We were on our way home from vacation misjudged how far between towns it was and ran out of gas about 15 miles outside of mud lake Idaho. Called triple Aaa waited hours finally called the sheriff and received these guys names. Called and they promptly brought us 5 gallon of gas and we’re the nicest guys. Highly recommended from this Okie!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 stars!!

Exceptional Service!! The driveshaft on my jeep seized while towing a very heavy cargo trailer back to Canada. It died along the I-15 just outside of Idaho Falls at 11pm. We called B&B first, who answered right away and assured me they could pick it up quickly so we left it on the side of the road. They towed it out to their shop in Mud Lake for repairs and ordered me the upgraded part and dealt with my 3rd party warranty. I couldn't make it down for an entire month, but Stan was very communicative and kept in touch the entire time. When I finally made it down, Mark and Stan were friendly and treated me like I was family. Checked over my vehicle and trailer before I hit the road for the 8 hour trek back north. I cannot recommend them enough and am so thankful I found them on Google. My jeep ran great the whole way and I made it back to Alberta safe and sound!

We rolled into Mud Lake after 280 miles of mountain driving when our truck started making an awful racket. My husband immediately pulled over and popped the hood and discovered it was the alternator. We determined we could get to B&B and drove to their location. The owner came out and agreed with the assessment. It seemed like the whole team dropped what they were doing to get the parts ordered and delivered (from two different towns each over half an hour away) and stayed late into the evening to make sure the job got done so we could get back on the road. They also spied some broken connectors on the AC pump which if not caught and fixed could have caused a much bigger problem. Thanks guys and gal!

I was broke down on the side of the highway in my Motorhome for almost five hours on a Friday, due to my car dolly wheel about to fall off! Found Stan and Dan online by the grace of God. One bar on my phone and I was able to reach them. Stan came to get me from an hour away and towed my dolly back to his shop. He gave me power and water to my Motorhome for two days while he fixed my dolly. These guys are the best. Located in the middle of God’s country. Stan was so kind and had me on my way Sunday. I traveled to Hamilton, MT with no issues. If you’re in Idaho and need help, call these guys. They won’t disappoint! They saved me, I don’t know what I would have done if Stan hadn't come and helped me. Thank you so much!

We were in a real bind, stuck on the Interstate 15 with a burned out bearing on our fifth wheel and Stan and his crew guided us to a safe location and worked over the weekend to resolve our issues. Their service was friendly, courteous and fair in price. They got us back on the road to Canada. No problem recommending their service.

We had need of a towing service in a remote area that could tow a class c motorhome stranded on a secondary road in Idaho. Dan an owner was ready to help in our hour of need, when we found a mechanic in Idaho Falls B&B auto & towing was expeditiously in getting us where we could fix the problem. Dan & Mark both were very gracious and quick to take care of our needs.

Excellent towing service. We found ourselves stuck 50 miles out of town. B&B was a great service provider, they handled our tow promptly and professionally. Mark, the driver, was very accommodating to me and my family through this. Very friendly and helped us to feel comfortable in an otherwise unfortunate situation.

B&B is an amazing company. We were stuck in Lima Montana and they came to the rescue. Mark provided amazing support and drove us to Nampa Idaho to get my truck serviced. Mark Pringle is the best roadside rescuer EVER. My motorhome blew an inside tire on the back, it's the 4th of July, no one open, he came prepared and got us back on the road. Very professional, helpful and safety oriented.

My family and I broke down on the freeway coming home from a camping trip on a Sunday afternoon. Called these guys and they arrived in less than an hour. Mark was our technician. He was extremely friendly and helpful. We were unfamiliar with the area, and they were able to recommend a mechanic nearby. Mark had our car off to the local mechanic extremely quickly and gave us great service. Would definitely use these guys again. Highly recommended.

We hit a deer on the highway, an hour from any town. Dan loaded our car up and dove us an hour out of his way to take us to a hotel. All of the staff were very helpful. Even checking the car for something we thought we'd forgotten days after we'd cleaned it out.

Dan was extremely professional & prompt, he arrived exactly when he said he would. He accommodated both of us in the cab for the 2.5 hr tow back home, it was super clean and comfortable.

Huge thank you to Stan & Dan at B&B Truck & Auto Body. Engine problems had us stranded on the side of Hwy 20 while we were towing our travel trailer. Stan showed up in a timely manner with a flatbed and was able to tow both of our vehicles 60 miles to Idaho Falls. Everyone we dealt with was concerned for us, very courteous and completely professional. Highly recommend B&B to anyone in the area who finds themselves needing a tow.

Stan of B&B Auto Body was amazing. My Unimog broke down while towing my Tow Hauler just outside of Mudlake /Terreton Idaho on a Friday afternoon. They went above and beyond to provide fast service for my wife and I. They had the proper tow vehicle for loading my 14,000 pound Unimog and 10,000 pound toy hauler safely. We had our Motorhome break down up in Driggs and were not sure how to get it back home to Idaho Falls. Called up Dan at B & B towing and he was a lifesaver! He called and worked with our insurance and convinced them it needed to be covered and towed all the way to the shop in Idaho Falls. Such great service and such a great guy!

We broke down 30 miles west of Stanley ID on Hiway 21. No cell service so had to drive to Stanley to get service, called around to get a tow into town and no one had a tow truck large enough to tow our 37' class A motorhome. B & B was recommended to us so called and spoke to Dan. They were located 4 hours away from us and Dan told us an ETA and we met him in town and he was on time then following us to our motorhome( we had a toad). Dan was friendly and very professional getting us hooked up then towed us to Stanley ID. Mountain Village service repair. There Scott did an out standing job getting us repair and back on the road.

Abraham came out and towed our 35ft RV that had broken a drive shaft. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. I expected to pay a lot more for my service due to the lengthy tow and size of my RV. I was pleasantly surprised. I wouldn't use anyone else if I'm in their area.

These guys were super helpful! I was tired and frustrated after I had waited for about 5 hours for help, and had pretty much given up and started making arrangements to get home. B&B Auto was awesome as soon as I called, they made sure I knew what was going on, even when my insurance company didn't help or respond to me. First thing in the morning they managed to quickly get my car out of a parking garage, and get it home in less than 30 minutes. They were super friendly and empathetic, and I am so grateful for them and all they did yo help!

I called Dan when my F350 and Camper broke down on the 15 N in Idaho in the middle of nowhere. He was there there in less than a half an hour and towed me 220 miles to get me Home. Dan was EXTREMELY nice and helpful and safely towed me Home ! I have nothing but Great things to say. He saved my tail !!! Top notch, 5 Star all the way !!! J.B.

Christmas Eve breakdown! Yes Virginia there is a Santa Clause and tonight his name was Dan. It was Christmas Eve, I was 350 miles from home, it was bitter cold and the roads were empty. I was trying to get home for Christmas when my alternator went out leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere. A kind police officer called Dan and within 35 minutes he was there. He towed me to his house, found an alternator in his bone yard, fixed my car and within a few hours I was on my way. He gave up Christmas Eve with his family to help me get home to mine. Thank you Dan!!! B & B Auto Body is a fabulous company and one I will recommend to anyone.

My husband and I were recently towed by Dan, a very personable man who was so friendly and helpful! It’s so scary to be stranded, and he was very helpful and reassuring! We were towed to a repair shop and billed very promptly! Very professional and kind. I would highly suggest using them!

At midnight on a Friday, these guys saved our bacon! Not only did they offer us a tow but they also took the time to find us a spare tire and mount it onto our vehicle since we were stranded in the middle of the highway. About 2am they sent us on our way with a smile and a Thank You. Never have i experienced such a welcoming happy to help Tow company, Great Service and such a Godsend Savior for us!

Awesome company and awesome people!! Our truck died on I-15 in the middle of nowhere (literally) as we were traveling home to Montana. Gave these guys a call and they came and got us!! They have fair prices they were fast, friendly, and efficient! I definitely recommend them! If you ever find yourself in a predicament like ours Stan and Bobbie are great people, and you’ll absolutely love working with them!

AAA called them to tow our 29 ft motorhome. We were 120 miles from Dan's home base, so we had to wait for him to get to us. He was very careful and knowledgeable about our needs. Very friendly and caring. Had to drop us off at our Daughters house at 2am, in a very tight area, but he made it look easy.Cant thank him enough.

We drove our Dodge 3500 that broke the 4X4 drive line to B&B. We were also pulling a horse trailer with 3 draft mares, and needed to get back on the road quickly. The nice fellow came right away and removed the drive line so we could be on our way. We appreciate the quality and friendly service. We would recomend their service. If ever we break down in the area again we guarantee we'll go to B&B.

These guys are awesome. I was cruising down the freeway in my pickup when it started vibrating vigorously and then I felt a hard thud and it felt like a creature from 30 Days of Night was pounding on my floorboard. My transfer case was lying in pieces for 50 yards behind me and I was having a bad day. When I called B&B Towing, Dan showed up quickly and after some cleanup towed me to my house. Dan was professional and treated me great. Thanks Dan This business is owned by two brothers: Stan and Dan. They are an excellent towing service and were even helpful in getting my pickup fixed.
