Great place to take my vehicles. Staff are wonderful and friendly. Comparable prices to other places, I am more than happy with them.

I had a check engine code populate on the dash of my car. I was referred to Tony’s by a coworker and friend to Have a mechanic diagnose the issue. Trey, the mechanic Was able to identify the issue with my vehicle based on the code. He was thorough and checking all things out, which resulted in good news instead of bad news. Very professional and knowledgeable.

This place is great. We rented a EV for the first time and we tried to go to a charging station in bliss idaho that was on the map but there was no charging station. We had to call to get our car towed so we called Tony's and they were super nice! Chris towed our car to the nearest charging station and he was very nice and helpful during the whole thing. 5 stars

Tony’s always has done great work. I have used them on numerous occasions and will continue to take my vehicles there.

Had my water pump and timing belt done in basically a day and didn’t charge a ridiculous amount to get it done. Front desk and mechanics are very friendly

Dropped a draftshaft on I-84 in Wendell and these guys had a truck and tow trailer there within an hour! Towed my truck, two kids, and dog back to Kuna for a reasonable rate. Can't thank you all enough, keep up the good work!

This business needs a new name. The new owner is dragging this business through the mud I wouldnt use this company if you were my last option in the STATE! lazy. Halve hearted attempts at serving. Your absolutely despicable towing methods! Someone is an accident and you ask for money on the spot?! Or to hand over the title?! What are you trying to pull? I'll drag my vehicle back with my own 2 hands before reaching out to your business. I leave my car with you for work to be done you leave it outside and unlocked. You cleared my check engine light without asking or telling me the code. You dirtied my car more than what I brought it to you with. You wanted immediate payment after establishing a payment plan. CHANGE THE NAME. Tony deserves better than you screwing his loyal customers under the same name.

Our check engine light came on on the way home from Salt Lake and came to find out that the previous place did not use the right oil weight. Tony's was able to get us in, and the oil changed on a Sunday. The team really saved us.

I have been taking my old pickup truck here for repairs and regular service. They do great work and communicate in a timely and professional manner. I will keep going back. Great service and friendly staff.

If you want your vehicle fixed, not only fast but fixed better than when you brought it in, Tony’s Automotive and Towing is definitely the place to go. Super polite people at the front desk, and a mechanic that can fix just about any problems you have with your vehicle. He’s fixed every vehicle I have brought in there.

I am so impressed! They fixed my bumper, and found the issue with my tire. They even took the time to double check and test to verify they knew what the issue was. I have a dent on the inside of my rim and they went out of their way to find a used matching one the same size that I can have it swapped out with. It can be so hard to find good service these days and these guys are great. I have been going to twin for services and repairs and am definitely going to be giving them my business now.

AAA dispatched Tony's when my truck broke down and Stewart showed up faster than any tow I've ever had, even in the middle of cities. His colleague Cade showed up on his Saturday off to fix my truck and get me back on the road quickly and for a very reasonable price. The team at Tony's are fast, professional, and run the cleanest shop I've ever seen in a small town. Wish I lived closer so I could work with them more often. Thanks guys!

First Off I read all the reviews and have to wonder about the few bad ones, Jessie and Case (I hope I spelled that right) are two of the most pleasant and professional people I've have had the pleasure to deal with. Yes my tow was expensive but if you saw where these guys pulled my full size truck from without adding any further damage...well I'd would have paid more if needed. They also came out to a location I know no one else would and kept us from spending the night on the mountain and walking out.....And they did it all in the dark. You can't find better.

Jesse and his guys were absolutely amazing. I needed a motor for my traverse and tonys was by far the best price. They were very open as far as the cost went and very thorough on the repairs that I needed on the car. They maintained communication the whole time and were more than fair as far as pricing and letting me know what else needed repaired. I would definitely take my vehicle here again. Highly recommended

Did initially come to my home to see if they could get my truck running but could not. Tow driver was so kind and took me to my appt. Shop never returned my calls and never worked on my truck. My ins co arranged later that WK to have my vehicle towed to another shop for repairs. Tony's did that tow.

After waiting almost 4hrs for another tow company & still not having an ETA (nor had anyone been dispatched) Tony’s Automotive saved us from spending the night on the side of the road. The tow truck driver, Paul, was absolutely amazing & went above and beyond! He definitely earned Tony’s a new, faithful, & happy, new customer. Will recommend them to anyone I know.

Bill, the owner is a good & kind man. Went above and beyond to help me when my car broke down. It is hard to find truly good people in this world. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Very professional, prompt, and helpful during a difficult time

On June 12th I experienced an accident on the freeway. I requested a tow truck. Gayle and Josh immediately responded with a phone call and arrived within a short time. Both Gayle and Josh loaded my vehicle and delivered vehicle to the designated location. Both friendly and professional.

This is the only AAA towing service in our area. They came out to tow our 16 year old daughter. My son asked a few questions politely to the lady truck driver.(who it turns out is the owner) She blew up and left my daughter stranded. Totally unprofessional! Make sure if you use these guys that you don’t ask questions about your own property otherwise they will leave you! She had to go cool down a couple hours before she would come back. Extremely unhappy and disappointed in the behavior of these people. I sure wouldn’t pay them for this type of abuse. I am still in shock!

Was broke down in between bliss and Hagerman. Needed to be towed back to boise and they didnt hesitate to tow me. My honda civic is slammed low on the ground and they towed it with ZERO damage! Thanks again guys for getting my car home safely.

My cousin was in a wreck we tried several times to retrieve the vehicle and when called the day before to pick it up they quoted us a price then we drove three hours to get it and after we arrived to settle up the price tripled when we told them what we we3 quoted they said we will drop a 100 dollars then became very rude we had brought a tire so we could get it on a trailer and then proceeded to tell us we couldn't have it back it was very emotional for our family because my cousin didn't make it. I will never do business with Tony's ever nor will I ever recomend their services thank you for your time I would like to thank the young man who was nice and helpful

On July 22nd, my aunt and I had been on the road for 14 hours, each of us driving separate vehicles and towing a uhaul covered trailer and a car dolly. Only 80 miles from our destination, her vehicle's radiator started acting up and we were forced to call AAA who directed our ticket to Tony's Towing. We were so tired, cranky, and dirty from our long desert drive with no AC, but the two gentlemen that came out to help from Tony's were so extremely friendly and helpful that we quickly checked our crankiness. They did such an amazing job at attempting to help our radiator problem first, which unfortunately didn't work (not their fault). They then proceeded to tow her vehicle with such an upbeat and cheerful attitude that helped us from feeling how tired we were at now 16 hours of travel time. They were both so knowledgeable about vehicle mechanics, towing operations, and had such a relaxed yet professional demeanor. I only wish I could've retained their names for the purpose of this review so they could get the 5 star credit they deserve!

We broke down between Mountain Home and Twin Falls on a trip to Utah. Needless to say we were stressed out! I looked up a towing company and called these guys. I am so glad I used this company. Tony (the son. This is a family business) was there in no time. He had my Sprinter van fixed by noon the next day and we were on our way. That morning because we were stranded we checked out the town and told some of the locals about our predicament and told them Tony's was working on our car. Everyone we met in this small town had nothing but praise fot Tony and his son! Personally in my short interaction with both of them, not only do I think they are a good company but I think they are great human beings.

I was very pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, efficiency and promptness of Jeremy from Tony's Automotive and Towing in in Mountain Home. It was my second flat tire for the day. I had run out of spares!! It was very late at night and I was out in the middle of nowhere and after calling AAA, he came as quickly as he could. Very much appreciated! He towed my truck back to Boise and was a very kind person! Thank you!!

We were on the last part of a very long drive when our van experienced some difficulties. We were in a tough spot not knowing any mechanics or how to fix it ourselves. We were planning on trying to get to the next town (Mountain Home) somehow. A local man stopped and told us to go 11 miles back to Gooding. He recommended this shop. They were able to test the alternator and battery. It was determined the alternator was bad, but the battery was still good. It didn't sound good. They gave us a quote which was very reasonable. We got there around 2 and I think were on the road by 5. Might have been earlier. I was so relieved to have the van in working order. They were quick to get us back on the road. Very grateful to have an honest mechanic at a time like this.

I have used their tow service twice now. The first was amazing. They got the job done in a fast and efficient manner. The second was the opposite. They called me with an attitude and proceeded to call me a liar and tell me the first never happened. Definitely do not use this company especially if it is a weekday
