paying around $700 for absolutely nothing — the truck was not fixed and no real work was done. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Rocky Mountain Truck Centers of Twin Falls Inc. is a complete rip-off. They clearly told me that replacing ONE trailer tire would cost $350. After less than one hour of work, they turned around and charged me $1,260. No warning. No approval. No explanation. This is not a mistake — this is deceptive, dishonest, and predatory business practice. They change prices after the job is done and expect customers to just accept it. I feel cheated and taken advantage of. This company has zero integrity and absolutely cannot be trusted. Stay far away unless you want to get scammed and overcharged

January 2026 Came here the other morning to get two tires changed. They were quick and efficient and they even put the caps back on my valve stems. Thank you very much reasonable price.

The service here is great, very professional and the employees are super cool. James seems to be a pretty cool stand up guy and he will definitely get the job done hands down... Omg and that amazingly beautiful, phenomenal Morgan is such a sweetheart. She is definitely great at her job, she's very professional and makes you feel at home all at the same time. This place is awesome.. I needed a washout and they did an awesome job on it plus b4 I could leave the parking lot i noticed a nail in my trailer tire.. they fixed the tire and the washout in adequate time.. it had enough space around the facility plus it sits in the same parking lot as the oasis..They were extremely polite and courteous to me and we had great conversations with them in office Plus they also gave me fair pricing.. Thanks rocky mountain keep up the great work. I will definitely be coming back.

I like this place. They are professional. They know what they’re doing right way and not take long time for repair, Also they give you Best rate to make you happy. Morgan, she is best customer service ever.

My experience at Rocky Mountain truck centers of south Eden, ID. Morgan was very professional and explained to me, the work to be done on my trailer and tractor. She explained to me the cost upfront and the technician James did did a excellent job in doing the work and explaining to me what he was going to do. I just had a fabulous experience with Juan and Cody. My trailer side blinkers were flickering and stopped working. This was on Thanksgiving and I thought that there was no way we would get back on the road in any sort of reasonable time but Juan really came to the rescue. Between him and Cody working to troubleshoot the issue down to the grey electric box having a loose ground we got back on the road in no time. I am really impressed by the service I got. Thanks for having great workers that know what they're doing.

WARNING DRIVERS don't ever come here for anything related to your truck,bypass this . What a ducking rip off, labor amount is decent, but 10.4 hours billed to replace the radiator and recharge the ac is highway robbery, took James 4.5 hours to this job completely. Manager wouldn't reason with the out over charging of the hours it took the tech to do the job. I will post the invoice on exactly what they did and what they charge me. Vented to Morgan the server rider about this she understood and kinda agreed that that was excessive. good luck in your new job James you can do better at freightliner. There is also a $914 service call for them to come 130 miles round trip and diagnose the issue, James did a pres pressure test and it was the radiator, again the over the phone quote was told to me differently than when I got the bill it was almost double. Tow truck was $1875 for 130 miles. All said and done $7662 all in for a $2000 radiator. Also everyone that got there before James didn't seem to know or was to knew to do this job,they stalled all day, had a family after noon dinner together basically screwed around until about 1500 then started on my truck,they did offer me a plate and I absolutely took advantage of that,thanks for the food. To the owner way to run a business dude, karma will get you. Stay blessed.

Had a nail in my trailer tire needed patched. Morgan was as nice as can be and made me feel welcomed and actually liked her job unlike most places I’ve been to. Juan got me in and done in a very timely matter even for them being 17.5s. Also had an issue with my hood bracket losing its bolt. Didnt have the exact of what was needed but Derrick went above and beyond making something work so I could actually open my hood nicely and properly! Never been one to write reviews but this place deserves it. Definitely will be adding this place as my go to spot if I’m ever in the area needing work again!

Devin and the rech james were awesome they fixed me right up and took awesome care of my tires and my light cord if you need anything i done got to the shop in Eden Idaho at the travelers oais truck stop thx for the help guys

Checked in and told me that I was going to get a simply tire patch done today and come to find out that they close on me. Mind now I was waiting for 2 hrs and was never notified about until I walked in the building and they told me I won’t get see until Monday. And today Friday. Never again will stop be and asked for any type of service.

Very frustrating!! called these guys because they had a guy on site who told me he could fix or replace my trailer tire right after he finished the one he was working on. I was told until he got payment for his job he couldn’t start on my trailer. I been waiting over 3 1/2 hours with no relief in sight. The guy on site took and left me in the lurch. I will never recommend this company!!!!!!!

Howdy, MarkyJ Kurt,owner operator for valley express specialized, had a flat on my trailer. Went in at 8am at your shop on eden id .the mechanic Jr got right on it after I checked in. The tire was not repairable so Morgan did an outstanding job of finding me a used tire. Price was fair and I am happy. The mechanic, JR and miss Morgan were fantastic people you have working for you. They got me right in and replaced the water pump and back on the road. Finished price was a little higher than I expected but I didn't have to wait a long time. In the end it was worth it. I was able to get my load delivered when I was supposed to.

I called this company to fix a trailer mud flap. On the phone they told me it was $156 an hour, but they never mentioned anything about a two-hour minimum. When the tech showed up, the job only took about 20 minutes, yet they tried to charge me almost $600. When I called to question the bill, they told me it wasn’t their fault it only took 20 minutes and I still had to pay. After some back and forth, they agreed to knock off an hour, but then called me back 10 minutes later threatening to add another 2 hours if I didn’t pay right away. Hands down the worst service I’ve ever dealt with. Dishonest, rude, and completely unprofessional. I’ll never use them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

To begin they send a road service fellow that had no idea of what he was doing and with no tools. The only thing he knew was how to take pictures of my driver's license and keys which he took away from me... did I mentioned how expensive this was... no you don't want to know. He wasn't able or basically didn't know how to replace belts. Finally my boss had to send a tow truck to rescue me...

Called out roadside for my driver who had a NOX sensor needing to be replaced out in Wendell, ID and the mechanic came and wasted his and our drivers time. Not sure what exactly he did but after that repair my truck was still no movable and I called multiple times to Rocky Mountain with no luck of reaching them and basically paid almost a grand to get ntohing done. They never called me back and ignored our calls so they scam people and I wouldn't work with them. If you do work with them don't pay them until you FULLY fixed your problem. If they can refund me my payment for getting nothing done and leaving my truck stranded I will remove this review.

Hi, I don't know where to start. My truck broke down and the radiator broke. Thank goodness it's close to Rocky Mountain Truck Center in Idaho, 1135 E 1000 S, Eden, ID 83325. My English is pretty average, but the service was exceptional. Absolutely everyone treated me like I was at home. The girls in the office and the mechanics are extraordinary. The parts arrived quickly, and the work was incredible. All I can say is thank you and bring them some hot chocolate when I pass by. This is what the U.S.A. needs. Great people. Thank you, Idaho.

I recently took my semi-truck to Rocky Mountain Truck Center for a DEF issue. While the customer service was great, I had a very disappointing experience with the mechanic. He was dishonest about the repairs, and my truck broke down about 100 miles out after leaving the shop. I managed to get to Freigliner dealer in Salt Lake City. They say all I needed was nox sensor and the dosing unit replace and I was back on the road next day while I spend the night here in motels. I wouldn't recommend their services based on this experienc do better RMTC

Well, well well at truck Center I had a blowout on my trailer and another trucker was telling me about it and I got off on this particular exit and Idaho and didn’t know I was going to get my truck fixed. I look up and I see a sign that says open now this building looks like no one works there, but let me tell you, not only do they work there the most respectful Politis people caring about your truck is un not only where they helpful. I mean less than 30 minutes. I was shocked because we all know what some of these big dealerships are call roadside service you’re gonna be waiting for hours . change my tire the ladies in the front was awesome. I mean magnifico if that’s even a word I just wanna thank this place for being there in my time of need without any hesitation thank you guys so much and if I ever have a problem on 84 in Idaho, I know where I’m stopping. Thank you Miss Amber and I forgot the other young lady name but you guys rock.

Had some time to kill so I had these guys do some work on my truck. They got my truck in right away and did a great job. Devin and Jeremy were very helpful and even sent a guy out to get the right parts I needed. Great job guys!! You’re definitely a benefit to your company. It’s very hard to find a competent shop you can trust with your equipment these days. Keep up the great work.
