Good quantity of products available. This NAPA is outfitted for the forestry crowd, with a section of Chainsaws and assorted timber/firewood products. Chains, towing and logging equipment can be found here. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
Napa is great for finding just about anything you need if the don't have it they will order it. A bit pricey but when your in a bind they are there for you.
2 times i went here to get a part for my rig first time it was a front rotor for my truck said it was the wrong axel code second time it was here recently my oil filter wrong size of hole gave them the proper make an model of my truck an both times they said it would fit an both times it was wrong.
Your staff is great they just need to know what size is right ive never had a issue with the napa in orofino parts always the right size oil filter an an fuel pressure regulator
Extremely courteous and friendly staff, they don't always have what online says but the staff make up for a product not being available. Prices are reasonable and a fairly large stocked store.
Twice they sold me the wrong lower radiator hose for my vehicle! Additionally, a friend of mine had purchased the first one which was the wrong one. It cost me to have a person to come to my residence to change it onlynto fond out that he could not install the initially received hose plus I was still w/o use of my vehicle. So I had to wait until they ordered the second hose which was the WRONG one yet again! Making matters worse was the fact they would NOT allow me to use the money paid on the first WRONG hose as it was paid for by my friend's credit card even though he had given me the receipt which was his intent. Adding more insult to misery I had to pay for the third hose before they would order it. Further, the store clerk was unwilling to give me any assurance the third hose would work. Worse yet, he kept my old hose & one of the hose clamps. While I do not care about the old hose other than it may have given me an opportunity to get the correct hose elsewhere. Apparently, this store clerk was going to make sure I could not purchase one elsewhere. As for my hose clamp the clerk kept or discarded, it would not been a big deal had I not lived 12 miles from the parts store and was forced to use an unsafe vehicle to obtain another hose clamp. Luckily, I had two hose clamps I connected together to make one to use. I definitely would not recommend this store to anyone.
Prices are fair, although due to the size of the store alot of things have to be ordered and seem to be a bit higher prices then other auto parts stores.
I am from out of town, I pulled in to get a part for a chainsaw and they had it. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful, the parts counter and the customers! I will do business with them again.
